I had a shattered display screen on my iphone 4s and tried to use the iCracked kit to fix the screen myself, but one of the tiny screws in the phone stripped. I ran around town to Apple and phone repair kiosks in the mall, but no one was able help remove the screw. I ended up making an appointment through iCracked and Lihn came to my house. He removed the stripped screw and then I ended up having him help put a new replacement display for me while he was at my house. It took him about an hour to replace the display.
