This car wash place is a big Scam. They trapped me with the $1 deal monthly car wash membership. Then, they closed almost 7 days a week. I emailed them to cancel my membership long time before my renewals date. And they still taking my money from my bank. Call them like a thousands time. No one pick up the phone, come to the shop no one working even if it's open. And I hardly see this place open anyday!!!! SCAM be aware . For the most part you'd have to be insane to go here. I went through the car wash and the soap wasn't even rinsed off. I thought it's not a big deal, I'll just wipe it off. All of the towels were soaking wet, the vacuum barely worked, so I went inside and asked to speak to the manager to refund my wash. He said no, I told him "good job you just lost a customer". He smiled and said thank you, I asked if I could speak to someone above him and he said he was the general manager. I laughed and just said I'll be sure to leave a review. I purchased the unlimited wash and I definitely take advantage of this and get a wash twice a week. You can't tell its pollen season with my car because it's always clean. Not happy with the service at this car wash at all. I paid for a exterior wash and a detail job on the interior. After the exterior was washed I was instructed to park the car and they would detail the inside. After waiting for 45 min I spoke to an employee about my car, only to learn they had not even started. I went outside and found my car parked in the same spot untouched. I spoke to the detail supervisor and she very embarrassingly took my keys and continued to clean it. I then left after being there for a casual 1 hour and 45 min. This place is unorganized, and over priced I would recommend going to any other car wash in town. read more

I am giving this 2-Stars instead of 1-Star because I didn't offer them the opportunity to correct the problems due to to time constraints and me being naive enough to leave before inspecting the work they had done. My car was pretty dirty on the inside prior to the wash. I had muddy paw prints on the passenger seat which was my main concern. When I pulled in, a nice lady asked what I wanted and then convinced me to buy the "Super Clean Interior" package which is $45. She said "with this, they will be much more thorough and get all of the cupholders and crevaces." I went through the wash, no problems. I then sat outside for approximately 40 minutes while a young gentleman worked on my car. He then waved me over and told me I was good to go. I got in the car and he might as well have not done anything but vacuumed the inside. Several muddy paw prints were still there and the dash still had dog hair all over it. Definitely going back to Ultra Car Wash next time. It was cheaper and my car was spotless. Some of the blame is on me for not checking his work but it seems like they want to get away with doing the bare minimum. read more

I pull in to get an oil change and the man has no smile on his face what so ever and looks depressed he has to be there. Got my oil changed but they didn't even offer to reset the oil light that I'm not sure how to do on this car but anyways they said they off a free car wash with any oil change so I said sweet car gonna be clean with some tire shine I just said $65! Great Car Wash! Pelican Bay Car Wash provides the best wash around for the best price as well. There is a cool light show in the wash bay and it smells amazing! The equipment inside the actual car wash seems to be in great working condition, and gives ever inch of my car a through wash each time. The customer service is always wonderful. The interior service I received was top of the line, my car had never been cleaner. The dog hair that had been stuck to the seats for months, was completely gone! I refuse to go to any other car wash in the area. They do offer free vacuums and compressed air, which is great for all the little crumbs! read more

Awful 2nd experience. After spending $30 at their machine for a complete clean and interior detail, and then waiting more than 15 min for the interior detail to start, I left. They have done a poor job in the past failing to clean areas, not cleaning windows, etc. Figured i'd give them another shot. This time I was just ignored all together, all other vehicles that came in after me had been started. Mine, not even touched. DO NOT get your oil changed here and definitely don't let them flush your oil!! We had an oil change done the beginning of March and flushed so I was told as soon as I left the car was running rough. Now we just had it looked at and the oil is so thick like Vaseline!! There is NO way this oil was just flushed!! I am still waiting for a return call from the owner from my March visit!! I whipped into Pelican Bay car wash , trying it for the first time, and was VERY impressed. The service was AMAZING! They greeted me as soon as I pulled in and helped me make the best selection. Prices were affordable and the interior of the facility was extremely clean and relaxing. My kids were excited to see a real Lamborghini inside the facility and even got to take a photo with the car. Avoid this place if you want an auto detailing for your car. I paid extra for a hand wash and ended up paying $305 for a detail hand wash for my convertible. Left my car for 1/2 day and when I picked the car up I was livid! Let's start with the outside. The wheels still had dirt in the spokes and it looked like she had just put the tire spray on. The car still had streaks of dirt on the outside that the manager tried to say was pollen or wax but it was still a terrible wax job if that is what it was. The mats still had first caked in them and was still wet when they were left in the trunk. The manager wanted the same woman to "fix" her work but I wanted someone else who I knew did good work. I finally had to leave before they could get the cleaning corrected because I had to return to work. I went back the next day and tried to contact a manager and am still waiting for a callback. Horrible service and follow up! I would never recommend this place for anything beyond going through the auto car wash and free vacuuming!!!! I give this place 0 stars for customer service and a less than zero for their "custom detailing". RUN!!!! read more

