Considering I live .22 miles from the Spaghetti Western Restaurant We decided to walk over. I am so glad we did because the food was Great!! Perfectly Flavored. I Ordered The blackened chicken pasta and my mother in law ordered the catfish platter. On top of that Angela, our waitress was one of the kindest waitresses we've come across in a long time. She earned her tip for sure. I can't wait to go back and try LITERALLY everything on the menu. This is a birthday, anniversary celebration type of restaurant. I highly recommend it. read more

Let me start by saying I LOVE the food here... it's delicious. But this experience is not okay. When I arrived at the restaurant, the hostess directed me to the bartender. The bartender was clearly overwhelmed, and appeared to be quite ticked off that the place was so busy. I stood for 10 minutes, listening to him drop F-Bomb after F-bomb, shaking his head in annoyance, and snapping at other employees. Finally, a female who appeared to be the manager came out and put my order together. She set the food down on the bar top and I was about to hand her my credit card... The bartender came over and shouted "No F***ing food at the bar." It just amazes me that management tolerates this sort of behavior from their staff. I understand that a bar/restaurant is not a Church, but seriously. I'm not coming in to a restaurant to listen to this dude whine about his day and drop F-bombs left and right. I understand the guy has probably had a long day... I've been in those shoes. Mistakes happen. Restaurants get busy. It comes with the territory. Clean up the language, and I'd love to give it a second chance. read more

Great food everyday!! Love the steak night big steak baked potato. Better than the steak House. Staff is friendly and attentive.

First off, food was not good at all, only good thing was the pizza that a family member had, but the pasta was terrible. CHIPOTLE pasta tasted like dirty water and sweetener. My pasta was covered in water and tomato sauce, barely any chicken. We had NO REFILS whatsoever, and also no refills on bread. we had to continuously ask our waiter for whatever we needed, he sucked. Had a attitude and slammed all of our plates on the table, even before we were finished he had the audacity to touch our plates and try to take them away, he didn't offer any To-go boxes, and when other tables asked for boxes he packaged it up for them and not us. We have been coming here for my brothers birthday for the past 3 years and this time it was just a complete terrible experience, we will Probably never come back because of the service and the food. Very disappointed in this place because it was one of our favorite places to eat. read more

Service can be unprofessional and slow at tImes. One server, an older gentleman, is always on point. The food is mediocre and lacks flavor. Spaghetti Western on 18th Street, about time you bring a very good food selection with friendly staff to a location with parking near my home in Timbergrove. I liked the Shepherd location but parking was an issue, on T.C. Jester it is love. In Italian we say "La Vita e' un' avventura" and this location is just that, I refer it as "Awe Filled" I am eating my way thru their menu and have not found any major fault to report even to talking to Tyler Peck one of the owners and thanking him for opening nearer to my home and keeping if not bettering the quality and quantity of what they serve. Cannot wait to get one or more of my Classic Car Clubs to have a meeting there, they have space for groups, as well as for an individual and I know all will enjoy what they order. Do not take my word for it, go there and find out what reasonable priced tasty Italian-American food can be like. read more

When I send back food that has a plate which will burn my fingers and food that has no steam coming out of the middle after cutting into it, don't bring me out a thermometer to show me the internal temp of the cannelloni is 110 degrees while the thermometer is touching the plate! I went tonight for steak night as they were advertising a steak and baked potato for $10.95. The baked potato was yummy...but more delicious than the steak. The steak was very disappointing - no flavor at all. Will not order this again....I guess I'll just stick with ordering spaghetti as this was the first time I've been here. I came here with my family for an early birthday celebration for my father. Though the food was delicious, the service was sub par, to say the least. I understand... who wants to be serving tables on a beautiful Sunday? But don't take it out on us. The waiter was dry and rude. Dining out should be an experience not just a transaction. This location evidently can't handle to-go orders. When I placed an order on the phone, a lady took my order. Upon arriving at the restaurant to pick up the order, the bartender couldn't find the order, and refused to believe that anyone else would have answered the phone. Another person at the bar suggested that the bartender should comp me a beer, but then the bartender charged me for it, and forgot an item (which I later found out I was charged for). I called the restaurant back to inform them of the situation and all they could say was sorry, and that there was a miscommunication. UPDATE: I still go there--it's super close and the current staff seem to be fine, although I haven't tried to-go orders again. read more

