A dosa is a southern Indian staple dish which resembles a crepe. The inside was filled with grilled peppers and cabbage and cheese and a masala mashed potato filling. It was served with a coconut and a tomato chutney and sambar which is lentil soup. Everything was phenomenal. The inside of the restaurant is gorgeous as well! While the dosa were well-prepared and satisfying, the uttapam varieties tasted quite similar, differing mainly in the toppings rather than distinct flavors. The chef and on site partner is also a very nice person, when he is in the kitchen, you get the best! I've never had these issues during previous dine-in visits. Overall, I'd still recommend Nawab, but I think it's best experienced in the restaurant rather than through takeout.
