    Bar with a view

First time her and it was beautiful with the view Food and service were great. We were a little early for our reservation and they still sat us. Our food was made when change of chef was happening and one of our orders did not come to the table as it was suppose to but our waiter Arce was amazing and got that fixed right away.

I went to Spruzzo for brunch with friends to celebrate my birthday. The ambiance was great -- stylish, lively, and the live music added a really fun touch to the experience. My friend and I split a pitcher of The Jetsetter, which unfortunately was a bit watered down. For an appetizer, we ordered the Crudité & Whipped Feta, and it was absolutely delicious -- definitely a highlight. For my entrée, I had the Brunch Wrap. It was a bit dry and the flavors just didn't quite hit the mark for me. The service was okay overall. Our server forgot to put in one of the meals, so it arrived late, but they did make up for it by covering that dish and the drink, which we appreciated. Nothing special was done for my birthday. While it's certainly not required, it's always a nice touch -- especially when bringing in a large group. Overall, Spruzzo can be a bit hit or miss. The vibes are great and some dishes are fantastic, but consistency could be improved. Still, a solid spot for a fun brunch with friends.

Spruzzo in West Palm Beach is a gorgeous rooftop spot with stunning marina views! The location, on the hotel's rooftop next to the pool, is exclusive and offers a nice ambiance. The bathrooms were clean and nice. We didn't have a reservation, but they accommodated us at a great table with a view. The food was okay, but pricey for what you get - maybe not the best value for brunch. The service was a bit hit-or-miss, with our server seeming overwhelmed and not super attentive when we needed things like lemons and condiments. Overall, it's a nice spot for drinks at the bar, and the views are definitely worth checking out. Might not be my go-to for brunch again, but I'll definitely be back for the atmosphere and drinks.

Was decent ! Pretty views and atmosphere. Enjoyed the salad and tzatziki that came with it. The shrimp cocktail was decent. Service was great and I really enjoyed my cocktail.

Sky-High Sips & Waterfront Views at Spruzzo After finding the main floor restaurant at The Ben Hotel closed, we decided to head upstairs to the rooftop, and I am glad we did. Spruzzo offers one of the most scenic and vibrant spots in West Palm Beach, with stunning views of the marina, yachts, and Intracoastal. Despite the July heat, the outdoor lounge was surprisingly comfortable thanks to well-placed fans that kept things breezy. It felt like a hidden gem--elevated (literally and figuratively), yet still welcoming. Jill, our server, was phenomenal. Warm, attentive, and full of great recommendations. She truly made our afternoon special. The staff at The Ben never fails to impress, and Jill continued that streak with friendly and thoughtful service. My partner was excited to see they had his favorite, an espresso martini on tap! It was tasty, though a bit more dessert-like than your traditional version. Still a fun and creative twist. We shared the snapper wrap, which was generously portioned and served hot. The fish was heavily breaded and fried. My partner really enjoyed it, though I personally found it a bit much for my taste. Definitely a heartier option. One quirky moment: a hotel tour passed through while we were dining, which felt a little odd, but made sense considering the view is a big selling point. It is truly one of the best rooftop vistas in the city. Overall, Spruzzo was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, thanks to the ambiance, great service, and rooftop charm. Whether you are a guest at The Ben or just passing through WPB, it is worth heading up for a drink and sight seeing.

A friend wanted to come here after her birthday dinner for a drink. I found metered parking on the North side of The Ben. Walked up to the hotel entrance and met up with some of our party. We took the elevator straight to the rooftop and were greeted by lovely hostess. Made our way to the busy bar and ordered drinks. I decided on the Pisolino - tequila, watermelon, etc. To my surprise it was spicy. I totally overlooked jalapeños in the description and there was also a chili pepper garnish in the drink. We walked around enjoying the pool views and dancing to the techno music before calling it an early night. I'll have to return another time when I don't have to wake up so early as it was a chill vibe.

They lamb chops were amazing. So good made with a lot of flavor. The chicken dish was good as well. The bartenders were nice. The drinks were good.

Ambience was great you overlooked the water with all the boats in it. Service was good. Ordered the crabcakes which I didn't love unfortunately but the drinks were good and the vibes I would definitely go back.

You're paying for the view and ambiance. Spruzzo has been on my watch list for awhile now. I went to WPB to celebrate my extended birthday. This was definitely not planned but we wanted to stop by after brunch. We sat by the bar as we did not have a reservation. We were approached almost immediately by the bartender. The menu was limited and cater to seafood lovers mostly. We ordered espresso martini, mimosa and the snapper wrap with fries. That came to about $65. We vibe as there was live music.

    Alexa V.

The views from the patio were amazing, and the wait staff was so attentive. I got the Martini listed on the menu, it was overly sweet and pricey.

    Grace L.

Super great ambience, very good food, and attentive service. I will say the menu is quite limited for dinner so be prepared to pick from one of 15 things on the entire menu. While that is usually a sign that everything is made fresh, in this case, it hinders their ability to cater to a larger crowd. Overall, a great place and I would return.

