This was the worst experience I have ever had EVER. They were rude, the owner did my nails and she did not know what she was doing. I asked for a simple oval nail. 3 of my nails are so sideways. I told her multiple times and she refused to fix them because "its my finger". No honey, it's you. Everywhere else I go does a great job. After I had to raise my voice she had someone else fix 1 out of 3 wonkey nails. After telling her my nails were to long she said she had to do them thar long (other places will do them shorter) then after applying acrylic she told me it would be $5 extra for them being that long. And an extra $5 Because of the shape. Oh been getting my nails this shape for awhile now and no one had ever charged me for a shape... all in all worst experience iv ever had and I will be telling everyone I know to not go here. Boy is this place busy, but that is for a good reason. The reason they are busy is because it is amazing. I believe a women named Michelle did my toes and nails. She was amazing, at first I was intimidated by her straight face, but once we started talking, she was a sunshine. She was kind, offering me drinks and extra massage time (great massages for hand and feet) her skills were amazing. I did my nails for prom and my nails lasted for over 3 weeks, I had to take it off in the end due to the fast growth. Other than that amazing work, next time you come here I recommend Michelle (she has reddish brown hair) My friend got a guy named james, and she said he was funny, friendly, and amazing as well. She got a lot of free services such as design, massage, and drinks. We will be coming back for THEM. The manager Michele on the other hand. He was a little bitter with his employees. Great pedicure! They have wonderful chairs, plenty of colors to choose from & great service. Plus, they offer you wine, water or soda.

First off, don't even attempt this place if they're busy. We went in, for our APPOINTMENT, at 2:00 on Mother's Day for pedicures. I figured everyone had the same idea, so I expected to wait. They were all working hard, busting their tails and it was obvious that they are never as busy as they were today. After 35 mins of waiting, we were put in our chairs and feet into lukewarm water. The WALK-INS that came in after us were seated shortly after and immediately started. I gave benefit of the doubt and suspected the nail techs did not realize that we hadn't been started yet. So, one of the techs finishes up on her last customer and hastily starts on me. My mom continues to wait patiently. Mind you, the two women that came in behind us are nearly done with their pedis. So, like I said, I had called ahead the day before and made my appointment at 2:00. It is now 3:45 and I'm nearly done while my mom continues to wait. Four more women are seated and AGAIN, are immediately started. It wasn't until we finally asked the nail tech if my mom could be started first that they'd realized they'd forgotten about her. In plain sight. Her pedi was rushed and the polish was thin. It is now 4 hours later and my polish has already chipped. I hate to be crappy about businesses, as I work for a small business as well, dealing with angry customers on a daily basis. But, this was just bad business and customer service. I have bubbles all over my nails. When I pointed a couple of them out he buffed the bubble out and then applied a clear coat so there is no color where the bubble was. read more

This place used to be great. Now it's ok. Went and got my nails done. A full set with gel. They rushed the service which resulted in me having a wet top coat and it bubbled horribly. Went back the next day and got it fixed. Make sure to have your receipt if you go back to get anything fixed. read more

I would not recommend going here to anyone. Upon arriving i asked how long of a wait, a man sitting at a table said no wait. My boy friend and I weren't in a hurry but we didn't have a lot of time to wait to get started. They didn't have 2 chairs open next to each other but one was about to open up... I sat down and the lady sitting next to me got up so my boy friend sat down. An employee came and ran water in the tub and than started filling it up to be used. No sanitizing or washing of the tub at all. So I asked her if she would please clean it before he put his feet in the tub, she had to go to the back to get a scrubber to clean the tub with, and she was not happy about it and had an attitude doing it with a rude look on her face. Through out the time I was sitting there waiting for 20 mins or more to even get started I observed several other employees that did NOT wash out their tubs before letting another client sit down. And no they do not use the tub plastic covers either. Everyone seemed in such a rush, yes they were busy but that is no excuse! The credit card machine was down when It was time to pay and no one informed me of this before we got our pedicures. I had to pay extra to go get cash from the atm next door that was not an approved atm for my card. Very unhappy experience and will not be going back!!! read more

