He came back in under a minute and said it was no problem to order it even though it's not on the menu! It was fantastic as always. Their sauce is really what makes this so delicious. Lunch for under $40 before the tip. Hard to beat that these days. After lunch, the manager stopped by to see if everything was as we hoped it would be. I believe his name is Curtis (so sorry if I've got that wrong). He was friendly and genuinely interested in whether everything was satisfactory.
