We just can't seem to get good service. Walked over from the movie theater for a quick bite to eat and had a problem getting seated, we literally had to go to the bar so they could locate the hostess ( which was a person I had made eye contact with, that just didn't acknowledge us ) , this should've been my first queue to find a different eatery, but we stayed, I was really excited about trying the very veggie burger, which ended up not being to my liking at all. After being seated on the heated patio, we ended up with a waiter from the inside instead of the person that was handling the people on the patio. He came and took our order, and we did not see him again until it was time to go, so we spent the entire visit waving people down and asking other people to bring us condiments and refills. I was disappointed with the food the very veggie burger again was not to my liking, and the chickpea fries had absolutely no flavor so I ended up asking somebody that was walking by my table if I could swap them out for regular fries and she allowed me to do so. I was not impressed by the one near me in Duluth. Service there sucked so bad that we literally walked after they provided us water. However, I thought I'd give it another chance at Ptree Corners Town Center with my coworkers. Marlow's Tavern has always been my go-to spot for drinks at the bar when we take the kids to the playground. However, since it was way too cold last night, we decided to dine as a group with the kids. The food was good (unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures, which is unlike me), but I was so frustrated the entire time due to the horrible service. I have never experienced such laziness at a restaurant, especially when it wasn't busy. Our server, Bridget, made the experience unbearable. First, it took over 30 minutes for our drinks to come out, and I had to remind her to bring them. When one of the adults mentioned they were ready to order, Bridget said she would take the kids' orders first and wait for the remaining two adults to arrive before taking ours. It was confusing and unnecessary, especially since the kids were seated at a separate table. Even the ordering was hectic Then, one of my friends didn't get his beer. He mentioned it to Bridget, and she said she would check on it, but it never came. When the other two adults finally arrived and ordered drinks, their drinks came out, but my friend still didn't get his beer. After asking multiple times, one of the dads ended up going to the bar himself to order the beer because we were tired of waiting. Now, the part that upset me the most: When the check came, we noticed an extra charge for the beer that Bridget never brought. When we asked her to remove it, she rolled her eyes and said, "I know he drank two beers; I saw him drinking them." I explained that yes, he drank two beers one he ordered from the bar himself and one from her. Her response? "Oh, I thought he got from because he didn't get it" If you're the server and notice a customer has to go to the bar to get their own drink, wouldn't you question whether there's an open tab there instead of just assuming and adding it to someone's bill? It was completely unprofessional. Sadly, this experience has really made me reconsider coming back to Marlow's Tavern. The service was unacceptable, and it overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable meal. read more

The service was okay. The server was very polite but didn't check on my table often, which might have been because I didn't order an appetizer or a drink. I had the Prime Rib French Dip sandwich with a side salad ($21). It was okay--the meat was very bland, though the bread was well toasted. However, it was a bit soggy. As for dessert, they didn't have a menu available, so the server listed the options. I chose the bread pudding with vanilla ice cream.($12) It took about 15 minutes to arrive. The dessert was good overall, but the pudding itself lacked flavor. What made it enjoyable was the ice cream and caramel drizzle. I did like the texture--soft dough with a crisp exterior. I was at Marlow's yesterday in Peachtree Corners late afternoon with a guest visiting me as Marlow's has always been a go to spot for my husband and I, kids when visiting, guests and friends. We live right in John's Creek and have enjoyed Marlow's for the last 4 years since moving here from NY. I am not complaining about the food and never have, however when I received the bill yesterday and was charged 51.00 for 2 glasses of wine I had to literally compose myself from go crazy. Firstly, my husband is a liquor distributor, so I know alcohol and wine pricing. I have been drinking J.lhor for years and of course I know the price of a bottle. $12.99 a bottle at Total Wines and 12.99 at Local Vines right around the corner from my home. How do you have the nerve to charge me $25.50 for a 9 ounce glass of wine when the I can get (2) bottles for the 2 glasses you charged me. The manager who was lovely came over after I told the waitress to please go to the bar and double check this price or I will get up and go to the bar and handle myself. I felt as though the manager herself was a bit thrown and really could not justify the pricing and when she checked what 4 ounces was which is nothing, that was $18.00 so she could say no more. Ridiculous. I responded with next time I come I will bring my own bottle of wine and she actually said that would be fine. Unfortunately, there will be no next time. My family and I will never return to Marlow's anywhere in Georgia. I resent an establishment attempting to gouge and I certainly do not appreciate being taken advantage off. 4 drinks came up to $76.00. How does one justify that the drinks came out to be more than the meal. A burger for me and a Fish Tacos for my girlfriend. Again, highway robbery and sadly I will continue to Patronize Firebirds and other establishments near me but sadly this wine episode with Marlow's has ended our customer relationship. This was my first visit to Marlow's. I came in on a Sunday night and sat at the bar. The staff was friendly and attentive. I started with the kettle chips, and for my entree I ordered the Royale and truffle fries. I was so hungry that I forgot to get pics of my food. But everything was