    Breakfast Burrito
    Jason V.

I have driven by this place for YEARS, but finally decided to try it when I started working in the area a few weeks ago. I have tried pretty much every breakfast burrito in the area, so I decided to give theirs a try. This wasnt it. What makes a perfect BB, is when you get some of every ingredient in every bite. With this one, I didn't get that. All the bacon was in 1 area, the avocado was in one area, I didn't taste any potatoes at all, and the eggs were flavorless. I'm not sure how the rest of the food is, but I definitely won't return for a Breakfast Burrito.

Green Wet Asada Burrito! I also added the Red salsa on top!

The Asada wet burritos are always great! Any salsa they have is also Great! The kids love the Horchata! My girls favorite is shrimp enchiladas. You definitely gotta try this place out!

I liked the ribeye taco. The cheese and avocado went well together. I got medium rare. It was tender and yummy. Probably my favorite out of tbe tacos. The crispy shrimp taco was plain. I think it was missing the tartar sauce and pico de gallo. The chicken and al pastor was more on the dry side even after adding the salsa. Flan was really firm but still yummy. Might have been an off day since they were really busy and short staffed.

Wow! What a great dining experience. My family and I happened to be in the area, and, as always, when we are unsure where to stop for food, we use Yelp to help us decide. This little hole-in-the-wall restaurant was a true winner in our book. Located in a small corner lot shared with a liquor store and another business, there is parking for 10-12 vehicles. The restaurant exterior was very clean and well organized, and the menu boards posted on the building were very clear, large, and easy to read. We decided on a chicken burrito, green chile chilaquiles, two Pepsi Zeros, and one horchata. Prices were very reasonable, and portions were large. The food we had was UNBELIEVABLE! The chicken burrito was loaded with chicken, beans, and light rice, and it was delicious! The chilaquiles, served with a side of black beans and Spanish rice, were perfectly prepared and offered a home-cooked taste. Wow! These were DELICIOUS! The hot salsa was VERY hot and left my tongue numb. The green, medium salsa was so good. Service was AMAZING as the young lady who took our food order was very friendly and courteous. We will definitely return here in the near future.

My friend and I like Spanglish Kitchen, but my hubs is a little indifferent. I think it's decent portion and price and it's close to home, so I really can't complain. Hubs hasn't been the biggest fan of the burritos he's had here, thinks he can find better elsewhere...But my friend & I both enjoy their tacos & quesadilla, and I particularly liked their Chicken Soup. Easy ordering at window, and food is ready fairly quickly. Small outdoor dining area secluded to the side, but I usually order to-go. Make sure to ask for salsas at time of order!

Spanglish used to be so good a few years ago. It's sad that the quality has gone down. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito and it was primarily cheese. To top it off the cheese was cold and not melted

    Chorizo Bfast Burrito

There's a little parking lot to get here. The arrived at a decent time. I got the chorizo breakfast burrito. It was really tasty. It was moist enough but not soggy. The chorizo had a good flavor. The portions was perfect to leave you satisfied. The green sauce has a good kick and flavor. Although the burrito doesn't it as it can stand on it's own. I'd return again to try more of the menu!

Food is delicious!! Loved the Carnitas Breakfast Burrito and the Carne Asada Burrito. There was so much meat and the tortilla was the perfect texture too. Highly recommend this spot!

Came around 8pm on a saturday for a quick bite Its located in a small parking lot shared by 3 other shops right on the corner of the main street. Order 2 asada burritos which came out to about $25 not bad The flavor was great super flavorful and their sauces are amazing too try the orange-ish looking one its spicy and fire. Burritos are like medium size They do have outdoor seating only and you order from their window the music they played was a vibe! I love a place that plays tame impala I recommend

    Asada Torta
    Ana F.

Had to add this to my reviews cause the asada torta was BOMB . I'm still craving it til today. The meat was well seasoned and cooked....VERY tender. The beans and guacamole really made this meal. I liked the citrus taste to the guacamole. The veggies just added the perfect texture and freshness to it. The watermelon agua paired perfectly with this

$6 flan (wouldn't say the size is worth for the price)
    Scarlett L.

I ordered through delivery, and I saw that the flan looked good so i decided to order it along with the other tacos. Which were the fish taco and pastor taco, and they were pretty okay, a bit salty. Although the size of the flan I was not expecting for the price. It was $6 and the flan had the length and width of my thumb. So let's just say it's really small. (Though I do understand postmates probably upped the price)

This time, it was a little after rush hour and I had 25 minutes to kill before an event down the block. I also had a mean hunger. It was hot, the event was a performance in a space without AC, and the idea of being hungry and hot was sort of daunting. So Chonitos it was. I asked the host if the kitchen moves quickly, because I needed to be somwhere. He said 'no problem' and seated me. Now I need to acknowledge that my request could be interpreted as annoying. I mean, me being short on time is not the restaurant's issue. But Chonitos was open to the task at hand. The space has a dark sports bar vibe. Plenty of folks enjoying their Thursday evening, drinking, eating and watching the screens. My server was Saul. He had a drink in my hand in less than three minutes and took my order the moment I was ready. Saul was very cool about getting me fed quickly. The food came out in less than 8 minutes, a taco enchilada combo. Just what I needed, homemade for sure, and both satisfying and comforting. A little corn cake rounded out the experience. I wolfed it down, thanked Saul for being supportive, then paid the check, and arrived early at my next stop. Chonitos is dope. Recommended. Good food, unpretentious vibes, and a neighborhood energy that is hard to find these days. Thank you so much.

We were going to be there a bit before 11:00AM originally on Sunday since their website said 11:00AM, but Yelp said 10:00AM was when they opened. So my husband called on Sunday to check and they did indeed opened at 10:00AM. When we got there, there were already three sets of groups seated and they had to rearrange some tables for us since our party was nine people, which only took a couple of minutes to arrange. We were served complimentary chips and salsa as well as water as we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. I had quickly chosen my dish cause I'm a sucker for mole and there were only two options that had it, so I ended up getting the enchiladas de mole. The servers were great and the food was as pretty good too. I ended up taking leftovers home since I had eaten too much chips and dip before my actual food came cause the server refilled our chips on our end of the table like four times. The mole was pretty good and I wish there was more of it and didn't really enjoy that there was veggies inside the enchiladas since I think I was expecting more chicken than veggies inside. Not a big fan of beans, but they were pretty good with the melted cheese on top and the rice was good too. I definitely loved the decor they had and the designs painted on the walls because they eee so pretty and provided good photo op backgrounds.

The happy hour special is Monday all day and Tuesday-Friday open until 6pm $2 off full pours. Very family friendly, I always see a couple tables with children and dogs at them. Maybe I'm getting to be an old fuddy duddy but I hate when parents let their kids go free range. Screaming and running around like the establishment is a park these kids becoming trip hazards. There needs to be a revamp of their board game collection. There three boxes of games that looked incomplete or used up, not good with such games as Scrabble and Pictionary. Free Wifi with log-in is a bonus!
