4 stars! Nader has the best customer service and is always friendly, but above all the end result is awesome every time. I get my dress shirts laundered quite often and they come out looking perfect. If you do wear a lot of white dress shirts, do the "white shirt special" and it comes out looking new. Alterations were also great. The only knock i would give are the hours. Granted he does stay open till 8pm, but there are other cleaners nearby that stay open till 9pm and are open on Sundays, which this place does not. Other than that, this place has my vote! read more

Nader is the man! I borrowed a dress from a friend for an evening event but the dress was stained. The dress was a mixed textile (leather top, 100% silk bottom) so it required special treatment that I didn't have time for. Nader hand treated the stains and spot cleaned the dress so it was ready for me to wear that evening! He was full of suggestions! He even recommended that, at a later date, we alter the dress to have an invisible zipper separating the top of the dress from the bottom, so next time the skirt can be dry-cleaned normally while the leather doesn't have to risk being damaged. Nader is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and treats customers like they matter! read more

I had a tear in a brand new pair of pants and they demonstrated how they will fix it, I decided I didnt like the conventional fix and asked them to go "wild" w/ the stiching, to make it look intentional. Honestly business owners should send employees to this guy to get training on how to deal with customers. Super nice guy that will make sure you are satisfied with everything. I had several shirts, pants and jeans dry cleaned and all of them came out great; on one of them I noticed a faint remnant of an old oil stain (which I did not expect to come out) and although it was no big deal to me, he insisted he'd redo it for free until it was gone. I will never return to Spotless Green Cleaners. The attitude of the owner, Nadir is abrasive. He always asks about ring around the collar, tells me to remove the shirt stays, and refuses credit cards for under $20. Once they lost a garment of mine and took a week to find it. Most egregiously, two weeks ago they created new stains on two of my very expensive shirts. After two weeks of trying to remove the stains, they created new stains and my shirts are ruined. read more

The first and only time I used this dry cleaner they lost a pair of my pants. That's a bummer, but it happens. The reason I am writing this review is that they told me they would call me to follow up and never did. I called them a few days later to check in and they said "oh we think your pants went with another order that was picked up, that person is out of town but they should bring them back in". Months have passed and I have never heard anything from them. OMG, the search is over. I don't know what the review with the massive comforter is talking about, I just brought in my filthy but beloved King Comforter that my husband and I and our 5 cats sleep on and Spotless Cleaners made it look and smell almost new. BUT, the reason I'm over the moon excited is I just picked up my husbands Vintage Yves Saint Lauren White Silk Jacket he wore at our wedding and recently wore to The Hollywood Music Awards and spilled gravy all over the sleeves and landed spots everywhere. We thought this jacket was over, almost threw it away after multiple cleaners said it was hopeless. Well, fast forward to last week, brought it to Spotless Cleaners for one last try and they said no worries, they know they can get the stains out. Well, not only can't we find a hint of a stain anywhere, the jacket looks brand new, just like the day we bought it at YSL. This gorgeous jacket was a small fortune and every time my husband wears it people go crazy for it. Can't wait for him to wear it out again. Have been going here for 3 years and always had EXCELLENT personal service from the owner, Nadir. They are occasionally late with deadline-promised garments, and once he burned a hole into one of my jackets while trying tomget a stain out, but usually we are Ok-- i know stuff happens. Last week Monday we dropped off my niece's dress and asked it to be ready on Saturday because she was flying out of state on Monday morning. My fiancé went to pick up the dress Saturday and was told it wasn't ready. The female assistant apologized profusely and said maybe it could be ready Sunday, but we let her know we couldn't come by Sunday, so she offered to mail the dress to Baton Rouge. I went in today and was shocked at the rudeness of Nader-- he's always been so nice. I've interacted with him MANY times, but today he was SUPER defensive, and he repeated numerous times that he couldn't be responsible for promises made by employees when he wasn't there-- he didn't apologize for the dress being late, offered no discount as he had in the past when it was his error, and when I offered to call my fiancé to double check who my fiancé had spoken to, he basically said it wouldn't matter. There are so many dry cleaners in studio city, that there's no reason to go to one that treats long-time customers so poorly, let alone one where an owner won't take responsibility for the performance of his employees and acknowledge "the buck stops here." So sad, but I will never go back. read more
