    Ivan and the crew went above and beyond in making sure I had a phenomenal experience every time I visited this bike shop. Super knowledgeable staff that clearly care about bikes and their equipment, and a generally well stocked store that has all your road or mountain biking needs. When I was trying to build up my Tarmac SL7 last summer, Ivan put in the time to help me find every part I would need from the store and talked to me about tips and tricks on working and maintaining my bike. If you are ever in the OC area and want a masterclass in customer service and want to talk bikes with a good group of dudes be sure to swing by here!

    Super happy with my experience at this Specialized location! The store is nice, clean and organized as you can see from my pictures. Definitely has an inviting vibe as you pull up to the store. The staff all seem really down to earth and my interaction with Elijah was great. After I completed my purchase, he was extremely thorough in walking through all the features of the bike and assisted patiently with the initial setup. Took about 1 hour and 15 mins and it was time well spent. I wish I came by earlier as I didn't get a lot of time to check out the store before closing time. Anyhow, I am a happy camper riding my newly acquired toy, and will likely stop by this store more frequently! Note with your purchase, Specialized will offer loyalty credit that you can use to redeem for goodies at the store.

    Excellent customer service! The people and mechanics here are so friendly and welcoming. MAX is the best! He's great with following ups, and attention to details and helps with questions on my SL Levo. He is personable and always has a great attitude. They have a great selection of bikes and accessories, too. I bring my ebike here for servicing and software updates. The mechanics here are so professional. I don't find myself coming back because they've missed something on my list of repairs. It's a drive for me from Tustin, but I trust the mechanics here with my bike. 5 stars all the way!!

    Great bike shop! Marisa was the very nice lady who helped us out. She was very friendly and professional. She knows a lot about the products selling in the store. I don't even know how many questions my wife and I asked her, but she answered all of them. She was very patient with us! Unfortunately, we ended up not buying any mountain bikes there today. The selection on mechanical bikes wasn't much. Specially now that they are in such a high demand. They did have a lot of electric bikes and two full-suspension bikes on the floor. Also, they do have lots of biking accessories! Lots of them. Prices on bikes are what you would except, you are paying for the quality and performance, so it is worth it to invest in a good bike. Parking is small and gets full really quick! But, you can still find parking in the shopping center next to it, if you don't mind walking a minute more.

    I want to thank the staff for being so professional and accommodating the customers. I was in and out very quickly. I want to thank Kiano for being the best for addressing my bike's repair problems. I love this store because they truly understand the heart of a bikers.

    This is a great shop. I took my bike here for a dropper post issue a few years ago and they treated me right. The post was pretty much toast but they were able to help me get a discounted replacement. I also did a fork and shock service here. Frank took care of me here. I'll probably get a new stumpy from here eventually when supplies finally normalize. I also enjoyed the group ride events here pre covid. Can't wait til things get back to normal.

    I absolutely love this store and the staff! I am a die hard Specialized owner and I was thrilled when they decided to open a local store! I needed to get a pair of flat MTB shoes for my father and they went out of their way to find the ones I needed in the size I needed. I also attend their monthly donut ride and have been on almost every one they have hosted. It is such a wonderful group of people and they provide yummy donuts (vegan options also!) and coffee for all the cyclists who attend! They truly are such a lovely addition to the community! Upon entering, there were three employees visibly working in the store two male employees on the sales floor and one female employee behind the counter. Despite walking directly past the two male employees, neither acknowledged us, greeted us, nor asked if we needed assistance. Instead, they appeared to be engaged in a personal conversation with one another. As we continued browsing, I spent time in the women's section while my husband looked at shoes. I walked past the two male employees a few times, and on one occasion, one of them made direct eye contact with me, yet still did not offer a greeting or assistance. Shortly afterward, a female employee came from the back of the store, walked directly past me, and likewise failed to acknowledge my presence or offer assistance. At that point, I became disappointed by the complete lack of customer service. After this treatment my family and I decided to leave the store. After exiting the store, I remained outside briefly and observed one of the same male employees assisting another customer who had entered after us. Wanting to give the store another opportunity, I returned inside and continued browsing in the women's section. Even then, several minutes passed before a female employee finally asked if I needed assistance. While I understand that employees may be busy, there was no indication that these employees were occupied with customer-related responsibilities. Instead, they appeared focused on socializing while completely ignoring my family and me. As a consumer, I should not have to repeatedly walk past employees, make eye contact, and spend time browsing before receiving even a basic greeting. Every customer deserves to be acknowledged, welcomed, and treated with professionalism and respect.