Let me start by saying I really gave this place a shot - make that 3 shots. My first visit, I went and got a full set of acrylics with shellac polish (I hate dry time) and the nails were uneven, crooked, WAY too thick (like double thickness of normal acrylics) and looked like they grew out after 4 days. I had to get them redone a week later. My second visit, I brought a guest in with me to get 2 gel pedicures. Hers was great, mine on the other hand was not. My polish was too thick, nails uneven, and one day later the polish actually bubbled and peeled off. Annoyed I had just spent $50 on them, I returned the next day for them to repair the polish. Not only did they now not "understand english" once I had an issue that needed to be resolved, but they refused to actually fully repair. They only buffed the worst toe, and repainted with the SAME GEL POLISH! That SAME night, the polish bubbled AGAIN and this time came off in chunks. Amazing. I refuse to give money to a business who doesn't pay attention to their clients and fix issues caused by poor maintenance or training. I will not return. read more

Okay literally just left Sparkle and I've been there several times and it has gone way downhill. the new location is nicer but the people they hired are terrible. my nails look like shit and i have a wedding to go to tonight so theres no time to fix them. theyre shaped so wrong. they never even did anything with my cuticles or clipped my nails or filed them. the guy was WAY too pushy trying to get me to get the more expensive full set when i had already said three times exactly what I wanted. then the remainder of the time he was silent acting all pissy at me. they made me pay in advance so i gave a tip before he even did my nails (stupid of me i know). Been going here on and off for over a year. After today I will never go back. Worst service in a nail salon I have ever received. So rough with my hands it hurt. Had to ASK FOR CLEAN TOOLS. The worst paint/file job ever. Told me my nails were "too hard to paint" haha. I won't be back and I'll be sure that no one else I know ever goes there. If I could give a zero I would! I came to OKC during my engagement weekend and hoped for a good shellac French manicure. The lady rushed through and made it so uneven and smudged! I asked her to fix it, then a man asked me to come back! I told him I was from Dallas and not able to do it. Then another lady possibly Manager said rudely as she grabbed my hand "no one is going to look close" I told her I don't care she needed to fix it. Needless to say "she fixed it" not to my liking and it lifted and chipped in a few days! I've done shellac many places and it lasts many weeks! WORST MANICURE EVER. Let me say that this is my third time at this nail salon. I would have been a repeat customer if I did not just have the worst experience here. DO NOT LET THE MAN WHO WORKS HERE TOUCH YOUR NAILS. He did a hideous job - not only did he spill hot wax all over my arm and clothes, he used a gel topcoat instead of regular. The topcoat did not dry onto the regular nail polish. It got all goopy and sticky when I sat under the drying station and when I pointed out his mistake and asked him to remove the polish, he IGNORED ME and painted ANOTHER topcoat on top of the gel topcoat and told me to keep sitting there. Obviously, this did nothing to fix the problem. Finally, I had to get up, go wash my hands (the gel topcoat had melted all over my fingers creating a stick mess), and insisted that he remove it, which he finally did. HE DID NOT EVEN OFFER ME A REFUND. I will NEVER go to this place again. read more

Got a basic pedicure from Mi Mi. She was incredibly rude and rushed me out of the place. She instructed me that my toe nails were dry and the ruined two of them. She "touched up" one of them by placing a dab of polish on the blemished spot. She didn't cover my nail bed with polish and they honestly look terrible. The general salt rub and hot towels were nice but I can't shake the fact that she was so rude. I won't be back and won't recommend this place in the future. read more

This was my first time to visit Sparkle. A friend of mine gets her nails done here and the three of us wanted to get a pedicure together this morning so we made an appointment last night. We walked in right at 11 am they had our water and chairs waiting. Our water was cold. The first friend had her pedicure get started right away. The man looked like he was doing a great job on her. My pedicure started a few minutes later. She took the polish off one foot and then left me to do other things. When she returned she seemed in a hurry. She trimmed a few nails, didn't work on my cuticles, barely massaged my feet or legs and was done and painting my toes before my first friend was even done. My third friend had barely started her pedicure when I was completely done and waiting to go. The cost was $30. It was not a good pedicure at all!! I will not return. I will need to go to my regular place, US Nails, spend more money, to get the services I should have received today. read more

This place is HORRIBLE!! The first lady I had didn't want to do my cuticles and made another lady stop this pedicure to trim them down. On top of the new lady saying I have bad nails. After that she was hitting my nails until the light and telling me I need to stay still, first off you are grabbing my hand. The shellac is low grade because after a full day TWO NAILS chip. EVERYTIME I GO THEY CHIP!!! I'm just warning you because the last time I went in there they had 3 people come to repair their nails. So 25 dollars is NOT worth going in twice for. read more

Prices here are really good. Also, it was probably the best pedicure I've ever gotten. The massage chairs are divine. The quality of the pedicure was great. The acrylic nails, on the other hand, were not near as good. They came off way before the ones I've gotten elsewhere. But definitely will be back for pedicures. read more
