The two real techs in the garage, Kenny and Scott, are the only two who know what they are doing and actually care about doing the best job they can on every job. Ben doesn't know a thing about cars, all he does is tall a good game to customers and order parts and uncharged you 70% or more for the parts. Brian is someone who only cares about himself and will throw anyone under the bus and get rid of you in order to save face and make himself look good to others. Neither care about any of their employees and on multiple occasions I overheard them talking bad about those who worked for them, including myself. I used to love this shop when their father Todd ran the business, but these two are going to run it into the ground and that is really sad to see because this shop used to be something really great. I hope Todd takes back over or something changes very soon because I don't want to see this place falling further than it has already.