    Alison D.

Beautiful views, great music, and a fun diverse crowd. At night its vibrant and lively with good music and delicious drinks. During the day specifically a Sunday following brunch, its great place to have conversation, libations, and take in the beautiful views.

I'm not here to diminish anyone else's experience, but rather to share my own honestly and constructively. Situations like this should serve as a learning opportunity for upper-level management, especially when the level of service and leadership falls below even basic expectations. We ordered a filet mignon that lacked the tenderness I would expect from a restaurant claiming this caliber of dining. We also ordered the salmon, which unfortunately had that unmistakable metallic, pungent flavor that immediately signals the fish is not fresh and should not be consumed further. We brought the issue to the attention of the manager, who acknowledged it initially but never returned to follow up. To their credit, the salmon was removed from the bill and an alternative dish was offered. However, the overall experience still fell far short of what should be expected at this price point and reputation level. What disappointed me most was not simply the food itself, but the complete lack of genuine hospitality and ownership from management. Strong restaurants understand that service recovery matters just as much as the meal. There's a reason establishments like The Capital Grille or Flagler Steakhouse have earned reputations for professionalism and customer care. Sometimes I genuinely think managers at places like this should spend time training in environments where hospitality is treated as an art form rather than an inconvenience. The following day, I was still disappointed enough to write this review. At a certain point, guests should not have to spend over $200 while simultaneously educating a restaurant on how to deliver proper service and quality control. With an abundance of superior restaurants nearby, this is not a place I would return to, even if offered a complimentary meal. Don't chance it.

The lobster was tender, and the bright citrus flavors paired perfectly with the avocado and vegetables. It was a refreshing and memorable way to begin the meal. Next came the beef empanada and pork taco. The empanada was rich and flavorful with perfectly cooked beef and a crisp exterior, while the pork taco packed an impressive amount of flavor into a single bite. Both were excellent examples of why Buccan has developed such a strong reputation for its small plates. One of the highlights of the evening was the squid ink orecchiette. The pasta was perfectly cooked and coated in a rich, savory sauce that brought everything together. It was one of those dishes that makes you immediately start planning your next visit. For a larger plate, I ordered the prime beef burger, which was outstanding. The beef was juicy and flavorful, the toppings were balanced, and the fries were perfectly crisp. It may seem unusual to order a burger at one of Palm Beach's most acclaimed restaurants, but this one absolutely deserves the attention it receives. What impressed me most about Buccan was the consistency across every dish. Nothing felt like an afterthought. From the creative seafood dishes to the comfort-food favorites, every plate was executed with care and attention to detail. Palm Beach has no shortage of excellent dining options, but Buccan stands out as a restaurant that successfully combines creativity, quality ingredients, and flawless execution. If you're visiting the area, this is a reservation worth making well in advance. Recommended: Lobster Aquachile, Beef Empanada, Pork Taco, Squid Ink Orecchiette, Prime Beef Burger, and don't skip the fries. One of the best meals we had during our trip.

I've visited every Chef Conley venue, including Stoke Barn. As of this writing,we are not…read moreconsidered stalkers, just normal people who love exceptional dining and service. I talk about the "curb-to-table" experience frequently. In my former role as a Delta Air Line Captain, I recognized the curb-to-plane challenges our customers encountered. Chef Conley has created a friendly and welcoming experience from curb-to-table. It starts with the complimentary valet. Finally. Finally. I learned about our regular valet: MANNY! Manny, thank you for the kindness and safe service you have given us. You are usually the first person who takes care of the Buccan Family. You create the smile before we walk in the doors of Buccan or Imoto. Thank you. Solang' (my spelling is probably wrong and I apologize): You are such a beautiful soul. Thank you for your kind words to Laura as we left. Kindness makes a difference. While kindness is free, sincerity is priceless. Wow, I haven't even chatted about the food. We tried something new this time. After our small plates, we tried the pork chop. The mild onion and sweet rhubarb---simply stunning. Even shared, we boxed some for home. I don't care if you are watching what you eat. Close your eyes! The chocolate cookies (warmed) are a must. Period. Selfishly, I hope Chef Clay never gets a tv show. A book deal is allowed. We want this local treasure and his team to remain anchored here. Clay and his team are own foodie treasure in our back yard. But wait, there's more: Honored to watch Chef Clay modestly expand the Miami environs. He will be opening his Buccan-Imoto-Buccan Sandwich Shop experience in Coral Gables sometime in June/July. OMG, we cannot wait for this to open. Though retired from the airlines (I miss my MIA overnights), we will make the trip to celebrate these new venues. However, we will do it very quietly. We do not wish to be labeled as stalkers. Probably one of my longest reviews. I love seeing hard working people succeed. What this team does for the community is simply breathtaking. This is a true success story. Thank you Buccan-Imoto-Grato-Sandwich Shop-Stokes Barn Team!!!!
