I asked her for a bag so I wouldn't lose my mochi donuts as I dodged traffic on AH back to my car. She bagged up my box and handed it to me. There was no hello, no thank you, no have a good day, not a sound except for my name. For about $40 a DOZEN (after tax), I would have expected some sort of customer service. I really hope this was a one off, not the normal for business. The donuts were good. They were fresh and chewy. The flavors popped and were a nice treat. However, for the cost and lack of customer care, I'm going to keep looking for another mochidonut location. At almost $4 for a donut, come out and say HI!
