Attended a baby shower here and for the most part things went smoothly. Service was great, but a few of the orders were mixed up. Not to the point anyone waited a long time for a correction and with a party as large as ours I think they did a great job. The food was good. We were served three appetizers [chopped salad, bourbon glazed brussels, seafood fondue] family style. I don't eat pork so I loved that the bacon was on the side for the brussels, which were delicious, and the chopped salad was equally as good. I don't eat shellfish either so I didn't try the fondue, but everyone around me who did, enjoyed it. The entree I had at the restaurant was the pan seared chicken which was pretty good although it could have used a pinch of salt and a squeeze of lemon. I also had the cacio e pepe to go and it may have been my favorite thing I've had thus far from here. I did not order any beverages other than water, but next time I think I'll try a cocktail as they looked tasty. So I had a hard time choosing, but for appetizers we ended up getting Tuna Tower, Wagyu sliders, and the Goku roll. Naturally we were a bit dull after that, but I wanted to try an entree so I ordered the seafood gumbo and my partner ordered the lobster mac and cheese (he says he gets this here every time). All the appetizers we got were AMAZING. I don't have a single complaint about the taste, quality, or flavor. The display was also very neat and nice. I will say the lobster mac and cheese and the seafood gumbo were a bit too salty for my palate, but I can tell that the flavor was there. They were very generous with the seafood for every meal, so that was a plus. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and come again. Roxy Sushi Roll were not only beautifully presented, they were truly unique...as they were rounded rolls, as in sushi balls? SO delicious...every bit as good as they looked! I arrived at 3:26PM on a Saturday in early February. Only a third of the tables had patrons so I was seated immediately. It took 10 minutes to get my drink, and I had decided on my meal by the time the waitress arrived. I ordered the Calamari starter and for my entree the Shrimp and Lobster Spaghetti. I asked if I could get a different pasta style since the menu had a good noodle variety, but the waitress refused the request and stated that no customizations were allowed. Within 8 minutes the appetizer arrived. The calamari was dusted with Parmesan cheese and had a drizzle of remoulade. It was a generous portion served in a bowls instead of a plate, so only the top layer had remoulade. It also included cherry tomato halves fried zucchini slices. The calamari breading was crispy but also a tad too salty. It was served with a ramekin of marinara that was watery and unfortunately only tasted of tomato. Just 5 minutes after the appetizer was delivered, the entree also arrived. The sauce was creamy and the tomato halves in the dish added a distinct sour note. It had nice big chunks of lobster and was quite tasty. I finished my meal and drink at 4:12PM and needed a refill to cleanse my pallet. But the waitress disappeared for a long time. And it was another awkwardly long wait to get the bill, and again to process the payment. I truly enjoyed having lunch here recently. I've had them on my places to visit for a while, but just decided to stop in not long ago. I sat at the bar. It did take a while for a server to take my order. To start, I ordered the oasis which is tequila based and has grapefruit in it. I really enjoyed it. I came in for lunch last month with my coworkers to celebrate wrapping on the show we've been working on. Our Costume Designer loves this restaurant. We were a big group, and our servers Claudia and LaToya and the rest of the team did a phenomenal job. I was doing some shopping in the Peachtree Corners area and decided to pop into Stage for a late lunch. It was still during brunch hours, so both the brunch and regular menus were available. I chose to stick with the regular menu. I was a bit surprised the restaurant wasn't very full, but I chalked that up to the location and the number of dining options nearby. Michael was my server, and he was absolutely amazing. He was the only server on the floor at the time and was handling about eight tables effortlessly. He was pleasant, attentive, and never seemed overwhelmed, which truly made the experience feel welcoming and well managed. The menu had so many tempting options that it was honestly hard to decide. I was torn between the duck fried rice, lamb lollipops, oxtail tachos, and the short rib bolognese. I ended up sharing the oxtail tachos as an appetizer and ordered the short rib bolognese as my entrée. Unfortunately, the short rib bolognese was a bit underwhelming for me. The sauce felt overpowering, almost too tomato forward or heavy on the red wine, to the point where it masked the flavor of the short rib itself. If I had to describe it visually, it tasted very "red," and not in the balanced, comforting way I was hoping for. That said, I can't say I wouldn't return. Im definitely tempted to return during brunch for their $5 mimosas. There are still several items I'm eager to try, including the duck fried rice, lamb lollipops, chicken and biscuits, and even giving brunch another go. The short rib bolognese was bland, BUT the ribeye was absolutely amazing. Cooked and seasoned to perfection. Better than any other steak I've had at famous steakhouses in Atlanta. I visited Stage for the first time for a friend's birthday dinner on a Friday night. It's located in the same plaza/center as Lidl grocery store and Flying Biscuit Cafe, so there's plenty of parking. There are table, booth, and highboy seating options, as well as at the bar. I think it'd be a great option for family dining, date night, girls night, or dining solo. Highly recommend the mocktails and adding liquor to them, they really are delicious drinks.
