I couldn't be more disappointed when I took my 4mth old kitten in for spaying. She was such a blessing to us and so loving. But when I received a call from SNN saying I would have to pick up my cat because they would not spay her, I asked "why". They proceeded to tell her heart had stopped on the table. They resuscitated her but couldn't guarantee she wouldn't make it to the ER from the clinic to Mesquite. We drove from Lavon to get her as quickly as possible. Over $2K later, we received a call from the ER that she did not wake up and the fluids were coming from her mouth and nose. It was time to put my "Miracle" down. She had been without oxygen too long. Exactly what happened, we don't know but someone was not watching close enough. This is not suppose to happen but obviously it did...and now my "Miracle" is gone. read more

My vet asked that we wait 6 months to fix my miniature schnauzer but first required a checkup and age test. With operation and previsit we were looking at $375 plus pain meds , cone and other fees. My sister in law told me about this organimation and was worried due to reviews. My brother highly recommended the mobile spay and neuter. I went ahead and did it and almost fell when I saw the final bill $85. I made a donation and will be making many future donations. My male puppy surgery looked so awesome. For the price you pay from a non profit orgization, you get what you expect. Overworked employees running around in a bus they look exhausted, thus don't expect Presbyterian hospital hospitality. Many rude people in line (that did not seem to appreciate the service they are being provided) however some quite sweet. Many come frequently by doing the neighborhoods a favor and spaying the stray cats. Yes they spay a lot of cats but they did a great job on my puppy. I really recommend this organization. read more

We've had at least 3 cats spayed or neutered by Spay Neuter Network. I have absolutely no complaints! We've done the transport from Rockwall for one cat back in 2017 and the transport from Rowlett for two cats in 2020. The Rockwall location had a bit of a wait (although not bad), but the Rowlett location was quick. Staff is professional and the price is affordable! Cats recover VERY well and they call the next day to make sure all is well with the cats. Would definitely recommend! read more

They took great care of our dogs and kept us informed. Even called to check on them a couple of times.

Medically, I don't have a problem with them, but their check in/out process is a complete clusterf*+k every single time!!! The right hand dosent know what the left hand is doing, & they have one speed, EXTRA SLOW! If you are going to take your pet here, PLEASE do yourself a favor, & go by the day before & pick up the paperwork so you dont have to stand in the crazy line several times! They will leave you stand there, & never tell you that you have to fill out the paperwork first! Have your paperwork filled out, & get there right when they open & get in line. Bring a friend to stay in the car with your animal, until they call your name, because you have cats & dogs EVERYWHERE inside & its too stressful for your pet. Plan for checkin to take at least an hour. Dont bother using them for vaccinations only, the cost savings are not worth the time & aggravation! I waited with 4 dogs for an hour & a half yesterday, & not one person ever got waited on the whole time I was there. I gave up & left. read more

Be careful dealing with these crooks. Choose TCAP instead. We saw an ad for a $20 spay neuter special for Irving. I called and was told that Irving was full but offered another location. I chose Grand Prairie. I paid the $20 up front. On the day we arrived at the Grand Prairie location and checked our dog in. Later that day I received a call saying my balance was $67. I told the woman, Sabrina, that it was a $20 special. She said that was Irving only. Nowhere in the ad did it say that nor did the lady say that when I poked the appointment. I explained that to Sabrina and she said they were just a call center. I stated that anyone representing them should know all of their info and be able to inform customers if difference in price. She said she would review the phone call and get back to me. Today she calls and tells me that she did just that and that I was never told it was $20. I had mentioned that I was interested in the $20 special. Why Wouldn't she know that I didn't want to pay full price? So,in addition to the $20 that I had charged on my card they had added the extra $67 charge. She told me that the $20 was a deposit. Deposit? What? And when was i told that? So, if I don't know exactly what questions to ask your either uninformed or dishonest call center then I pay? She said, well you signed the paperwork. I told her that we figured the price would be adjusted later. I hung up very angry. We just had our other dog neutered 2 weeks prior with TCAP. Everything was explained up front and we paid only $55 total for everything including pain meds. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE? Choose TCAP instead where they are honest and cheaper. read more

Absolutely the worst place ever. Shortly after my dog got nurtured I had to take him to the emergency clinic and now we might have to do surgery all over again. Apparently they didn't finish the surgery and left a bleeder untied. And now his testicles are swelled with blood and bleeding everywhere. Don't go here. read more

So I got my dog spayed before all this corona virus stuff happened. When she was done her spay ended up costing alot more than what I had originally been told on the phone when I booked then I was threatened if I didnt call them back they would keep my dog in Colleyville (I live in Garland) due to they tried to use the card I had made the deposit with and it did not go through. So I frantically called back to be told the person who had sent that text had never texted before and they didnt mean to come off the way they did. So fast forward to today my dog has a suture reaction and they refuse to fix it because they are closed (vet offices do not have to be closed right now they could take her to the vet that did the actual surgery or at least try to fix the issue) instead they let me know they will do nothing and I will have to figure it out myself and pay for it to be fixed myself. Due to corona virus I'm not working right now and now my dog that I brought to them healthy has a terrible health risk! read more

