I remember coming here last year and having a pretty good massage and reflexology. Our bodies was in pain and I told my friend about this place. Oh boy what a year does as it was a total let down. We called on the phone to see if they could take us in 20 minutes and I asked about the Yelp special and the lady said yes. When we got there, there was no one to greet us. We had to wait a few minutes before the lady came out from the back. We discussed getting the Yelp special once again $50 for 90 minutes full body. I asked her how much for 30 minutes for reflexology and she said $25 but we were hesitant so she said ok $20 more for the reflexology so $70 for the whole two hours which in our minds was really good. She asked for payment upfront which wasn't a problem but I'm used to paying after the massage. I figured out why she wanted payment as the massage people weren't there yet and she had to call them to come in. We waited in the backroom soaking our feet in hot water. Finally after 10 minutes one person came and told us to wait a couple more minutes for the other person. Here comes the quirkiness. The one lady who was going to massage my friend stood up and said she was going to massage me. We both was like ah ok whatever. So I'm getting my massage which wasn't the deep tissue I normally used to and about 20 minutes of rubbing my head and part of my back she starts asking me for more money that the $70 we agreed upon with the lady in the front was too cheap. I told her that's what the other lady said so she tried to upgrade our massages saying $5-$10 more and we can get our feet massaged. I told her the reflexology was supposed to be 30 minutes and she walked away and went to talk to the lady in the front. Then I guess the male manager came up to me to say it was too cheap. I repeated myself again what the deal was. They we talking amongst themselves and the man came up to me again saying needs more money. I told him to just refund us for the massage and we will leave. After talking to the girli again the guy says ok no problem. So the same girl after massaging me for about 20 minutes tells me that I need more power referring that a guy is now going to massage me. The guy was even worse as he started to massage my head again and I asked him to please massage my back as the other person already spent a good amount of time doing that. He sounded sick like his nose was running and he was coughing. I tried to tune him out but he was sick. I felt so gross. On top of that he would just out his forearm on my back and just keep it there. I was like where was the massage. He would do this through out the entire time. He finally tells me to turn over on my back and he literally only massaged me for like maybe 6 minutes. He then tells me the massage is over and walks away. No thank you, how are you doing, nothing. I think he knew he was junk as he didn't even come out to ask for his tip. The other person who massaged my friend wasn't that good either. If you get massages you pretty much know what people do and they didn't do any of that. At least she tried to work on my friend. To make matters worse, we didn't get our 30 minutes of reflexology and they ended our time early. When we got to the front the manager and the front desk girl was no where to be found. This is probably my worse massage ever in my entire life. I will never ever come back here again. read more

5/5 stars! AMAZING experience! I'm in town for a conference and wanted to book an apt for a massage. There were no issues with the scheduling and the receptionist was incredibly friendly when I called to confirm my apt after flying in.Atmosphere was a tad sketchy but not to fear it's a verified massage place with all the registered licences lol Located on I drive in a strip mall on the second floor so it was a bit confusing to find it at first. It's a plus that Bret made me feel extremely comfortable. I'm so ticklish on my arms and he catered to that without being pushy. He was always worried about how comfortable I felt and when I told him "lets skip the arms" he did just that. I've had experiences where I tell the masseuse to please stay away from my arms and they've INSISTED! Making things very awkward. Thanks BRET!   They ended the massage with removing excess amounts of oils (YES!!!!). One of the downsides of massages for me is leaving slippery - thanks to the removal of oils we were able to go for brunch immediately after our massages. Bret explained that he expects all of his associates to give a similar massage and this is genius! This has become our go to spot for a reasonably priced massage when in Las Vegas. Seriously $30 for an hour...sign me up for a double! I will say if your in pain or have serious problem areas this is not your spot. This is a place you will come to for a relaxation type of massage yes they might get out a few knots and kinks but that's about it...remember folks...you get what you paid for. We were visiting Las Vegas on our honeymoon and really wanted to do something relaxing together. We found Spring Spa on Groupon (Couples Full-body combo massage with green tea foot soak and sea salt foot scrub, $75) and we are so happy we found them. First, we called the day before to see if they had anything available for the next day. They did and the receptionist was super nice and accommodating. They then sent us text messages to confirm the appointment and detailed directions which we appreciated since we aren't from LV. We got there 15 min early and they helped us out right away. It was Amazing! The rooms are very relaxing and soothing ( I nodded off at one point haha) and the girls that massaged us were very nice. This place is horrible! I wish I can give negative stars to this establishment. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a massage. I paid for a one hour full body massage, the guy walks me to the back and tells me to lay down and get undressed. I do as instructed and end up laying there for about 20 minutes before the masseur even came in! Once he starts the massage, it's nothing but his arms and elbows stabbing me in the back for 30 minutes, very uncomfortable. On top of that it was hot as hell in there. Then, to my left we're two other gentlemen getting massages and one of their masseurs kept answering her phone to which one of the men asked her to put her phone on silent. Now back to my horrible experience, the guy steps for about 5 minutes and comes back with hot stones. He attempted to massage me with them but instead scorched my back. I yelped and told him to stop, that it burned. He finished off by pretty much just rubbing oil on the back of my legs, I wouldn't call that massaging. I was expecting for him to tell me to turn around, but instead the lame masseur says he was finished. I got up and was very upset. The price was 60$ for an hour, I refused to pay that because it was not an hour at all, not even 45 minutes . I gave them a 50$ which I fully regret now, as they only deserved 30$ for the service I received. Don't believe the hype about this place. Pay more and go get massaged at a resort instead, or risk being burned and ripped off. read more

I came to Vegas on a one day business trip, once I was free from work I decided to relax with a massage. Although I did not have an appointment I was greeted with warm hellos and a 30 minute wait time, which was fine with me because once again I didn't have an appointment. I ended up getting a 3 hour massage which consisted of a 90 minute foot massage and a 90 minute full body massage. For three hours the young man that provided my massage was very kind, patient, and the massage was wonderful. Once my massage was over I was given water and a face mask to take home. Although this was not the best massage I've ever gotten, I was beyond pleased with the staff and customer service. Not to mention that the prices are absolutely affordable! I would recommend this place and I look forward to returning when I come back to Vegas. read more

This was my second choice when I was looking for a massage in Chinatown. The place was clean and comfortable. It is not as private as I would have liked but it wasn't bad. I got a full body massage for $60. I thought it was a little strange to pay up front for the service but I rolled with it. The massage was good. Not great but pretty good. I thought it was a little rushed. She spent so much time on my back that she kind of plowed through the rest of it to get done in an hour. When I was done, I was prepared to tip. I work in a tipping business so I understand proper tipping. I thought the service was good, not great. Therefore, I thought $10 on a $60 massage (17 percent) was adequate. In fact, there is a sign on the wall that say Good $10, Great $15, Exceptional $20. I turned to leave and the massage person had the unmitigated gall to say, "Excuse me, sir. One hour massage" and point to the $15 mark on the sign. I didn't want to leave on a bad note so I gave her $5. The massage wasn't worth the extra $5. There are plenty of places to get a massage in Las Vegas. I won't be going back to a place that begs for increased tips. read more

We're new to town and had initially stopped by another spa down the street. The guy was a douchebag so we left. We drove down Spring Mountain and stumbled upon Spring Spa. Greeted upon entering and all employees were already so attentive! We relayed that my husband is pretty sensitive and they did a great job in making sure to not be rough. Another reason we love this place is because they take the time on your feet as well, which is rare to find at many spas in California- they tend to concentrate more on your back. This place is great. Went there with my sister 2 days ago while in Vegas. The lady who game me the massage kept asking me if she's doing it too hard. I requested it. No pain, no gain, right?! She took the knots out of my back ( it still hurts but no knots ) so that's all that matters. That's what I needed! If you are in need of a therapeutic massage I definitely recommend them. 60 bucks for 60 mins intense and strong massage on the back, it was worth every penny! These people work extremely hard so please just pay them the menu price they definitely deserve it! I have been going to Spring Spa for over a year now, every 1-2 weeks. I have lower and upper back pain for neck pain from an injury, and Mia works her magic better than any massage therapist I've met. I've had massages for around 10 years now so that says a lot.  