I like to belive that my nail shop reviews can be pretty trusted, so take this for what its worth. I am a stickler with nail salons, and have high expectations. While I had friends that had simple shellac manicures here, and loved them, when you go with solar nails and all kinds of colors and whatnots, you end up with a different procedure. One that also requires skill to pull these suckers off, and have them last. I LOVED that they have an abundance of color!! But they just didnt hold up for me. SO.. I left loving them. Ironically about 3 techs here recognized me from my previous nail shop, so I actually was like -good, they know Im picky- But, no. I got a super nice tech, but I think she was very inexperienced. They should have known better, unless they were tryin to run me off?? .. It became clear she didnt really know what she was doing when she put the gel top coat on my solar nails WITHOUT having me wash my hands first. I said, "you know this is going to trap all the filings in right?'-- she assured me itd come off as I washed my hands. (I know better-- I think Ive been getting my nails done about as long as she was alive). BUT, I did what she asked, and of course, they looked cakey afterwards. Anywho.. I love them leaving, but it didnt take long for technique mistakes to show shortly after. I added some after pix, and decided that this wasnt going to be the right shop for me. I'm so happy with my nails. I was trying to grow out my own nails, but mine have been weakened and split due to years of acrylic, gel, and SNS. So I went back to SNS. Love the natural look. I told the lady not to use a drill on my nails and she got it out I stopped her before she got on my nail . Then for some reason she decides to cut my nail away down the side of my toe . That was today it's inflamed and looks infected . These people are not trained . I should have asked to see her license ! read more

Used them twice with good results. I usually get a pedicure monthly during the summer when sandals are the dress code. They do a really nice job and offer a menu to choose from from basic to ultra. I just go with basic but the other choices sound really nice. I like the attention to detail on the manicure. I get gel nails and am very happy with the results. Other places I have tried do not use the same techniques and the gel flakes off in a werk or two. I always get clear gel so you cannot see it as the nails grow out. read more

Im very surprised by the reviews. I stopped in today after dropping my puppy off to be groomed in the same plaza. Everything is clean and beautiful and the nail techs were all very friendly. I did an sns manicure, no tips, and my tech was meticulous and didnt hut me and they are beautiful. I went with a higher package pedicure and my pedicure tech was amazing, took her time and did wonderful. I recommend giving them a try. I had called 30 minutes prior to coming in to inform them that I wished to get a spa pedicure ($25 including 7 minutes massage), and they were happy to accommodate me. I wanted to have a pedi before my vacation and I've been wanting to try this place because I drove pass it everyday. Anyway I chose Classic Pedi ($25) and I'm happy with the results. You also got hot towel, scrub and a little massage with the classic pedi and free bottle of water too. I did notice that not everybody were asked if they want to have a drink, so they might want to be a little consistent with their service. The place is clean and everybody is friendly. Water is a little hot for my liking (and it was 104 degrees outside when I came in) but I can handle it. Maybe it's a good practice to ask customers before hand. I had to wait a little bit because it's about one hour before they closed and they had about 6 customers including myself. In all, I'm sold. I'll be coming here for pedi from now on. read more

I love this place! I used to drive across town for a pedicure and when this place opened I thought I'd give it a try. They are clean and work hard. They are never in a hurry and take their time. Is regular pedicure is $25. I recommend the Deluxe Pedicure. It's $35, but SO worth the extra $10. My husband even loves going in every few months for a pedicure. I've also gotten regular manicures and gel manicures. I get my eyebrows waxed there as well. They offer free sodas, water, and wine. I love it!! read more

I don't know about the other manicurists, but I got my nails done today by a man by the name of "Hung" according to his manicurist license...he was HORRIBLE. He hurt me multiple times with the drill then he cut the hell out of 2 of my fingers when he was trimming my cuticles. He had to redo 2 of my nails multiple times because he kept messing up. I will start by saying I think my nails are very pretty. I asked for SNS nails, and requested they put a tip on my natural nail because they were so short. They are shaped nice and have the "ombré" look like I asked. However, when my tech was shaping my nails, she cut my skin with the nail file and drill on 6 fingers. Ouch! :( My right ring finger is the worst. While I do think my nails turned out nice, I can't believe my tech was so careless when it came to being careful around my cuticles and edges of my fingernail. I was uncomfortable the entire time because she kept going over spots where the skin had already broken. She also didn't apologize once, even though she noticed a couple times and pressed on a couple spots to make them stop bleeding. At one point she grabbed a small bottle of what I assume was some sort of antiseptic and dropped the liquid on the biggest cut (on my ring finger). It stung like crazy for the remainder of my visit. I won't be returning based on this experience. Sad! They had a lot of good reviews on google. I should have looked at Yelp before making an appointment. read more

When it was opened it was great. Unfortunately that is no longer true. I chalked up one negative visit to an inexperienced tech. After several months I decided to give it another chance. My pedicure was just fair then my polish chipped about an hour later. I returned to have it repainted and asked to see the bottle she was about to use. It was almost empty and fairly dried out. Either she didn't understand what I was asking or didn't care because someone else had to come tell her to use a new bottle. Never again. read more

Customer Service is horrible. While I was getting my nails done, another woman complained to the manager and walked out. I thought nothing of it, then had my own bad experience only minutes later. The lady charged me 10.00 more than she should have, and I had to get a refund. Then, my SNS nail chipped the day after I got it done. I went back to have them fix it and they told me that they would replace it with a gel nail. Not the SNS I paid for. They were out of the color that I had used the day before so I asked if they could change the color and the woman in charge said no, very rudely, I might add, insisting that she could do a similar color in gel. Meaning, I would have different colored nails with completely different textures. I left. I have no patience for horrible customer service when there is a nail salon on every corner. I had a terrible experience. I choose the SNS and picked a great silver color. When they did the color it turned out to be green. I was very upset. They kept telling me it looked better than the one I originally picked. They just pushed and pushed to keep it the same then charged me more than the person next to me that got the same service.