I have had many dogs in my lifetime. Never have I ever had the issue of a hematoma, let alone larger than a softball, after a neuter. When I picked up my GSD after his surgery I had a lot of trouble getting him into the car. He was in so much pain. Nothing like I have ever seen. I had to pick him up. When I got him into the car I noticed his scrotal are was black and blood red. Even wound up getting blood on my pant leg. This is not normal. However, I politely went back inside and asked if his bleeding was normal to see what response I got. The vet came out and said it was. Really??? She wrapped his scrotal area with ace like bandage to compress the scrotal area however, that did not last long with his movement. She said if I had any trouble over the weekend (this was on a Friday) to take him to my vet. They would not reopen till the following Thursday. I was up all night with his pacing and crying on Friday - Saturday. Every time his scrotal area touched the ground he jumped back up whimpering. So I took him to my vet. My vet prescribed several things for pain, poor guy still can't sit or lay down no matter how many different pain relief we gave him. And... the area is oozing blood. As instructed by my vet I brought my dog back to my vet on Monday, they decided it was necessary to do another surgery to correct. She removed 2 clots, one was 5-7mm in size. I called the Dallas location the next day since the surgery my vet performed cost almost $3200. Crystal the office manager contacted me after I left a message. She was always pleasant, but I cannot say so much for their vet. Sent her all the documentation from my vet regarding the surgery, Crystal calls me back when the vet that performed the surgery returned and stated that the vet had said "there was no active bleeding" and this is normal with big dogs. Wait??? What??? It just cost me $3200!!! So I called my vet and had her office send over pictures they took before and during the surgery. I called Crystal again, and she called me be back after she spoke with vet that did the neuter again, and the vet's response was "I should have waited a couple of week for the swelling to go down". How in the world could I let him go on like that for 2 weeks? NOTHING would knock this dog out he was in so much pain. I asked about filing a claim against their insurance, Crystal said she would get me that info. I had to call again the next week because I never got the info and when I did speak with Crystal she said the vet that did the neuter said "Take her to small claims court and sue her, then she will counter sue". What is wrong with this??? Had this happened at my vet they would do the right thing and fix at no additional cost. I get this is a non profit, but when it incurred thousands in vet bills you should do the right thing. Especially if you are trying help those with lack of means to afford veterinary care! That's why you have insurance!!!! Cold, rude, unprofessional and lacking sense of responsibility, especially since it wasn't like I could bring him back immediately. Absolutely disgusted. Take your pet to your vet that you trust. Cost you less in the long run. read more

What a great place! I adopted a little kitten from Mesquite Shelter and they sent me to spay my baby to Grandall clinic. I looked at the map - so far from m. Called my et in Mesquite/ No problem they said: 363 + medication etc. WOW! For 3 pounds cat? Well I called to Grandall. They answered the phone right away. Very positive, friendly and helpful. Explained what I should do. Please note if you bring a small animal you have to bring it in a labeled carrier that they take in and later give your pet back in this carrier. I came there at 7AM and left my baby. Came to pick up her at 4PM. No line, no wasted time. My cat came back to me looking very good. Spay+rabies+shots+chip+ID tattoo - all this for 75 bucks. Normal humane price, good service, clean facility and great very friendly staff. I am very happy and will tell everybody about this clinic. Also I want to add something - I came there at 3:30 actually so I had a chance to see their normal everyday operations and talk to customers. Vet tech who was taking animals from visitors was just a sweetheart. She gave a hug or kissed each animal, was very friendly and simply was smiling all the time. All people coming in were very pleased with the service, I talked to some and every one said that the place is just great. I am very pleased and I will always use this clinic from now on. read more

I had heard good things about this place. Maybe the Crandall location is good but their mobile service stinks. If you want you animal (in my case a kitten) left on the hot payment in their crate when it's 80 degrees in the morning, then this is your place. The young gal was hateful with me when I didn't want to leave Lucy out there with the heat and all the dogs. Then when I picked her up from being spayed, they didn't microchip her as requested. They must have hurried thru 20 operations today and not looked at the pets folder or info. Unbelievable! If you are someone that loves their animals, do NOT go here. They believe animals are just that, not your loving pet. So, if you love animals, don't go to the mobile service. TERRIBLE treatment and service. read more

