    Beer wall

Great food and nice set up inside. We ordered wings, cheeseburger bowl, and kids chicken sticks. Also used the beer wall and enjoyed this fun option. The service was good and the cashier was very nice. She helped give us some recommendations which ended up being good! This was a perfect lunch stop as we drove along the art shops. The location is a little strange but you can tell they made the most of it.

This was an even better experience than we had anticipated! The food was great. The onion straws are AMAZING! The tater tot bowl options are a fun different item on the menu. The tacos we are on the small side. The staff were super helpful and kind. Food came out quickly. We didn't feel rushed and felt very welcome. We did not realize it was trivia and bingo night. We loved it! The lady running song bingo and trivia did a great job! What was just gonna be dinner turned in to a fun evening activity! Note: to get in the restaurant you go into the middle area of the buildings then you will see the entrance to the restaurant!

This is such a cute little spot. It is tucked away and I was very surprised that there was an entire set of stores back with it. The service was great and what I loved about the food was there's something for everyone. From basic to super creative. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside and the self serve beer wall was a fun experience.

Wow! What a great find on Yelp! We stopped for lunch when visiting Gatlinburg. Ordering was quick at the walk up counter and the employee was very helpful. Food was very good. I had turkey Reuben with homemade chips and husband had buffalo chicken wrap with tater tots. We enjoyed our meals at this cute, cozy restaurant. Got fun lattes (Rainy Day with salted caramel and English toffee syrup and Snow Day with peppermint syrup and chocolate drizzle) to go at the conclusion of our meals.

We really enjoyed Split Rail Eats! The food was fresh, tasty, and came out quickly after ordering at the counter. The outdoor patio seating was a nice touch -- relaxed, casual, and perfect for enjoying a meal in the Smokies. The menu has a great variety with something for everyone, and the portions were just right. Friendly staff and a laid-back atmosphere made it a great stop in Gatlinburg. We'd definitely come back!

This place is attached to a lodge. Cute atmosphere, there are a few lounge areas where you can eat. You order at the counter and then they give you a number and you sit wherever you want. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak with a side order of fries, bell peppers and mushrooms were extra also. I feel like the price point wasn't worth it. The sandwich was salty and they forgot the bell peppers and mushrooms. For $4 I barely got any fries. It was a small sandwich for 20 bucks. Can't say I'd recommend this place or return. Staff was friendly though so there's that.

Just what I was looking for! Casual dining done right. The location is away from the congestion of the main strip of Gatlinburg. We had burgers and tots. The quality of the burger was legit, the tots were nice and crispy. We also did the beer/cider experience. This was really cool. You just scan a wristband and you sample one of several drinks. So many delicious beers, ciders, and cocktails. The PBJ cider was unique and delicious! 10/10. This was the perfect stop after a morning spent at the national park. I wish I could take the whole place back home with me!

Good for a quick lunch! We visited Split Rail Eats after spending the morning hiking in GSMNP, and found it moderately busy. The restaurant had a casual ambiance, and we ended up sitting in their outdoor area, which had plenty of sun and shade. We went up to order at the counter and saw an entire Fall Latte Menu of seasonal coffee drinks. I chose the Iced Autumn Glory and my friend got an Iced Nutty Pumpkin. Unfortunately, neither of these were good at all. Both drinks were super weak and tasted like we were just drinking a cup of sweetened milk. Definitely could've used another shot of espresso! For food, I got the Rodeo Burger with Cucumber Salad as a side. The burger was tasty and filling! I liked the fried onion straws and melty cheese, and the Cucumber Salad was light and refreshing. My friend ordered the Southwestern Burger with Tater Tots on the side, and said her meal was pretty good. The Tater Tots were nicely crispy. Good food overall, but I recommend skipping the coffee drinks!

Great little spot located near other shopping stores and apartments above. The decor is very nice, was there in December so it was festive, fast service and food was delicious. I highly recommend this spot. Give it a try!

This food was great! We both really loved our meal. The tater tots were crispy, the gluten free bun didn't fall apart, the flavors were excellent. The staff was kind and checked in on us. Was a cute ambiance. Go check it out!

