Vitalii reached out to our family on a Monday night. Explained to Vitalii that I needed to leave before noon to the Bay Area the next day so I needed an early appointment scheduled. He locked me in for a 0900-1100 appointment time frame for the very next day! On the day of, Vitalii gave me a heads up before arriving to our property. Arrived, pre-diagnosed the issue. Gave a clear honest opinion of next plan of action and executed with flying colors. Turned out it was a really bad clog that he took care of. It was so late in the afternoon(after 4:30pm) and I didn't think that I could get it looked at till the next day. I was so wrong, they let me know that it might be late(6 -8pm) but they would definitely come tonight. They arrived after 7pm, gave me the Diagnostic and fixed it.
