We asked our waitress how a $17 omelet had increased so much and were told that Legends is now charging $1 for each and every vegetable added to an omelet. While it was listed on the menu, we didn't realize each vegetable would be an additional charge. It should have been communicated that EVERY additional vegetable will be $1! Our total came to $51 before tip--for two omelets. We expected it to be around $35. We understand that restaurants have had to raise prices, and we don't mind paying more for quality food. What is disappointing is the feeling of being nickel-and-dimed over basic vegetable toppings that have always been part of how we've enjoyed our omelets.
