After our first visit, the spicy dosa I tried was so good, as was my partners lunch, we decided to made it a tradition to grab lunch here whenever we found ourselves back at the hotel. I received my food items, but according to my driver the restaurant tried to tell him that my ordering two mango lassis was a mistake on my part, that I really meant to order just one. I visited this place twice. First time, I had ordered tiffins. Was good. Second time, I ordered meals, for which they served the food in bits and parts, for which I got frustrated. Firstly they brought thali with all curries(no rice and puris) and though I ordered extra 2 puries(default 2) and extra rice in advance, they first brought 2 puries then after 10 mins 1 more puri and another 5 minutes another puri. Similarly with Rice after repeatedly nagging the guy 15mins later he brought the rice. Same thing happenned with additional curries needed for the food. Pathetic customer service. 1 star because of authentic south Indian vegetarian food but you can opt for Saravana Bhavan or Madras Cafe which are much better in terms of both food and service. read more
