Best Indian food in the area! We will go back. We got the Butter Chicken and Chicken Tiki Marsala. Garlic naan was so fresh and delicious.

Try FOI, you'll be happy you did! The food is fabulously fresh & assuredly authentic. (Confirmed by…read moretwo people: One who spent half-a-year in India; the other whom spent over a year in southeast Asia.) We've tried a variety of menu offerings & are looking forward to continue exploring & enjoying these blissful renderings of this cuisine. If you're new to this type of food I do recommend by opting for "mild" spice level to begin with. Then turn up the heat if you find something you like. Also starting with simpler items like buttered chicken, chicken fried rice, aloo gobi masala, garlic cheese naan, lamb rogan josh, samosas, shahi chicken korma or peas pulav might be good dishes to whet your palate. Again, start with "mild" spices then turn up the heat as you find dishes you prefer. This is an enticingly elevated win-win for small business expertise in general as well as Cary-area snackers & bon vivants. Bon appetit!

We're talking about a carryout or delivery only restaurant, it is not a dine-in place and thats fine by me. You can tell just by the aromas that the place scores in authenticism. Their menu is full if veg, non-veg snacks, entrees, both classic and Indo-Chinese On our first visit, we just ordered a few chicken dum biryanis and lamb rogan josh . Good marks. Decent basmati rice, tender chicken, fragrant, though I do not think this is cuisine of the northern region. Lamb rogan josh had that vibrant red color with a south Indian flair. I am so happy that they don't tone the spice levels down. FOI is a winner in my book. I have heard that other dishes are also worth trying. I have a feeling we won't be running to Schaumburg, Naperville, or Chicago quite as much.

It was pretty busy when we visited, and there were at least 10 takeout orders going out while we were there, which says a lot about how popular it is. The service was good and the staff kept things moving despite the crowd. The menu has lots of curry options, so it took a little time to decide because everything sounded good. I ordered my dish medium spice, and it definitely had some heat--enough to make my nose run a bit, but still very flavorful! If you like spice, medium might be perfect. It's also in a convenient location right across from Bowlero and just a minute off the freeway, which makes it an easy stop whether you're local or passing through. Overall, a great spot for flavorful Indian food in the area. I'd definitely go back and try more of the curries.

It was delivered hot and the deliveryman was very polite but order came without the Lamb Curry which was supposed to be on the Non-vegetable dinner for 2. That said there was plenty of food for our party of 3 and we didn't lack for quantity, but I was really looking forward to the Lamb Curry. I will probably try this restaurant again but inside and not delivered to insure we get all we expected..

This place has all the dishes you crave for! We kicked off…read morethe dinner with some mango lassi, which was thick, creamy, and tasted like aamras. It was full of cardamom and saffron flavor and topped with whipped cream. Chole kulcha & bhatura is a must-try!! The bhatura was not oily, which was surprising, and the kulcha was so soft. The chole gravy was delicious, and the pickle paired really well with the combo. The chaat items weren't great. Dahi bhalla felt dry and didn't absorb the flavors of the chaat. Papadi chaat was oily, which was a turn-off. Malai chaap was great. The soy was tender and had a smoky flavor. The malai gravy was really yummy and paired super well with the chaap. For entrées, we had the Veg Hyderabadi, which was a spinach-based gravy. All the veggies were tender and absorbed the flavors of the spices. Paneer labandar was super yummy. The gravy was flavorful and mildly spicy, and the paneer was tender. Daal makhani was really great--perfectly creamy and spicy with amazing flavor. I was super excited to try the rumali roti, but it was a bit disappointing. It wasn't soft and had a LOT of butter. The garlic naan, however, was super soft and yummy. We ended the dinner with rasmalai, which was super yummy and loaded with dry fruits. Moong daal halwa tasted very comforting on this cold evening. The servers were very helpful, and the service was quick! Would definitely be back here specifically for the chole kulcha!

The atmosphere is very quiet and relaxing; there are very big windows on the side and you can look out at the sky while you are eating. The food is excellent; the spice levels vary across the different dishes so be sure to ask your server. They are happy to heat them up or cool them down for you, and will also bring you little samples before ordering as well. The samosas are almost as good as Mummie's, absolutely bursting with flavour and spice. The Hyderabadi chicken is a treasure. Oh, my god. It's so good. I can't stop eating it. The Chicken Biryani is wonderful, as is the Vegetable Masala. Oh, my goodness! There is also a buffet Tuesdays through Fridays which is terrific; there are lots of dishes and you can try them all. This is a terrific restaurant and I plan to return, very soon!
