Probably the best place you can go to when in downtown and you want something quick, fresh, healthy and delicious. I've gone several times and am slowly trying the different things have on their menu. So far everything has been pretty fantastic. The bowls are probably my favorite so far. The salmon, tuna or spicy versions of each are all very nice. Combine them with the endless, tasty ingredients they offer and you are in for an explosion of flavor that's pretty darn healthy as well. Go for the tea... and that's it. I just put in an order with UberEATS because I saw a BOGO for tea. The butterfly tea (25% sweetness) is delicious and I'm definitely pleased as a tea drinker. I also thought their delivery bag was very cute and made for a nice presentation. But my teriyaki bowl made me throw up almost instantly. I'm not kidding. I took a bite of chicken and then felt immediately sick because it tasted so bad, was cold, and didn't smell good either. I also specifically didn't add extra toppings to my order except for a little extra sauce on on the side and some of the zucchini base. Fast forward to a seaweed salad ALL OVER the rice under the chicken. The zucchini was also raw which isn't what I was expecting, but not the most offensive part of the bowl. I couldn't eat the chicken, but now I couldn't eat the rice either because it was covered in the kelp that I never asked for. As i went digging around in the bowl, I found even more ingredients that I did not want and did not check the box for to add to my build-your-own bowl. Onions and edamame and garlic and more kelp! Ugh. I also ordered a bun, and that too was a huge disappointment- cold with odd texture and flavor. I usually won't post a negative review until I've tried a place a few times, but this wasn't random bad service or slightly cold food. This was just entirely inedible food. Maybe their poke is better, but definitely don't order chicken. So now I'm hoping my tea will hold my grumbling tummy over until dinner, and waiting on a reply from UberEATS about a partial refund. read more

Normally this place is great! Great food, great Boba Tea! I went into this establishment 10 minutes before close. I'm not unrealistic, I wouldn't go in and order a bunch of food at this time. I was stepping in to order a tea. I didn't make it passed the threshold without being told they were closed. To me it is one of the most unprofessional things a business can do, to have a closing time listed and close early. They were clearly not short staffed (full of workers), they were not slow on business (the place still had 10+ patrons inside). Those are some reasons I could say for someone to close early, but it clearly wasn't the case. read more

You can't go wrong with picking one of their signature bowls or house specialties. For me, I like the 'My Poke My Way' option so I can customize my bowl with their solid selection of proteins and vegetables. It only gets better when you select the sauces to drizzle on your bowl. Their sauces are legitimate hot-fire as in [expletive] delicious. They are made in-house and are in-credible. Do yourself a favor and try their house, poke, or wasabi sauces. Pour them on your bowl, on the side, or bathe in it if you wanna get wild...just try them, they're delicious. Also, and very importantly, the service is great. The employees are very knowledgeable about the menu, how their ingredients are sourced, and how their dishes are prepared. Just stopped by here with a group of friends to fulfill a post-dinner boba craving while in Miami. Got the taro smoothie with boba. The boba was nice and chewy -- a great texture. The taro smoothie was tasty, although ever so slightly too sweet for my liking despite getting a 25% sugar. Service was very friendly although it took us a while to get our drinks. I enjoyed the ambience of this place - there are outlets distributed equally throughout the walls of this restaurant which would make it a decent place to get some work done. I haven't tried any of the food here -- so it's hard for me to make a judgement from that standpoint. If I'm ever in town again, I'll stop by to check some more of this menu out! read more
