Mind blowing to how creative and innovative BeeWali's is! My friend and I ordered their Mediterranean burger and steak frittas, which surprisingly wasn't only mushrooms. I loved the side of chunky fries that were seasoned exceptionally well. The steak looked almost real, and was a trippy moment for us LOL! We loved the care the team pours into each plate. The ice tea and root beer float was incredible. I loved how they used a coconut milk ice cream base. This dining experience was nothing short but spectacular and I'll have to come back to try the rest of the menu!

The two here working you can tell they care about everything and both are happy smiling telling me they love what they do. How cool. Ok very tasty with very little oil on the shawarma wrap. BIG! Lunch specials rock. Side salad with the lunch special was not skimpy. It was perfect. Ok thanks

100% vegan restaurant wrapped up in a familiar, nostalgic diner setting. Came here on a Friday night and they were pretty packed. The space is not large so, it can get pretty busy pretty quickly So their entire menu is vegan. But when you look at the menu, there's some classic diner items and Mediterranean food. We ended up ordering the Mediterranean platter and the 'steak' and fries. The vegan steak had a texture where I was amazed that it was 100% plant based. I think it might've had some A1 sauce on the outside and a nice slight char. The fries were delicious as well. The Mediterranean platter looked and tasted amazing. Everything on that platter was great. I'm not vegan myself, but I really enjoyed my dinner and dining experience here. I can see how this place gets really busy. Maybe probably it's because there's not a huge amount of vegan options but as a stand alone, this place is amazing nevertheless.

This review is long overdue. I've been a huge fan of BeeWali's (the food, the ambience, and the beautiful family behind both locations) for quite some time now. The food is what first brought me in. After seeing their incredible-looking kebab plates online (and knowing everything is vegan), I had to try it. My partner and I have been vegetarians for nearly a decade, and when we talk about the foods we actually miss, the list is short, but a great kebab plate and really good wings are definitely on it. BeeWali's delivers on both. Their kebab plate is the closest thing I've had to my old favorites from Rafi's or Atari in almost ten years. It's nostalgic in the best way. And the wings? Honestly better than any I've ever had. The texture is spot on, and the sauce is absolutely incredible. Here's the thing: when we say we miss certain meals, it's not the meat, it's the flavors. The sauces. The full, satisfying experience of the dish. That's what makes BeeWali's so special. They've mastered recreating bold, crave-worthy flavors in a way that many vegan and vegetarian spots simply don't. I also have to mention the curry fries and the Western Bacon Burger. Neither were things I expected to crave , but...here we are. The curry fries are spicy, flavorful, and the perfect addition to any meal. And the Western Bacon Burger? Deliciously messy in the best possible way. My partner was always a big BBQ burger guy, and I'm not sure he's truly enjoyed one since going vegetarian, until BeeWali's. It's his favorite. If you're in the mood for bold, flavorful vegan comfort food, BeeWali's is the place. You won't be disappointed!

Bold flavors. Big love. Eagle Rock's plant-based gem. BeeWali's Vegan AF in Eagle Rock is one of those rare spots that gets it right--every time. Co-owned by Wali and Bee, this place is all heart, all hustle, and all flavor. From their iconic vegan kabobs to the deeply satisfying bowls and wraps, you can taste the love in every bite. The energy is welcoming, the food is bold, and the mission is clear: make vegan food that slaps. Support this spot--it's more than a restaurant, it's a movement.

Cute kitschy interior and great food. Friendly service. Normal pricing for the current market. I loved how many different hot sauces they had available for the table. They were busy the whole time and the food was so good I understand why.

From the moment I saw the name....I was intrigued. My sweet girlfriend surprised me with finding this super cool Vegan diner. I had recently decided to get back to my Vegan lifestyle. The vibe was wonderfully friendly and the true dinner interior was perfect. Wali himself took our order.....and his lovely Mrs. Bee....checked in with us while we waited. I ordered the Shawarma wrap with fries.... and Rae ordered the Falafel bowl. It didn't take long.....our food arrived and the first bite of fries set the tone for an amazing meal. Let's just say.....we sooooo wished we lived closer. We've already talked about planning a day to have lunch there again. Did I mention that we both live in Torrance....1 hour drive isn't out of the question for delicious food like this

For those looking for delicious vegan bites and wanting to support a local business, look no further than BeeWali's. Located in Eagle Rock, this spot is serving up delicious bites to the local community. I had a chance to try their kebab which I could not believe was vegan! I could have this again and again. I didn't feel guilty having this as well as it was a healthy and refreshing meal. Overall, a great spot to dine for vegan dishes!

