Oh Yum. I was a skeptic and I was proven wrong. Had dinner with friends on Saturday night and everything was perfect: great food, great service, and good atmosphere. Definitely will be back. I have been here 4 times. I really want to like this place because there aren't a lot of restaurants up here. But I have to speak up and say that the menu is very limited; prices are too high for the quality. IE $27 for a small chicken thigh cooked paillard style, no au jus, no sauce, dry as a bone. Then you get 4 small roasted carrots and undercooked roasted potatoes. Again, no sauce- they don't even have Ketchup. Family style portions on pasta and risotto but it all tastes the same. There is no culinary expertise or variety. The ambiance is that of a Texas Roadhouse but without good food. Pass. PS - The mushroom risotto was mushy rice with some slivers of mushrooms. Nothing like a simple, authentic risotto. So sad that this is going the way of the last few restaurants that were here over the years. read more

We went early. Service was good. This time I had a ceases salad with chicken. Only thing I would change would fry the chicken. My husband and kids loved their food chicken parm, pesto pasta and spaghetti meatballs. Next time we wii come in later so we get in on music. Will be back! read more

Omg this place was so fun and cute!! We had no idea what to think but realized they had gluten free pasta and decided to give it a try. We got the GF pasta with bolognese and it was sooooo good. Very homey like someones grandma cooked it. The pear walnut gorgonzola salad was also very good! Worth the visit, highly recommend. The service was great! I had to leave before the music, however, the reviews were over the top. I'm going back tomorrow and can't wait. I obviously recommend Spaghetti Western to locals and it's easily worth the drive from Palm Springs & Joshuha Tree. I was also pleased that they had gluten free choices and that they buy organic as much as they can & they even have Mexican cokes in the bottle. Came here again after hearing they added more to the menu. Had the spaghetti and meatballs with the heart shaped ravioli special. Amazing! Noticed some refinements to the menu that made a lot of sense for the area. Nice waiter and the music was amazing. Love this place superb food, excellent service and the atmosphere is great. The spaghetti western is my go to with the smoked bacon flavor and the sauce is amazing. The fresh bread and butter that comes with the dinners is addictive and hard to not ask for a second basket. This place is a must try if you're in the High Desert or the Coachella Valley. read more

I have not yet eaten here just a review on my take of the place. We went last night around 6:15 and it was packed a lot of seating (a bit too much for my liking). Congrats on this local joint for bringing in the crowds even though menu is extremely limiting. It is also one of the only food places in this part of town so I'm sure business will stay fast paced. We might have waited the 40 mins, but it was extremely loud with stage music and a packed crowd, as well acoustics didn't seem great, just not the vibe to have a great convo without straining your vocal cords. Also very bright, lighting wise in there. Very saloon like which I expected, kitschy also expected just wanted a more special vibe, less buffet-ey even though it wasn't buffet style. I expect to dine at some point and will update at that point. read more

Pasta was way undercooked. Not al denté. Nearly raw. Not sure how something so simple is possible at a restaurant that specializes in pasta. What an unexpected surprise! As an Italian that moved to Southern California, I'm always looking for restaurants that can transport me back home. I love how Spaghetti Western is putting their own spin on authentic Italian cuisine and straying from the stereotypically Americanized dishes you'd expect to find at other Italian restaurants. Plus, I haven't felt this type of hospitality in a really long time. Smiles all around, the staff was attentive, caring, and friendly. I wasn't just another diner, you could tell they just really cared about my experience. They have GLUTEN FREE food!! It's so hard to find GF options up here and I was amazed by their GF menu items- they even had a gluten free vanilla buttercream cake on Mother's Day (which was fantastic). Cool western themed locale with poor service and below average food. My eggplant pasta had close to raw pieces of eggplant and little to no seasoning. The bar staff were especially rude by letting us stand there over 10 minutes without acknowledging us while the bartender had a shot with her friends. The waiter at our table was nice, but we did wait a bit before water was even served to us. The live music ended even before we sat down at the table, which was over an hour before they closed. read more

I have a lot of hope for this place. Great service ~ very friendly, and kept checking in on us. We were stopped on the way out asking about our experience. Food was good - hope the menu choices grow...I'm sure it will once they get into a groove. I had the eggplant Pasta - REALLY good! Prices are VERY reasonable! Food didn't look nor taste good and prices were way to high. 3 meals supposedly on special prices. Menu from website differ from in house menu. The bill was $140 this is one soda one water. Two ate there and we had a to go order. Took a while to get our food but the to go order omg I was embarrassed to give it to my daughter. It looked like slop. Still we left a generous tip but we won't be back. Maybe just not for us. read more

Atmosphere is awesome especially like the different artist exhibits . Food is plentiful and tasty. Mushroom pasta is a definite must try.
