I tried this place after going to Evolv and I loved it. Everything was so good and fresh! I had a tropical vacation smoothie and my guests ordered a pineapple banana smoothie, and I highly recommend both of them! The owner said this is New Mexico's first juice bar and they have been here for two weeks already. The owners are really friendly and I hope their business prospers! Give them a try. I've wanted to visit this place since we've moved to albuquerque. I'm from Southern California and we have juice bars on every corner. I was excited to try one in albuquerque! That said, this place is a joke. We didn't even get to try anything because my husband and I were only greeted with a "hi" for the 20 minutes we were there. There was no line, and the girl and guy that worked there just stood behind the counter chatting, not helping us at all. I'll be spreading the word around base that service here sucks. Which is too bad because I wanted a juice bar I could rave about... UPDATE: the owner contacted me and apologized for the horrible service. He offered to give us a gift certificate to try the place again. We did and what a difference! The people there yesterday were attentive, nice and helpful. I asked the gentleman at the counter for a recommendation and without hesistation he recommended the liquid sunshine which was really yummy! Well definitely go there again! This was my second time at squeezed and I must admit the smoothies are fantastic! I wasn't a huge fan of the customer service. I walked in, no one greeted me they were talking amongst themselves as I stared at the menu a girl finally said " we will be right with you". I then proceeded to check out and asked if she was ready for me. She was, she had cashed me out and asked me if I wanted to leave a "tip" I said not today. In this case I didn't feel too bad because I tip all the time. I believe customer service comes first, not just expecting to get a tip for no reason. The group of kids need to work on greeting customers when they come especially if they want repeat customers. read more

I'm pretty annoyed...I stood in line for 20 minutes without being acknowledged once. The line didn't move...at...all. I can't speak to the juice since I ran out of patience but I feel pretty disappointed as it was my first time and no one even said hi. Having worked in the service industry myself, I cannot STAND it when there is no acknowledgement when you walk into an establishment. It's especially important to greet customers or acknowledge them if you know they're going to be standing in an unfortunately long line. Just say "hi" or "welcome", "be with you shortly", etc. Seriously, anything is better than complete silence and ignoring potentially paying customers, especially because you never know how much I was willing to spend. I'm not sure if I'll return since there is a raw juice bar on my side of town now. read more

We were told we could not order juice because the juicer had already been cleaned (they did not want to dirty it). I have been to squeezed many times and have LOVED all of their products. Delicious juices, acai bowls, even the juice cleanse. I've tried it all. However, their customer service is below par. The employees working the front are either hit or miss. Today one girl working there rolled her eyes at me when I asked if they had changed the menu, then continued to be rude until my friend and I left. Not very impressive. This is not the first time I have been treated poorly by their staff. If this was solely a rating on their products it would easily be 5 star. read more
