The owners here are extremely charismatic and attentive. An absolute staple to the community providing alternative options for us vegan pan lovers! Conchas are always soft and tasty. The cono filled with crema is wonderful. Be sure to get their coconut creme filled bread, too. Cozy ambiance with fun little decor.

Hands down, one of my favorite vegan spots right now. Employees are wonderful human beings, super friendly. Pan dulce is always good, fresh, and nothing really compares to that slice of pastelito or a warm concha fresh out of their oven. Parking is never a problem here. :)

The cakes are so underrated. I ordered a marble with custard filling cake. So good, even my no vegan dad liked it. And the decorations are always executed well. You can pick up in East LA or Fullerton. Additionally, their breads are so good. And the shop is cute. I've always had pleasant experiences with them. Great service.

Friendly baker! Delicious vegan baked goods! Food wasn't ready when I got there, but I happily waited until some baked goods were done. Took about 20 minutes. Definitely worth the wait.

The birthday cake I got for my sister! It was beautiful.

The pan dulces and cakes here are top tier. I came here for my sisters birthday cake and honestly I'm so glad I did. My sister is vegan but I am not but honestly this is the best cake I've ever had. I even got my favorite pan dulce and from regular bakeries they're a little dry but I love it for the flavor, but here, it's so delicious and moist. I am not vegan but I will only get cakes from here now. I will only get my pan dulces here now. Not to mention the service, he was so nice and accommodating. He walked me through everything because I have literally never put an order in for a cake so it was very sweet he took his time and best of all, it was a really fair price. And super yummy. The store itself felt like home. It was a nice vibe I got. I liked the decorations and how everything is homemade and fresh ! 10/10 experience 10/10 everything!!

Hours say 9am-6pm. Showed up, looked vacated, empty, and no mention of why, what, or when they'll be open again. So sad We previously supported them in Santa Ana, but I guess this one didn't work out.

    Delicious!!!

Amazing customer service!! Amazing pan dulce!! Recommend their new item, small soft cake with sugar coating that gives it a perfect little crunch

Not all pan shown, we ate it too fast

It's been years since I've been to Soy Concha, but my husband and I finally came to $1 Tuesday & met the new owner, Ross! He was great, very friendly and passionate about his business. We got some pan + a gansito + a cono. 10/10. Before I was vegan I didn't care for the puerquitos, but Ross recommended them and wow, they're my new favorite! The elote & cuerno were delicious. I'm so excited to be near this bakery again, I'll definitely be ordering a rosca!

I actually wouldn't mind more black sesame flavor. It being a basque cheesecake means that there's beautiful caramel notes. I really liked this one. -Ube Haupia Cake: Light ube sponge layers with whipped cream and haupia filling which had a thin jammy like texture. The coconut notes were delicious. Parking is free on the street directly in front or on the side street. Service was standard. There were no other customers when I came in on a Friday a bit past noon. Prices were as expected for this area. They sell small sized/single-serving desserts as well as full desserts and catering options! Overall: Will definitely be back to try more pastries.

However, I decided to give this café a try because East LA cafés are rare, and I wanted to support this particular business. I ordered a matcha, a coffee for my sister, and a few baked goods. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The matcha was poor quality, the coffee was mediocre, and the baked goods tasted like items from Ralphs or Costco. They seemed almost stale, were clearly not baked in-house, and lacked everything you'd expect from a baked item from a café. What was especially frustrating was that the matcha et al. is priced as if it were ceremonial grade, despite the quality being far below that standard. The bakery items are prepackaged products arranged to fit the café's aesthetic rather than freshly made offerings. The space itself is cute, and the woman who helped us was very kind. However, the quality of the food and drinks simply does not justify the prices.