I hear great things about the others just no personal experience. The pressure is quite strong so it was painful for the first few times but you adapt to it, and it's always worth it in the end. DRINK LOTS of water the next day and expect to be sore and then feel great the day after. SPRING SPA saves me from getting debilitating muscle spasms like I used to. Very grateful to have them a few blocks from home. They'll get all your knots out in your back, help loosen tender spots like IT band and hip flexor, and some acupressure. 60 mins would never be enough for me, I always go for the 90 mins. The price is super affordable and you're sure to come away refreshed from the most amazing 60 minute/90 minute full body massage .Thank you to the highly trained therapists practising traditional Chinese Accupresure.  I highly recommend SPRING SPA to everyone. Paid gave them $30 tip for 2 people, her face was not happy and said that it was a minimum of $20 per person! (On a tip!). They even had a sign on the wall!! Wish I would have yelped to see actual location since they don't have a website. Pictures didn't match location. It's in a strip mall. The massage was just ok and worse, upon getting home realized I was covered in bites. I had been fine my entire trip until I laid on that bed and got that 30 massage and green tea soak. One word: PERFECT! their service is the absolute best I have experience at a foot spa. The massage it self was just what we need after a weekend long event and all that dancing. Really needed a good massage after 6 hours of flight and 3 days into our trip. Half an hour foot and after that we got to get a full body massage... it was amazing I got YoYo, she was careful not to go to hard and often asked me if it was good. I've been to massage places all over the world and to be honest this places quality was amazing. It's a little pricier than the ones in Brooklyn but definitely 10x better. They actually massage you and not just rub and not rough either. So after the massage the guy will ask you after paying if your massage was good and thennn he shows you a Starbucks gift card for $5 bucks if you give them a good review. Let's start out with the good, clean and friendly with reasonable prices. OK massage, got a 90 minute deep tissue which frankly was pretty basic. The website says private rooms avaible, not true. My private room had staff walking in during my massage and keeping the door open going in and out. Came in on a lazy to take the muscle pain away. No groupon. The massage itself was lovely and lasted the entire time it was supposed to. My masseuse applied just enough pressure and asked me how it felt intermittently. It was quiet and was relaxing. Money well spent. The problem arose when it came time to leave. I handed my masseuse $7. She looked at the money, and then looked up at me with a look of utter confusion. I never saw someone react this way to being handed extra money, so I was beginning to become confused as well, so I stated "It's for you to keep. It's a tip. The massage was great, thank you" She then shook her head, and pointed to the sign on the wall with the tipping amounts. Me, in shock said, "Oh, I didn't know there was a certain amount to tip. That's all I have." Which was a lie...Had she been a little more subtle , I definitely would've threw in an extra 3 bucks, but after that, I wasn't about to be pressured into giving her more money. She then asked me if I wanted to tip more on a credit card...I wanted to say "HELL NO!", but I smiled and apologetically repeated, "That's all I have" I suppose she felt defeated. Well...I was playing hooky from work with my best friend (sorry boss) and we decided we wanted to get foot massages. Called and made an appointment, the guy on the phone spoke perfect english and told us that we could get 30 min foot massage and 30 minute hairwash/massage for $42. So we get there right at 12 and the ladies greeting us had no idea what was going on....one older lady only spoke minimal english. The guy on the phone was no where to be found, they had no idea of our appointment, but they still sat us down. Both ladies went to work and I noticed the lady who was rubbing my feet had her phone between my legs....after about 15 mins her phone rang and she proceeded to HAVE A CONVERSATION. Geez, how relaxing. On to the hair washing/scalp massaging.... So I thought this was going to be relaxing and wonderful....they seriously scratched...with nails...our scalps until it was almost raw. Painful at times? yes....Relaxing? NO. So they put my friend in a small closet with a chair to blow dry her hair and I had to sit inbetween the massage tables to get my hair blown out. Oh yeah, they only blew dry about half of our hair and sent us on our way. 2 stars for my hair smelling good and having the cleanest scalp in Las Vegas. Probably would not do that again. read more
