I had an A/C problem that had previously been diagnosed but not repaired. I was worked into the their schedule the first thing the next morning after speaking with them in person. The customer representative made certain that I understood that they would be doing their own assessment. I had considered that a good idea before arriving at Sparks. I did not want to misdirect the mechanics as to the cause of the problem. I was quoted and approximate price and advised what was to be done and what might be some additional costs. The work was completed in a timely manner as I needed my vehicle for an appointment out of town the next day. The customer representative is very knowledgeable of the workings of an automobile and the process the technical staff follow. Sparks computerized Auto Repair is a lifesaver. After picking my children up from school. Everything electrical on my car went haywire. Only later when I got home did I realize it was a major problem with it. Turns out it wasn't as major as I thought. but my other mechanic who I will no longer be using...... told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Turns out it was my alternator that had been making the noise which caused my battery to expire along with a negative post wire. What would it cost me 800 or more at the other mechanic I used, it only cost me $490 at Sparks computerized Auto Repair. The most important thing is I feel confident in the work they did to my car to have peace of mind while driving down the road. "Fixed My Windshield Wiper Problem"... I was driving on the road on a rainy day and had my windshield wipers on an I experienced my windshield wipers suddenly quit working so I pulled over played with the wipers an got the drivers side to only work which allowed me to drive home. I drove home an called Sparks Computerized Car Care and set up a appointment to get my windshield wiper problem fixed. Sparks quickly found that my windshield wiper linkage was the problem and they replaced it with a new Windshield Wiper Linkage Bushing Kit and my problem was fixed. A friend of mine recommended Sparks because I was griping about the repair bill I was dreading from Sunset Cadillac . My poor car just decided not to EVEN START. So, when the tow truck arrived I directed him to Sparks instead. In just several hours my car was ready. I was enormously pleased with the repair bill, if anyone can be pleased with a bill. What a difference! A month or so later I brought my car in for oil change, etc. I brought my crocheting with me and sat in the waiting room. I own several vehicles along with my company's trucks never had a bad experience, the owner "Pat" not only is the nicest guy you could be doing business with...but also a reasonable man. its hard to find a shop like this in Florida, I am pleased to have found them.