My brother took 2 dogs for spaying and 1 dog developed large hole in stomach 2 days after surgery and when they took dog back they were told that the vet that did the surgery wasn't there and they needed to leave Now even though there was another vet on site. We have a neighborhood stray cat that consistently shows up pregnant. Vets all quoted $300 plus to fix her. None would entertain discounts for the effort to halt the kitten overpopulation problem. Her most recent litter came during the bitter cold. We let her into the backroom to give her shelter and let her nurse her babies. We found homes for 3 of the 5 kittens and will keep the other two. Our local animal shelter advised "because you fed her after she had her babies she is your cat and now it is a surrender". Okay. I am willing to pay a fee. "and we won't take her because she might be pregnant". Okay. I advised they were the ones that told us we had to buy a trap, trap her, and then bring her in. Perplexed, they suggested we release her again into the neighborhood to have more kittens and then maybe they will take her. This makes no sense. I walked away heart broken and disgusted. A volunteer at the shelter (not the animal shelter employees) recommended SNN. We will get Mama Kitty fixed and hope we can find a farm that needs a barn cat. SNN is part of the solution. The prices are better than VCA, which is why I wanted rate them highly. However after my experience in Richardson on the "Hope Mobile," I can do no such thing. When they handed me my 16 yo chi, all seemed well, but when they handed me my 4.5 month old chi, I immediately noticed she was bleeding -- and it was actually dripping not merely showing red. When I pointed it out to the woman who had taken my paperwork she glanced at it momentarily before dismissively saying, "she'll be fine." Gigi was shaking and clingy. I'm not sure whether or not we'll be returning. They don't seem to have much if any regard for your pet's peace of mind. read more

My 16 year old son just got his own dog. The dog had been dumped on the side of highway. My son was looking at a puppy when my husband brought this dog home. My son just fell in love right away. We knew we needed to get him neutered when my husband found this organization. The site that I registered the dog through was taken down. It said free spay/neuter and rabies. You could pay for other services if you wanted them. My son wanted all the vaccinations and chipping. But when we picked the dog up, they gave me an invoice which included a fee for neutering him and for the rabies vaccination. All the Facebook things were removed. I forwarded the post to a friend via messenger on Facebook. The post I forwarded to her vanished. The only thing left were the conversations we had regarding this service. This organization told me that it wasn't free for the area I chose. But when I signed up, there was no price listed for spay/neuter nor the rabies vaccination. Cause for Paws is less expensive for everything except for chipped. My son thought this was such a good program, to offer the surgeries and rabies shots for free, that he even made a donation. Then they turned around and charged him for those services. Once they have your credit card, they can and will charge you for things you thought were free. I did not dispute the $5 trip charge they hit me with but that fee did not apply to the one I signed up for. I remember talking to my husband about that. DO NOT USE THIS ORGANIZATION! I highly recommend this place. I spayed my 7 month old pit bull mix and everything went well. I made an appointment, went there, they were nice and answered some of the questions that I had for my dog. My pit bull gets excited every time that she sees people so when I was there and was called for her to get in, the leash broke, it was embarrassing but the lady from the clinic gave me a leash right away. They guy who took her temperature and her weight was very nice and patience. When I went to get her after the surgery she was so excited to see me and again the lady from the clinic answered all of my questions that I had from the surgery. Two weeks have passed and my dog is very healthy, she didn't have any complications afterwards, she did very good with the healing. The first week after surgery I didn't let her do anything, no running, no jumping and she loves to do that so as soon as she started to do that I put her inside the kennel, and every time she went potty I took her with a leash, I didn't like the Elizabeth collar that the clinic put on her, it seem uncomfortable so the first day from the surgery I already had a travel pillow for her, she was very comfortable with the pillow. Now her little cut that she had from the surgery is healed, she is running and jumping like nothing happened. I'm glad that I spayed her and I'm glad I found this clinic, they were profesional and very caring I highly recommend this place 100% read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! My dog Carl got neutered and microchipped and when I came to pick him up, I saw that both his paws were bleeding. I talked to the lady about why he is bleeding and she said they clipped his nails because they were dew nails. I DID NOT give any permission for them to do so AND this was not mentioned to me at all from the beginning of dropping him off to any time between from picking him up. (8a-3p). They have my contact information and did not have the courtesy to call me about his nails. I had him groomed 2 weeks before this and they never mentioned it either. I also checked his body and he is also bleeding on his back and his front paw. They did not patch him up and exposed his wounds. I know this Is a charity but at least, care for the animals!!! IF YOU LOVE OR CARE ABOUT YOUR PET, DONT TAKE THEM TO HERE OR ANY NON PROFIT!! It is best to take them to the vet and spend money that is worth a great procedure and recovery. I first scheduled my dog to be picked up at Grand Prairie Prairie Paws for a spay on Jan 9th for Free spay/neuter. Then i get an email stating the appt was actually going to be on the 16th and i would have to pay because the Free day was already full. I was a bit upset about this. I accepted the appointment for the 16th and moved forward. Monday the 15th rolls around and i recvd a call that they were moving my pick up time from 7:30am to 8:30 due to the forecasted weather. (It was supposed to freeze overnight) Ok, so i called my boss at work and advised i would be about 2 hours late instead of 1 hour late. I showed up at 8:25 am the next morning at Prairie Paws as scheduled. There were aprox. 10 other people there waiting as well. We all waited...and waited...and waited.... by 8:50 there was still no one there to pick up our dogs. We all began to call the Spay Neuter network, I was on hold for about 20 minutes or so and I recvd voicemail. I left a detailed voicemail advising i was waiting and no one had shown and asked for a call back with the status, as i needed to get to work. Most of the others waiting with me also recvd voicemail. However, one guy was able to get through to someone. The person at Spay/Neuter Network advised him that they were not coming and that they canceled the trip for the day and he was not sure why none of us had been informed. So, all of us (upset) got in our cars and left. I took my dog home and went to work, arriving about 3 hours late. By 11am i had stilll not gotten a call back form the voicemail i left. I called again, again got voicemail, left another voicemail. At 1pm i searched online for the CEO or head people of this company as i was very frustrated. I emailed Bonnie Hill and Jennifer Chavez. Shortly after i emailed them a call center rep called me. She is calling to reschedule my appt for another month out (she said this is the only time they can come back to my area), no mention of why they didnt show or not even an apology for wasting my time when i could have gone into work ontime. I asked her why they did not show up and she proceeds to tell me they did show up and that the bus driver was only 15 minutes late due to traffic. I told her no ma'am, i waiting there for an hour past my appt time and so did alot of other people before your company advised us no one was coming and we all left, pulling out og the lot together. She says, well ma'am we did come and were 15 minutes late. I tell her, no one was there and especially not 15 minutes late. She says yes they were. I was not going to argue with this rep. I asked for her supervisor. She advised me that she would have her call me and that her name was Bonnie. This was good because i already emailed a lady named Bonnie. Shortly later i get an email from Bonnie advising me that she is having her college Jennifer work on what may have happen and that I would hear from Jennifer soon. The next day 3pm, still nothing from anyone. I then get a call from the call centered trying to resch me again for a location that is no where near where i live! I declined and asked for my money to just be re-funded. I also advised the rep that i was still awaiting a call from a supervisor named Jennifer. She assured me i would still get that call. About 20 minutes later i get an email from Bonnie again stating that she is sorry about all this but there is nothing she can do for me and she has refunded my money. NEVER ONCE GOT A PHONE CALL FROM BONNIE OR THIS JENNIFER LADY. What type of customer service is this? I waited in the cold for your company to not show up. You know damn well you didn't show up. I missed 3 hours of work. And then your rep calls me to argue with me. Then 2 different supervisors cant even pick up the phone and call me? Horrible customer service, i couldn't get through to anything but voicemail every time i called. I am worried that even if i left my sweet dog in your hands what could happen. I have read so many horrible reviews on dogs this company has been in contact with. I can not believe they are still in business. I have already scheduled with another POLITE company that answers the phone. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!! read more

