It has been 4 days and I have a lot of tiny bubbles on my two front windows and on my tiny little side windows and the cut is off and crooked !!! I showed it to one of the other workers as I inspected my car before leaving and was told they would be gone after the first 3days bc it is water and had to dry, but there were no bubbles anywhere on my rear windows! Then an hour later I got get a call that I didn't pay. I informed the guy that If I didn't pay how did I retrieve a receipt and or get my car keys! The guy then told me it was ok and he apologized that he had to call me and ask for payment when I handed my payment directly to the employee who gave me my car keys and receipt! I am upset bc I had to tell him check your cameras etc bc I handed my payment and I shouldn't have to check my pockets or purse. read more

The owner showed up half an hour late. He took other people ahead of me despite me making an appointment 2 weeks in advance. That meant that instead of the work taking about an hour and a half like I was told over the phone, I would have to leave my car there for 3-4 hours. I think he just tells everyone to show up at 9am and prioritizes who he wants to. I had Groupons, and I get that some businesses would rather prioritize non-Groupon customers, but he should have just been up front about that. I was upfront about using Groupons when I made the appointment, he should have given me the same courtesy. Don't lie to me to get me in the door, show up half an hour late, charge me extra for 2 teeny windows (I was already paying for 7 and told them what kind of car I had when I was making the "appointment"), and expect me to just be ok with that. Thankfully I explained the situation to Groupon and got a full refund. Obviously I can't review their work, but if they aren't honest and up front about cost and time, and on top of that they only have 2 guys plus the owner there on a busy Saturday morning, I'm not sure I could trust them to do quality work. read more

Got my vehicles done here before with little issues. Like windshield tint will have some bubbles or imperfections. I thought nothing of it because it was done rather quickly and cheap. I got quoted $595 for a model X with windshield included. I even confirmed, this is with windshield. I called in and set an appointment . Upon arrival, they looked at my vehicle and got on the phones, not sure who they talking to, but came up to me and said can't get it done quick and will cost more. read more

These guys were able to do my car on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment! Which was awesome, because most businesses are super busy. They did my two front windows for $95. It would've be $80-$85, but I had adhesive (on both windows) from the previous tint, so that was extra to remove it. I got 15% which is great because it's dark but not to dark to get pulled over by the cops. They were able to do it in 20-25 minutes. The only issue I have is the passenger window. They didn't do the tint all the way. You can still still a strip of clear window. It's only noticeable when you put the window down. I didn't noticed it right away because you have to have the windows up for 2 days. So when I finally I saw it I was like ohhh. But it's not that bad. Overall good service. read more

Really poor installation when dealing with new cars. When they re assemble the door panels it wasn't done properly which left the car with a bunch of rattling noises. Make sure not to take a brand new car or else it will be sounding like an old one once it gets tinted. read more

Took my new SUV 2022. They remove moldings that they dint put back tint not cut straight. Some bubbles and bumps aggressive manger doesn't take responsibility for his error tried to blame on me. Stating I must of taken somewhere where that was done. When I know I dint Purchase a brand spanking new SUV with missing moldings from interior. I dropped off my car at 10am on a Sunday. I received a text from about 3pm saying that they are working on my rear window. I show up at 6pm because there was no communication except for the 3pm text. When I got there my car was still being worked on. All of my door panels are removed after I discussed my concerns about removing panels since my car is almost 30 years old and clips can easily be broken. Also my back seat was removed even though there was no need to remove it. My car was done at 10pm. So my car was there for a total of 12 hours for a tint job. And my door panels where not put back the same way. Some parts are cracked and the arm rests are loose. I sincerely regret taking my car to the Speedy Auto Tint Downey location. Got my 2023 Chevy trailblazer tinted here , trusting them with tint since I have taken my other cars here and recommended others here . I dropped off my car at opening time and picked it up at 3 pm , pretty much car less all day . No problem I don't wana rush them . I pick up my car and everything looks ok........ hard to tell cuz they used a lot of water or whatever to clean the windows . So five days later I do not roll down my windows for a whole week to make sure I'm good to roll them down , I have a bunch of small bubbles and the cut on the tint is super bad .