An amazing treat for vegans and non vegans alike! The menu is super unique and I think I drooled looking over all the options. The inside is very diner-esque and the staff is super helpful and friendly. Also, the portions are very generous and the flavor is poppin'!

Wooooooooooooow, yum! I have had this spot bookmarked for a long time cuz I'm rarely that far north but after visiting a homie in the area I had to stop in! I forgot the name of the young lady who took my order but she was amazing and recommended the chicken shawarma wrap, along with the apple samosa to go. I asked her to add falafel cuz I wanted to try them too. Got home and OMG the wrap was the softest fluffiest pillow of carb goodness!!! Good balance of flavor and texture, seriously A1! Fries were well seasoned and I appreciate the ratio (some places skimp on the amount of fries). The apple samosa was basically apple pie filling so warm and gooey. I def see the hype and will be back if I'm in the area. There's seating inside but too cramped for me so took mine to go. Food def 10/10, recommend!

This super cute family owned little vegan spot serves amazing food with great service. Their falafel may be the best I've ever had. Absolutely delicious!!

Ordered the falafel with fries for pick up. Overall the falafel was very flavorful with the right amount of sauce. It's a good portion of food, filling. Fries were crispy, but just average fries. Food was ready for pick up quickly and service was fast. The shop itself looks spacious and is very cute and comfortable inside. Definitely worth going back to support local businesses!

2 nd location? Delivery to Santa Monica, down town la ?…

This shop has just recently opened so I don't think that it has the second location or that is just what it says on Yelp

I'm allergic to nuts and seeds. Anywhere I can see a menu with ingredients to see if there are options for me please? Are vegan creams and cheeses all nut-based? Thank you.

Only thing that has nuts is our Taziki ( cashew yogurt base ) Dishes that have Sesame - hummus,…

Is your meat house made? If not, what brand do you use?

We use impossible (soy), daring chicken (soy) , and Blacksheep foods ( pea protein) All gluten free

What entree items are gluten free?

Hi there! Mostly everything is gluten free on our menu except for the breads! And the vegan bacon & wings! We do deep fry those items so if you have a sensitive gluten allergy we do not recommend anything deep fried !

Is the entire menu deep fried?

Not at all! We have plenty of dishes that are not deep fried. Only things deep fried are our French fries and falafels.

Can't wait to try out this place! Is there somewhere to see a regular menu online?

Easiest way is to follow them on Instagram. They're trying out lots of new specials. Best thing is the kabob plate!

I made an OpenTable reservation about 10-15 minutes before arriving, and I'm glad I did because there was already a short line when we got there. There's valet parking for $13 for smaller cars/SUVs and $20 for larger trucks, plus tip, so definitely factor that into the meal cost. Street parking looked pretty difficult, so we were happy to just hand over the keys and not worry about it. Even with a reservation, we waited about 10 minutes. The restaurant is beautiful, and as you walk toward the dining room, you can see the fire blazing in the background. Unfortunately, our table was close enough to the fire that one side of us was basically being slow-roasted. We asked to move, and the staff was incredibly nice and switched us to another table immediately. Food-wise, this was definitely a mixed bag. The 26 oz prime ribeye ($185) was the biggest disappointment. I know it's an expensive special-occasion dish, and I saw a Yelp review calling it 10/10, so we thought, why not? Sadly, it was probably the worst ribeye I've ever had. There was a lot of silver skin/tough connective tissue throughout the meat, and for $185, I just don't think it was worth it. 1/5 for me. The grilled prawns were my favorite dish of the night and were excellent. My husband loved the lamb neck shawarma ($61). It was a little too rich for me, but I can see why he liked it, and at $61, it actually felt like one of the better values of the meal. We also enjoyed the duck hummus. The hummus with two pieces of pita was $19, but that definitely wasn't enough for three people, so we ordered two more pieces for another $10. That brought us to $29 for hummus and four pieces of pita. Delicious? Yes. A bargain? Absolutely not. Even in California, that's a lot of pita math. We also tried the Samira cocktail ($18), which they said was their most popular drink. It was good, but not particularly memorable for that price. There's also a 4% "Healthy LA" charge, so that's something to keep in mind when looking at the menu prices. For three people, our total was about $375 before tip, or a little over $120 per person. That's actually more than we spent at Nobu, so yes, I think Bavel is overpriced. But was the food good overall? Also yes. I'm glad we tried it, and I'd probably come back for the grilled prawns and maybe the shawarma. But the $185 ribeye? That one can stay at Bavel.