Have used their service two times now and am very please, for the most part, with this business. My animals all came back spayed/neutered and in good spirits. I would think that the people who work in this organization really care about animals or else they wouldn't be doing it. I too am not happy with the transportation that they use in that it doesn't have air conditioning. They really should install one. The pick up and drop off went very well with a very friendly staff member, who was all by himself, trying to quickly get everyone taken care of. I would highly recommend this business to anyone! Took 3 females (young mother and 2 dtrs) in Feb 2017 for the special. All 3 had picked up something (spread to my other cats, NOT sick prior!) and all 3's incision site were infected with in a day. Had to take them to my vet for meds.Do not take your babies there. The quality of service is no longer there, especially at the new location. I called 2 days after the surgery the infection and whatever "bug" had them burning with fever (including the other cats) to let them know I wasnt happy with their quality of anything; and never got a response (even via website/ email). read more

This was my first time using this company. The saying is true "you get what you pay for". Although the prices/fees are reasonable/cheap/free.. The customer service is sub par to say the least. I was advised to show up early (which I did) to get the paperwork completed. I was the 2nd person there waiting, and the truck had not yet arrived. 8am was the drop off time. There was one other lady there ahead or me. When they finally decided that they were ready to start handing out the paperwork, there was absolutely NO structure. The lady and myself were almost the last to get our paperwork done/handed to us, because other ppl were allowed in front of us. I also got my dog microchipped while there. I am now learning from the company that they use (HomeAgain) that the fee they charge is only for them preforming the service, that I am still needing to pay the 19.99 for the service (which I was told that I wouldn't have to pay it). So again.. Pricing.. you'll LOVE it... Customer service... you'll HATE it.. and customer service is HUGE to me.... read more