In fact, we walked about a mile from our hotel specifically to come here because we remembered it from a previous trip. That's a pretty strong endorsement considering there are approximately 7,000 places in Gatlinburg willing to sell you coffee, fudge, pancakes, taffy, or some combination of all four. Tucked away inside The Village, Coffee & Company has that hidden gem feel that makes you wonder how many people walk right past it without realizing what's waiting inside. The coffee itself is solid. One thing I appreciated was the balance. Too many coffee shops seem to believe that foam should either completely dominate the drink or be absent altogether. Here, the ratio of coffee to froth was right where it should be, allowing the coffee itself to remain the star of the show. I ordered a flavored coffee, and while I wasn't completely in love with the particular caramel syrup they use, that's more personal preference than criticism. Coffee flavors are a bit like pizza toppings... ask ten people and you'll get twelve opinions. The drink was still enjoyable and well made. The staff deserves credit as well. Friendly, efficient, and quick without making the experience feel rushed. They seemed genuinely happy to be there, which isn't always guaranteed when dealing with tourists before they've had their caffeine. What I like most about Coffee & Company is that it knows exactly what it is. It's not trying to be a trendy coffee laboratory where your drink arrives after a 15-minute explanation of bean origins and atmospheric conditions during harvest season. It's simply a really good coffee shop serving really good coffee in a charming location. Would I walk a mile for it? Absolutely. Would I walk five miles? Let's not get carried away. Four stars. A hidden gem that's worth seeking out, especially if you're wandering through The Village Shops and need a quality cup of coffee to fuel your next round of Gatlinburg adventures.

Reservations ARE a Must!!! No Exceptions!!! Don't try to do a walk in. I've read some speaking on their business model this place has plenty of business I've seen it they are not hurting for patrons to come. We are being gifted with an invitation to experience southern hospitality and face to face socializing like the days of old. When families and businesses cared about more than fast money and saw people as humans and not checks or tourists even. This place makes you remember businesses should have more care of human beings, ethics and integrity and not just a product. There is a reason you need a reservation. This tea room is meant to give personalized attention and service to the patrons not to fill the restaurant's seats. The women who work here love what they do. Also there are only three women I could see there serving /cooking from 3:00 am I'm told throughout the entire service window. My cup was never empty and nothing I asked for was missed. They were accommodating to each request and we made plenty. We were a table of nine, ages 3-72. There is a beautiful artist upstairs sharing stories, paintings and drawings making memories and providing the best hospitality Tennessee has to offer. There is a scavenger hunt in the artist's paintings just ask about it. If you want to take some of the tea home with you they sell it by the gallon and you need to ask for it when you make your reservation through text message NOT while you are there. If you want to taste the tea first go to your reservation and try it. Then request to make another reservation just for the tea to purchase for another day but it is your risk to take. They may or may not allow it because everything they are doing has been made to serve you that day and depending on how busy the restaurant may supplies may not be available to fill the request. This is WHY reservations are so important for your enjoyment and personal catered experience. I was able to see two situations while I went to the restaurant. One group of women didn't have a reservation and therefore they could not be served. The ladies were upset clearly and worked diligently to let other patrons know they were not pleased. They went as far as to ask the waitress about other places they could go to eat while the waitress was in the middle of explaining the menu to our table. There is no food desert in Tennessee you can't walk down a street and not see a food place. Another group came to the restaurant before their reservation. They were acknowledged and asked to please wait under the covered outdoor seating area. They were told at 1:30 ,which was the reservation time according to the patron, they would be called. They were welcomed to The Wild Plum Tea Room. The time was 1:20.The patrons were unhappy about this. I don't know of many restaurants where one has never heard take this buzzer your wait time will be 45 minutes to an hour. With a reservation if you come early they will say we will be right with you or we will call you when your table is ready and even those places don't give you half the attention this place does. You may see tables empty. You may assume they could've just this or that. Give this place a complete chance and learn for yourself the attention to detail these women put into serving the locals, their community and tourists. There is extra parking available to you near the tea room because the onsite parking is smaller.Just follow the sign that says The Wild Plum Tea Room. Enjoy your meal!!!I loved everything,my sister, who is a picky eater ,loved everything other than the peas and bread puddinbecause they were the fresh ones with a bite. That's her preference not a charge against the restaurant. This is not an English tea experience. You are away from the noise and adventure of Pigeon Forge but it's only twenty minutes away from it all also.pass by the Bison and take some time to slow down when you visit The Wild Plum Tea Room.

While we were walking the Arts and Crafts Loop near Gatlinburg (I HIGHLY recommend this as well), we noticed this wonderful-looking restaurant nestled away in the green forested hills across the street. Owned and operated by a European couple, the Red Oak has the ambiance of a quaint European restaurant that one would find tucked away in the Alps. While the inside atmosphere is wonderful, we chose to sit outside to enjoy the very quiet and beautiful forested hills of Gatlinburg. Service was incredible and very European - they told us they would not bother us unless we asked for something and that the table was ours for the evening.
