I love Dru Bru and everytime we stop by this brewery we have to stop by Squatch Box and enjoy their hot dogs and fries. We always order their Hawk Dog eith a basket of chilli cheese fries or just a normal basket of fries. Have also tried their vegan dog and it tastes really good. Orders take sometime but its understandable cos they do make stuff fresh (especially the fries).. All in all love Squatch Box and will continue to come here! read more

Best fries in the greater Seattle area! They were busy, but took careful attention with each order, getting it right and as quick as they can. Delirious little food truck parked at the local brewery. Food was made to order - hot and tasty! The chicken teriyaki looked amazing- sadly it was sold out by the time we ordered. We had the chicken tenders instead. Made fresh, not frozen, with crispy fries. Both were piping hot when served with a smile. They have a lovely outdoor patio with both full sun and shady areas. Service that's fast and friendly = stars. read more

I love Dru Bru beer, but am always hungry when I stop off at this location. It's likely because I am out here in Snoqualmie pass doing something active, so a cold beer and a meal always seems like a good idea. I was disappointed on my last visit when I saw Squatch Box was closed, likely because it was the winter. Just FYI, I'd eat hot dogs outside in the snow, but they are also tasty on a beautiful, warm, sunny day. The menu is different from my last visit a few years ago. Now featuring mostly hot dogs. There's a handful of baskets/bowls too. I really appreciated that they offered a vegan option (Beyond) for an additional fee. Thanks for always having a veg friendly option. My German Dog was pretty tasty with the perfect amount of sauerkraut. My partner enjoyed his Seattle Dog. There's mustard packets available, but I could go for some squirt mustard if covid ever goes away. The fry baskets look pretty good and I kicked myself for not adding a side to my order. I wonder if this menu is here to stay or if they plan to switch it up every once in awhile to keep people interested. This location is cash free, which I don't mind at all. I also was appreciative of them letting me know that my veggie dog would take longer to cook and that I could back in 10 minutes rather than standing there looking sad while everyone else got their food. read more

Nice little food truck outside of Dru Bru Snoqualmie Pass. The person taking the order was nice and the food came in a reasonable time. There were picnic tables outside, seats around fire pits and covered tables outside as well. The chicken strip basket was nice and simple (just how I like it). I think 2 kids could share one order. So coming back from a Germany trip, I was so excited to check out this place. Unfortunately Its such a big disappointment. We ordered two things from them: Schnitzel sliders and pretzel with beer cheese. The schnitzel itself was over cooked and super dry. I understand what they were trying to do for this one, but it needs more care and love and respect to the food. The slaw is fine, but I think if they put saurtkraut for the slider it would work better and some kind of sauce. For the pretzel, the pretzel was ok, not great. They clearly did not use lye to make the pretzel. More importantly, the beer cheese was NOT beer cheese, it was basically warm queso dip. Having had Kentucky Beer Cheese, the original style (going on 80 years old), this was a pale shadow of the real deal. Overall, I'm so disappointed about the food here read more

This truck is next to Dru Bru right next to Snoqualmie Pass. Their menu german inspired and pretty short. I got the schnitzel sliders and garlic fries. The sliders were tasty. The buns were a little dense, but the meat was crispy and juicy. The fries were really the reason for the 4 stars. I got the garlic fries and they were fried with whole garlic and rosemary and sage. They're really fragrant and perfectly seasoned. It would go really well with a nice beer from the brewery read more

they charge 3 dollars extra for the veggie dog which is exclusionary and unfair knowing I have no option. It's almost 50% more than the cost of the hot dog! It's a sad attempt at inclusion that results in vegetarians being left out and charged extra. RUDE and unnecessary because I buy veggie dogs all the time and I know they are cheaper. LAME read more

They just recently changed their menu from German to Korean. The German was good and we liked it. The Korean is SO GOOD! Their coconut curry chicken wrap is insane! This is a great place to stop for lunch while heading over the pass or after a hike. read more