Received the Best service I've ever had from Shane! I haven't been to this location because I usually visit the Shepherd location. This location is visited more by families with kids so it's a little louder than the Shepherd location. There are two separate rooms with tables. From the looks of it I believe there is a full bar area! We had super fast service and the bus boy kept our table cleaned! Food was amazing and as always the bread sticks were the bomb! read more

I really love their Tuscan chicken soup it has lots of vegetables and awesome flavor. Also their nachos have a special twist and of course there's spaghetti and meatballs is good. I have had a great experience at both locations definitely will visit again. read more

Probably the best and biggest calzone around and pizzas are near impossible to beat. Not "Mortons" or anything but the service was very friendly and quite timely. I had heard about this place from a friend; he mentioned that this place had great calzone. I decided to give it a try and made the order online through their apps called Slice and I had paid for it . They quoted me 40 minutes, so I had took my time getting there. Once I got there, they said that there was something wrong with their printer and it didn't receive my order, the bartender there was really helpful saying that if I want to wait we can have it right out, I patiently wait for it and then this manger or I don't know who he is there, came up to me and said that if the food come out, I would have to pay for it, I mentioned to him that I already paid for it online and show him the app and the payment, he said that's not his problem and that I need to contact the apps that belong to their company and file a compliant about it. I asked him for the phone number for the apps and he said look it up yourself. I don't know how they do business here, but that is downright rude and I will definitely not be coming back. read more

Love this place. Been visiting since it opened for lunch and have consistently gotten great service and great food. The side salad is fresh and a good side to pair with the pastas. Portions are generous on the pastas. Meatball sandwich and the sandwich with the cold cuts are great and served on fresh bread. read more

My husband and I enjoy this place! (maybe a little too much) Jenny, the bartender is so efficient, friendly and a true wiz behind that bar. Sara and some of the other staff are a very great asset to this new restaurant in our neighborhood. We have enjoyed many of the great items on their menu and will continue to do so for a long time. First and foremost all around amazing establishment! Food, service, and the atmosphere is everything you would want and more! I've been here a few times and tonight was by far the most impressive. Asia, I believe was our waitresses name and by golly she was the most outstanding waitress I have ever witnessed in action. SHE HAD THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT TO HERSELF. She stayed calm, focused, and still managed to remember everyone's orders and have polite conversation with everyone in the joint. I've been coming here once a month for the last two years because my club would have their regular monthly meeting here during dinner. I am not coming back. It took 45 minutes just to get an appetizer. In fact the appetizer arrived with the entrées. How nice! Great for lunch or dinner with daily specials that are inexpensive. Big fan of the spaghetti and meatballs as well as the Formal Wear dish. We ate at SW Saturday night. I have been eating there for years. After recommending this place and talking it up, we were extremely disappointed in both of our meals. My favorite, shrimp pasta is actually a shrimp, spinach, pine nut, mushroom sauté with garlic butter sauce. I love it and order it every time we go. This time, it looked the same but had no flavor. My side of spaghetti was bland and tasted like plain tomato sauce. My friend's spaghetti and meat sauce/meatballs was bland as well and the balls advertised as big were NOT. They tasted like the meatballs you get at Subway. All in all, a really bad dining experience coupled with a surly waiter with no personality. I hate to give this place up, but it's time to move on. I just wasn't impressed. I got the Spaghetti Western Formal Wear. This was actually recommended by the bartender as it is made with "our amazing roasted garlic cream sauce." Said sauce was bland, needed salt, and there wasn't quite enough sauce for the amount of pasta given. We hosted a rehearsal dinner there for 45. The service was impeccable, they were very helpful, accommodating and everyone loved the food. The formal wear is my favorite dish there. It just is consistently great. They also have a really good Caesar. I had eaten several times at the I-10 location but I have become a great fan of the TC Jester location.
