We used spotless 2 years in a row now to clean our carpet and I am very happy. Service people are nice and efficient. They are careful around our large furniture. This year the technician Shaun went the extra mile, moved the couch to clean the carpet under it and made sure to put some the kids' beds back in place so that it's ready for their naps. There're no strong chemical smell after the cleaning just a smell of wetness and moisture which air out overnight. It's not cheap but also not unreasonable. You get what you pay for. read more

I found the staff at Spotless professional, courteous, and prompt. They were able to get out spots and dirt that other companies could not do in previous years. As I learned from Margret, the receptionist, bigger is better when it comes to carpet cleaning vehicles! Demein and Juan were polite and informative in regards to the cleaning of my carpet. There was no haggling or up selling of additional cleaners or protectants. It was the first company to utilize door jamb protector to prevent scratching of the paint, in addition to pads to protect my hardwood floors. My previous experiences with other companies left my carpet with brown spots due to "over cleaning," so I was told. In which, I had to have the company return to resolve the issue. EXCEEDED my expectations! My two year old and Australian Shepherd wreaked havoc on our carpet in a variety of ways and I honesty thought the stains would not come out. Sean was a magician!! I can't tell you how beautiful and stain free our carpets look. Our family will only be using Spotless for all carpet cleaning needs. I would like to be writing a positive review, but they never returned my calls. If you need area rugs cleaned, don't bother with this place. I tried calling to find out if they do area rugs and what the prices are, and the man who answered the phone told me he did not know and that I had to speak to the manager lady who was busy but she would call me back. I find it odd that their phone man doesn't know basic info like that, but ok. Two hours later, still no call so I call again and I'm told everyone is gone for the day. I try calling the next day, and I get the same thing: leave a number and the manager lady would call me back. She never did. I ended up getting my area rugs cleaned elsewhere, and it only took one phone call there. read more

Okay so I called another company from ValPak out to clean my carpets. The guy walks in and says "I'm not gonna be able to get those stains out". I thought well...okay. Wasn't happy at first but respected his honesty. I then immediately called Spotless based on their reviews in a frantic state to get an appt Spotless. I was showing my home that weekend to potential leasers. We requested they come out and give an estimate. The owner Danny came out and gave a reasonable estimate. Very knowledgeable guy. He knows his stuff. Unfortunately, they were booking out a little further than my time frame. I needed this done like within a day or two. He referred me to another company. They other company was very nice and did a great job cleaning but did not have the ability to remove the stains. Bumber!!!! The owner said he would see if he could get the owner Danny of Spotless Carpet Cleaning to stop by as a favor and take care of them. I thought wow, the owner of Spotless would really come out and take care of another guys job and not get paid for it, yeah right! Well low and behold he stopped by and got the spots out today!!!! I am beside myself!!!! My husband was chatting with him and realized after my husband's research of possibly running a carpet cleaning business that Spotless has at least $100K in equipment. I don't know about you but I def want someone with this type of knowledge, character and investment in equipment to clean my carpets! We will never use another carpet cleaning besides Spotless!!! Ok, My carpets were in desperate need of cleaning, in fact I was thinking it may have been cheaper to just replace them. Then, I came onto Yelp and found Spotless..... This place is FANTASTIC! Damien the owner is a doll. Very professional and courteous and not mention on time. In fact the day I was to get my estimate he called to tell me he was running 5 minutes late. Have you every heard of such a thing? The day came for him to come and clean and he was short a man but he was on time and worked his butt off and my carpets look just about brand new. He didn't lie and tell me everything would come up, he was honest and said he would give it his best shot. A week after they left I got a thank you card in the mail from them. As had been the routine, I called round loads of places to get my stairs cleaned. NO ONE, no one, ever got back to me. If I got someone on the phone they didn't want to do stairs. The lovely lady at Spotless however, gave me a quote on the phone. They came round and got the filthy stair carpet CLEAN.. I waited for the three week period to see if the dirt would show again... it didnt! The reasonable price they charged included more carpet than the amount the stairs took up. So the guys did the upstairs hallway, into the doorways of the bedrooms AND rolled back rugs in my living room to clean the carpet there too. I'll have them back next time. Should have written this ages ago. Demien is simply the best. Have had him out several times over the past 5 years. Today it was the carpet and, for the first time, the tile. I wish I'd had the tile done when we moved in. I cannot believe how different it looks now that it's truly "clean". (sweeping and mopping apparently haven't been cutting it) Not only did he do an amazing job, he spent a huge amount of time educating me on the different cleaning products he uses and why he chose them. Is he more expensive then one of the MegaCorp carpet cleaners? Yes. Is it worth it? You bet. Cannot say enough nice stuff about these folks. Two thumbs up! read more

I've waited a while to write this review, because the usual chain of events is - yay, the stains are gone! - then a few weeks later they creep back. NOT THIS TIME! I received a Val Pak card from two other carpet cleaning places that appeared to have really good deals. I searched for their website, and luckily Yelp came up. One of the places had the worst ratings I've ever seen, with one review saying - I wish they had negative stars! When I searched Yelp for carpet cleaning places, Spotless came up with the best reviews ever. I called, and their really nice person answered the phone. (Yes! A person actually answers the phone!) I jokingly asked if they paid for the great reviews on Yelp, and she said, Oh, that's because of our owner, Damien - he does a great job and everyone loves him. OK, convenient appointment that I had to change with no problem. Damien and assistant show up on time. (This is getting better...) I felt I was actually being listened to when I explained the problems and what I wanted done. I had some baaad stains, and honestly just wanted a cleaning to get me through the holidays. We have actually had some bad experiences with carpet cleaning - stains return, it takes forever to dry, and our once nice feeling carpet turned permanently crunchy! Therefor, we have not kept up with it as we should have, not wanting to go through all that. Well...the carpet dried in half the time it normally does after cleaning, the stains were/are gone, and the carpet actually looks and feels new. I know it sounds like I'm a cult member, but I'm just not sure how all these things are possible with Spotless and no one else ?! Now I plan on keeping up with this, and will probably be able to delay replacing several rooms of carpet. read more

We had Demien from Spotless over to clean our carpets today. He is so trustworthy, because we originally were going to have him do our very fragile and difficult, old, sun damaged Chenille couches. Although I know he can work magic, he honestly recommended that we not have them cleaned at this time. Rather, he recommended some more frequent thorough vacuuming, installing UV film on the windows and maybe have them cleaned in another couple of years. He was so honest that he convinced us not to spend the money we would have paid him. To me that is the most honest I've ever seen! After he cleaned the carpets we were amazed at how thorough his system cleaned them. Spots that had never been able to be removed by other companies were finally removed by Spotless. Spotless is the best cleaning service we have used! We have a lot of tile that has a textured surface. I met with the Spotless crew and they gave me the pro's and con's of professional tile cleaning, maintenance recommendations and options for long term care. We went ahead with the cleaning and our tile and grout came out perfect! What is great is that we are able to now maintain the tile on our own and have better ways to clean it without getting a lot of grit and grime in the texture on the tile.