Friends and I stopped at this place after sledding down Hyak for the day. I got the lamb wrap with their sauce on the side and it was amazing! Highly recommend the wrap. I also tried my friends' roasted Brussels sprouts and they were tasty as well. The garlic fries were ok but that's was on me that ate them cold. Nicely parked outside Dru Bru so you can help yourself to some nice beer to go with some tasty food! read more

Rude workers and the worst, most expensive salad of nothing but wet lettuce and a sprinkle of cheap cheese. If you're at the Pass go to Pie for the People across the street. Better salad and incredibly great pizza. read more

Way over priced and the quality does not add up. After sitting down looking at the $40 meal (a tiny salad with a small amount of chicken $12, chicken strips and French fries $13, and a plain hot dog $7, plus tax and tip, I was very disappointed. The fries were the only good part about it. Coming from Oregon where food trucks are everywhere and absolutely incredible, it was really hard to stomach the cost and lack of quality in this food. Really seems like they do the bare minimum to make the sale. The guy at the register was only kind after seeing that we left a tip too. read more

We were hoping for a great lunch on our way back to Seattle, a place we could continue to stop at for a quick lunch and know that it would be reliably good. Unfortunately, that was really not our experience, and we feel like other unsuspecting travelers should know about it. We hope that they take our advice and make sure that they never serve any food cold and really greasy. We all had the lamb gyro, and we all had stomach aches within an hour. Sorry to say that it really wasn't good. read more

I want to like this place. It's in a great location and the menu looks promising. I haven't tried the entire menu, but based on my burger and my husband's sausage, we won't go back. The buns got soggy from too much sauce and crumbled very fast. The cheese on my burger was cold. The sauerkraut had an odd taste (as descriptive as my husband got) and it was a dirty tan color - so unappetizing I wouldn't try it, and I love sauerkraut. The sausage was crumbly. The cucumber and tomato salad was also a disappointment. The cukes had the texture of having been frozen and thawed. read more

We stopped here after a long hike, ordered our food. Waited 40 minutes then watched the server put up a sign saying be back soon as he sauntered around on a break. I asked the Bru pub ladies if they knew him, they kindly helped me find him. He didn't remember we had an order because the printer stopped working. He offered us something, I said he should refund us but also serve us. He said he couldn't because he wasn't the owner. I asked he just cook our meal, politely asked if he could see what the order was and he said yes. So we waited, he provided me with half of our order then made the rest when I pointed this out. We ate the meal, though it wasn't what we ordered and left. Food was okay but Terrible service and terrible attention to his work. read more

We split the very large portion of fries and the onion rings as well. Last night the guest in front of me ordered the jalapeño burger and I thought "Jalapeño? I didn't know they had that!" It's listed on the menu, but when you go to a place for a long time (for us, since the early 1990s), you kinda stop looking at the menu. So I tried the jalapeño burger, and I very pleased that they didn't just throw raw slices on the burger but instead grilled them a bit. It packed some heat, but without that raw grassy taste that you get from an uncooked pepper. The fries are usually quite quite good, and the onions rings can be a bit too well-done, so we ask for them "not too crispy!" and they're much easier to eat. You can get sauces such as ranch dressing for the onion rings at an extra cost. Other condiments like mustard, mayo, and ketchup are either on the burger itself or come as a free add-on. They have bison chili, and I've always wanted to try it, so I'll get that next time. The place is like one of the old-time burger shacks that you found on the side of the US highway system back in the 1940s, 50s, and 60s, which makes sense, because the main drag through North Bend used to be US 10 (which is replaced by I-90 3 miles to the south). It has a bare bones inside seating area, a front patio that is great in the summer but yikes it's cold in the winter, and their public bathrooms are available only from the outside. Prices tend to be midrange to a bit higher than a chain fast food place, but the food is better IMO and you're supporting a local business.
