It is about 1 mile from my house in Sabre Springs & it's next to CVS where I spend 1/2 my life picking up our meds. After stops at FedEx & the USPS...UPS was to be my last stop. I was losing energy. The employee saw me struggling with my packages & opening the door so he ran to me, opened the door, smiled at me & took my packages. That's never happened before. I later learned his name is Avii. He was so kind & knowledgeable with excellent customer service skills. I had kind of a big (but organized) order & he kept saying "it's ok" b/c I kept apologizing. This is definitely my UPS now! Thank you for treating the customers with a smile & kindness Avii. That means a lot to us. The store is clean, organized & large. It's a very comfortable space!! I hope it's around for a long time. Can't wait to see you again Avii...you really made my day. Thanks again for your excellent customer service!

    Super helpful at this location. The nearby AT&T store directed me here to drop off VoIP products…read morethat were incompatible with one of our intercom systems. The UPS store personnel alerted me to the existence of two different AT&T return processes for my items ... Something that the AT&T store was apparently unaware of, but validated after multiple calls (and getting bounced around the fragmented AT&T support system). I was finally able to obtain the necessary shipping label from AT&T for the last piece of equipment. The UPS store also provided me with documentation for any future AT&T inquiries regarding this return. Excellent customer service and a great location with ample parking.

    I'm not the usual type of reviewer. I rate based on what they should do and I do not put anything…read moreon us as customers on the people that work there. I have come more than a few times to ship items and mail returns from Amazon and it's been a smooth and fast process. I will tell you I check on my results so I know it turns out the way I want. I have worked more than a few customer service jobs and I honestly do not care if this pisses off anyone. The very last thing they want to do is be friendly to yet another person in the line after dealing with most likely at least 100 people before you. But here at this store? They did. Even when I saw they were ready to be off work. They did. People seem to forget we are all human but once. But customer always right huh? Yeah chances are you keep with that attitude, your experiences with customer service have a high chance of being shitty. I know some of you go through life thinking every employee should bow down to you but honestly? They really don't. The times I keep in mind the people who work there are just like anyone else and want to be treated decently, I get treated well. What a shock huh? And after I was done, I asked for their unique mailing labels that make it so much easier for me to mail packages. I got double what I asked for. So in my book, UPS is more than good.

The employee kept apologizing to me but I said no need, it was my bad. Super nice. I hopped in the line up front for my package and the staff up there was equally as friendly and helpful. They had some great deals on print projects (a lot of cards being made it looked like). I don't have much need for office supplies nowadays but if and when I do I will go here for sure!

    I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at Staples…read more I initially purchased a phone charger that proved to be defective upon first use. I returned to the store and, based on a recommendation from a store associate, exchanged it for a different charger. Unfortunately, the replacement charger was also defective. When I returned to the store to request a refund, I was informed that I was beyond the 14-day return window and could only receive a store gift card. Given that this was already the second defective product, I found this policy unreasonable but agreed to proceed reluctantly. However, I was then told that I would only receive approximately half of the original purchase amount. I paid nearly $20 and was refunded only $9. This outcome is unacceptable. Retaining half the value of a product, especially when both the original and replacement items were defective, raises serious concerns about fairness and consumer protection. I have never encountered a return policy that penalizes customers in this manner when proof of purchase is clearly provided. Additionally, I was disappointed by the level of customer service I received from the manager on duty. Her demeanor was dismissive and lacked the professionalism and care expected in a customer-facing role, particularly on a day such as Mother's Day when many customers are already managing busy schedules. I strongly urge corporate leadership to review and revise this policy, as it undermines customer trust and reflects poorly on the company's commitment to quality and service. I also recommend additional training for management staff to ensure that customer concerns are handled with the appropriate level of respect and professionalism. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed accordingly.

FABULOUS…read more, Then they went out of business doing the " Raised Ink " ( Note , these cards were spectacular, Very high raised texture , Magnificent !! ) Years later I call to enquire , and I am told that they couldn't do them Still, Then Christine suddenly calls and said that ByGolly, they CAN remake them. If asked her , specifically, Can they do the exact same High profile " raised ink " she said absolutely , for sure . Then came the Hard to swallow part, the price was 420.00 for a thousand , I agreed , I HAD to have these pieces of art new cards. After waiting I think 2 weeks ? I got them delivered , By Ernesto I even tried to give a tip for such service he wouldn't hear of it. So he suggested I take a look at them ( I'm thinking he already knew , { for SURE , SHE Knew } what I was about to respond like ) I was Furious , the texture. Was Barely even noticable , Then to make matters worse , He sat there trying to convince me that THAT Was the Very best they could produce. NEVER MIND the fact that , That wasn't " The best " only what was available to get done handily , which I could have gotten at Fed Ex for Half the price for the same product. He tried to take them back saying he would refund my money, I explained that I had waited SO Long for them, that I would be happy with even a refund of like Half ,or something, seeings that they Were NOT What I had agreed to purchase originally Pure Bull shit They knew all along and misled me , Hoping I would just go along happily with the deception NOT Go to Fed Ex, anywhere but here Meantime One of these people responded , and by what all was said , I HAVE to suspect it was Ernesto, Hiding ( At the very end ) as Christine Saying ( Lying through their Teeth , completely ) that She Did tell me " I will Only do the best I Can do , I can't promise you what you are hoping ( or looking ) for ". A 100% PURE B.S. Lie she absolutely DID tell me , that absolutely for SURE it would be identical to my very first purchase . A Tragic Lie , as I had already been working with Fed Ex to get the exact same , Minimal texture , for MUCH less than 420.00 , and, He left out, conveniently, that before he left , after delivering them , I said , Hey I don't want a Full refund , ( and That was BEFORE I took a close look at the back of the card , PURE. B L U R , A Headache maker shame on her sending it off like that, she literally has her original crystal clear art work. A pure HACK job front to back
