I felt taken advantage of due to my lack of technical knowledge about appliance repairs. Sergey came right on time the next day. He took the time to put covers on his shoes and was very patient while listening to my explanation of the problem - including dealing with folding mirrored doors that needed to be removed to access the dryer. Sergey was very organized and methodical. He skillfully removed the heavy doors and pulled the dryer out, being careful not to damage the track the doors roll on. He checked the back of the dryer and then the vent on the roof. He showed me photos of the clog in the vent and gave me a price for cleaning it. He said he may need to clean inside the dryer as well. After seeing how much lint came out of the vent hose, I told him to go ahead and clean inside the dryer as well. I'm glad I did, it was a fire hazard waiting to happen! Sergey cleaned everything up and carefully put the mirrored doors back on - making sure to adjust the screws so they move freely.
