He removed every single leaf & trace of debris that he cleared out, texted me before & after pics and also recommended solar panel cleaning. That first impeccable experience with him sold me on being a regular client. Fast forward to this week. This will be the 5th year that Jonathan has cleaned my gutters & solar panels. Like clockwork, every year he texts me a reminder when it's time for my annual cleaning. I really appreciate being able to rely on him to remind me! I also appreciate that Jonathan remembers important specific details that I only had to tell him the very first time I scheduled with him. He knows that my tenant lives in the back, so he'll start early but only on the front if the house. He always makes sure my tenant can have his normal, quiet morning. Jonathan is so reliable that I have been a loyal client - but have never even met him in person. The issue turned out to be a simple fix, and he didn't charge for the trip out, which we really appreciated. He was also very patient in helping talk through my concerns before the visit and explaining everything in a clear, helpful way, which made learning a new system much less stressful. We don't expect off-hours responses or no charge follow-ups for an issue they didn't cause (even for an easy fix), but it reflects the level of care we personally experienced with this wonderful company. For the bathroom clean, Jazmin came with one of her employees and was able to finish in a couple hours. She brought all of her equipment, and they were super efficient. I was able to tour and check out the work. For the condo clean, Jazmin came with a team of 3 additional employees as it required a carpet clean as well as cleaning two bathrooms, two bedrooms and the kitchen/living room. Jazmin finished under the estimated time she gave and charged me a little less since the work wasn't as extensive as needed. I also appreciated that Jazmin was super helpful in answering a question after the cleaning was done as well.