Rain-x hasn't been applied any of my recent washes (despite paying for it), & that's IF the track going through the wash was even operational!!! We brought our car here for a wash and they "forgot" to clean the back seat and third row. My wife complained and we were offered a car wax for our trouble. After the car wax we were left with swirl marks and haze all over the car. I spoke with the General Manager who explained that swirl marks are part of the paint, and refused to discuss it anymore after I rightfully became agitated and disagreed. This is a brand new car that never was waxed before. I took the car the same day down to Grand Slam car wash and they fixed the issues. Conclusion is they have poor customer service and even worse sloppy performance. Do not bring your car here. read more

Probably the worst car wash ever. Not sure why I went back this last time, I think I forgot how disappointed I was the previous time I went. So this time I'm leaving a review so I can remember to not use this car wash anymore. For starters they don't scrub your grill and they do a halfhearted job on the back bumper. My car came out soaking wet so of course there were water marks all over my windshield. I had to spend 5 minutes scrubbing the front of my car and and another 5 cleaning the back and other areas that were still dirty. I parked between two empty vacuums so I could vacuum both sides easily. Instead it was twice as hard because one vacuum barely had suction, the other didn't work at all. Super frustrating when you're in a hurry and it's 90 degrees outside. I've gotten the most expensive car wash and this time I got the one below this. Both times my car came out soaking wet. I used to go to a car wash on the other side of I-85 but this one is a notch above. The self service area offers two different types of cleaning fluid and different texture cloths, and the vacuum is like nothing I have ever experienced. The suction is SO powerful that controlling the tube is like wrestling a jungle python. It's not for the faint of heart or the infirm. I worked up a sweat just trying to control it. It's a beast - a weapon of mass destruction. I vacuum my car every month and this vacuum found things left over from 2014 under seat crevices. read more

I went to get a wash today and I was in a hurry. I expected it to be busy and it was. I did not mind waiting in the line in front of. However, when I got to the gate to pay, I was greeted by a young lady that took my debit card. After payment was made, she gave me my card back and then another car in the next lane pulled up. She helped that customer while the gate in front of me would not open. The guy in the other car had his gate open before mine and he cut in line in front of me. I kindly asked the attendant to PLEASE do not let this guy in front of me. That I was in a hurry and could not be delayed further. She told me right to my face that the other customer had paid first. I told her that I WAS SITTING RIGHT THERE. I saw everything transpire right in front of me. She did nothing to remedy the situation. I lost total patience and left the line. I told her and the manager to just keep my money. No time to wait for a refund. I don't mind misunderstandings and mix ups, but to lie right to my face and act I didn't see what happened is totally unacceptable. I run a business and NEVER let one person to cut in front of another. This is the third incident I have experienced at this car wash in a row. NEVER GOING BACK. read more

Do not use this car wash! I went to this car wash on 1/24/17. While my vehicle was being detailed, I had $50 in gift cards stolen out of my glove compartment. I had just purchased the gift cards and they were in a sealed envelope, tucked away and hidden in my glove compartment. After my favorite car wash Grand slam changed names I took my business here. Which normally is pretty decent until recently. It all started as I pulled in and paid for my wash. Entering the tunnel there was a very rude gentleman, I rolled down the window to ask his name after he gave me attitude where u pay for the wash and I could have gotten drunk off his breath I believe he said he was Todd (and a detail manager if I had any concerns) his attitude was horrible. I paid for a $30 wash and did not receive bug prep, as I pull out and into the full service lot a young lady in a red shirt maybe Spanish pretty much screamed at me and was upset I pulled in the wrong lane. Not only is this the 2nd rude encounter but the way she spoke to the kids in the light blue shirts embarrassed me so I am pretty sure they was embarrassed. It took an entire 45-1 hour for my car to be cleaned and I still had to complain about door jams and cup holders, under the mats had not even been lifted and vacuumed under. My car wasn't that dirty but my kids play baseball so there was some grass in the back that wasn't even gotten. This one time of customer service was enough for me to NEVER return. Not to mention if the tunnel guy is moving a car and has been drinking in the job I really don't feel safe. read more

This place will NEVER have my business again. It has been my go to for oil changes for nearly a year and lately the customer service has been on a downward path. I came on Friday to be turned down for an oil change because it was "close to closing time." I noticed on their website they had a car wash happy hour. So I ran a few errands and came back for that. Much to my dismay the ADVERTISED prices are no longer honored because their specials have changed and they "just didn't update the website." Are you kidding me? Honor what you advertise. Today, Saturday, I attempted to get my oil changed again. I pulled into the line at about 4:12. At 4:26 a tech came to my window to inform me that they wouldn't be changing my oil since they close at 5:00. He informed me that I could try again Monday. I explained that I got the same message yesterday. They also advertise a free car wash with oil change which they do not offer any longer. Thank you for turning my business away 2 days in a row. I can't wait to give my business to a different company and make sure everyone I know does not patron this place. read more
