Sparkling Carpets - They are one of the best Carpet Cleaners I know. My husband's boss was to come for dinner. You know I'm always under scrutiny by my husband for not keeping our home well set. This time he cautioned me to take extra care. Now I had no idea how to make my living room look nice. Someone suggested calling a carpet cleaner saying that they would clean the carpets as well as enhance the beauty of your home. Reply to Review by Rick R - Our technician did not spill water on their hardwood floors. The customers wife was home, she inspected everything before we left. She did not notice any water. The customer called us "12 hours later" to report water on their "runner". There was existing damage from a previous flood. Rather than refuse to do anything we tried to solve the problem. It took time to resolve this issue. Customer wasn't available. restoration process can take time, He refused to cooperate - turned off the dehumidifier in 4 hours instead of 48 hours. - Since we are "INSURED" we asked insurance company to take over. This way a third party can decide, who is responsible. We are not fly by night operators, who refuse to do anything. As a professional company we did our best to solve the problem. The fact that the insurance company paid them, is a testimony to our ethics. We have been voted by Citysearch users as Best Carpet Cleaners for 2007. Our other reviews speak for themselves. I called to make an appointment and get a quote about a week ahead of the time I wanted to get my carpets cleaned and I received a text back from Ken to schedule with a quote that same day. It was very easy to schedule the cleaning appointment. I was also contacted the day before the scheduled cleaning date to confirm. The cleaners showed by within the window of arrival time that was confirmed with me. They were friendly and worked quickly. The carpets are beautiful- the machines that they used were very powerful. We had some wine stains and general foot traffic stains that were all lifted. Our apartment is about 1500 sq ft and we came in at the lower end of the quote that was given to us at $350 total. It depends on how dirty the carpets are and apparently ours were at the lower end of that scale. Payment was very easy, they sent me a PayPal invoice to pay with credit card. AAA Sparkling Carpets - It was my desperation that took me to them. One of my neighbors is a big show-off. Whenever she buys something new she tries to display it anyhow. This time she brought a new carpet and invited me to her house and I am not affected by such things but suddenly I realized that our carpet was very old. I was irritated. I could not persuade my husband to buy a new one because I knew we were not in a position for such extravagance. Sparkling Carpets - We had been assigned a well furnished house in SF area when my husband got promoted. But little did we know that it would be in such a bad condition. We reached there we were shocked; the furniture was dusty and badly damaged by dust mites. I was annoyed and wanted to throw it out but my brother stopped me asked me to call Sparkling Carpets instead. I was in doubt but relented to his advice. But after seeing the results I patted my back to have considered my brother's advice. The dust and dust mites had all been removed, they had polished it and it had a Sparkling shine to it. Holy crap. Ken is my hero. He is a shining example of Good Old Fashioned Customer Service. He went far above and beyond for me over the phone, simply discussing what potential my carpet had after a flooding incident. He didn't even get actual business from me, he helped me come to the realization that I didn't need his service, but as opposed to him telling me some line about having to come in for a consultation and suckering me into paying a lot of money, this is mindblowing to me. Like others have said before, I strongly suggest contacting this company as a starting point. Last rainy season really damaged my carpets very badly. The dampness just settled in. I had no idea what to do. It was so embarrassing when the guests came in. When I first called to left a message, they picked up within 3 rings. I was in hurry and wanted same day ... amazing !! They were ready on the time which I had chosen. The guy on phone was friendly and professional, he provided me all the availability. The technician reached on scheduled time, was a total gentleman and considerate of some special needs. End result: Service was excellent, and the job performed perfectly. This Carpet Cleaner deserves FIVE STAR rating: My carpet is seventeen years old so I did not expect perfection, but their technician was very kind and worked very hard to clean the carpet. He used three machines: two rotary and one standard steam cleaning machines. He worked on the carpet for an hour and a half. He deserves five stars for his effort and the results he achieved, although I never had my carpet professionally cleaned. Techs showed up on time and helped clean my carpets after a washing machine overflow. They extracted all of the water as well as sanitized/cleaned the carpets to prevent any smell/mold.