good! And the drinks were on point! Our Peachtree Corners Marlow's has once again quietly proven their status as our favorite family restaurant this past weekend. We were there with our grandkids, which can often make us a somewhat challenging table. But Gabby was absolutely outstanding about efficient service with her delightful smile throughout the evening; even when we changed an order after it was brought to the table. Gabby and her team quickly made the change and even deleted the charge from our ticket unbeknownst to us even though I ate the original plate. (It was actually delicious too. ;-)) But the clincher was, after we'd left the restaurant, I realized I had left my wallet somewhere in the booth. When I returned to Marlow's and their continuing bustling dinner hour, I was met with several pleasant faces leading me to the station where Gabby and company had safely filed my wallet for my return. It didn't occur to us until well after the event, how comfortable we were with the entire episode. It only made sense that Marlow's was, not only the obvious choice for our dinner that night because of their delicious fare, wonderful location and atmosphere, and outstanding service, but a place where we can rest assured that, without any extra effort needed, we were in good hands. The food here was good! Really good. My friend and I ordered the exact same thing. Caesar salad with fried okra on the side. She also ended up getting the hummus and Brussels sprouts as well. The Caesar salad was great. Everything was tasted fresh and crunchy. Cooked well. I love fried okra, but I didn't like the fact that it was whole. It felt like too much in my mouth haha. I do wish it was cut in half and then fried. It was still good though! The hummus was also pretty flavorful, but we both agreed the Brussel sprouts didn't have a good flavor to them in our opinion. I have had better food and service at 2am in a Denny's. 20 minutes to tell me the beer I ordered was out, after all the mixed drinks came. 2 of 3 burgers were under cooked and slightly warm. Broccoli for one was burned - how do you burn broccoli? Wine for another was corked. Service speed was equivalent to a three toed sloth waking from a deep sleep. It took forever to even get a drink so maybe were they in a rush to get us our burgers? they came out raw and the waitress never cared to ask about our dinner or check back. Burgers, asparagus fries, chicken. No awards for innovation, but Marlow's offers reliable tavern food, and it's an easy choice for satisfying different palates. Marlow's is one of those places that seem to pop up everywhere, and I'm always wondering why. I just don't think they are that good food-wise. I mean, they are decent, don't get me wrong. But I've never had a stellar meal here, at any of the locations I've been to. Yesterday we were meeting my boyfriend's friend, and all the good brunch spots had closed or were closing, so this was a nice convenient choice to get some food and have a conversation. I will say, service was on point. Our waiter was really great from start to finish. My boyfriend got their chicken panini, and I ordered the southwest chicken wrap. I order it with firecracker sauce, which kind of tastes like spicy mayo in a small way. If you read my reviews, you can gather that I'm a huge condiment freak, and the more flavor the better, so I had to get something extra for it. By itself, the wrap tasted a little dry and boring. But the sauce took it to the next level. It was pretty good. The accompanying caesar salad was pretty bad, though. It was soggy greens, and what appeared to be bread crumbs on top. The dressing was lacking in garlic and just didn't taste good at all. My boyfriend really liked the basil aioli sauce on his sandwich, but otherwise thought the sandwich was just okay. The fries were pretty good though, nice and crispy the way I like them. Marlow's really is a safe choice and a solid choice for a group, because it offers a wide variety of choices for all different types of eaters. They also have adult beverages for those interested. I'd say it's not a bad choice, but don't expect a crazy good meal. It's more middle of the road food, typical American cuisine, but if that's fine for you, then Marlow's might just be your place. read more

We went to dinner there tonight with a very large group and our waiter was so amazing. I got the hazy beer that he recommended and it was so good. We ordered the Parmesan truffle fries and they were just ok. My friend got the shrimp and grits and it was phenomenal, it tasted so incredible! I had the prime rib dip and it's probably the best sandwich I've had in a long time. Crème brûlée is my favorite dessert of all time so I was super excited that they had it on the menu. Delicious! My friend and I had a great experience here! I was pleased to see hand sanitizer immediately when we entered. We dined in covered patio, which wasn't too crowded, though we did come on a Monday. We both got the Chicken Panini, and asked to upgrade to Truffle Fries on the side. Both were so good! The portions were huge that we both didn't finish. I would definitely recommend both! Peachtree Corners Marlow's needs some serious help and re-org'ing!!! Bartenders are lax on clean up even when new customers come in when the bar is stacked with dirty dishes from prior diners because they are too busy chatting it up with each other! Especially when staff ends a shift and then sits down at the bar for a drink!!! Food was prepared mediocre and lukewarm and we had to interrupt the bartender and another staff member who just got off shift and sat at the bar for a drink to ask the bartender for a second drink and then the bill a couple times and interrupt their personal conversations. A patron at the other end tried numerous times to flag the bartender because he'd been waiting awhile for his beer too. I've been going to Johns Creek since they opened and NEVER any issues. We've been there at all times of the day including up to close and every employee is working hard. Place is spotless. P'tree Corners is closer to us than Johns Creek but we'll go to M1 because of these issues. I hope John Metz and his crew can turn things around as I don't want to see them fail, but there's a LOT of issues and work that needs to be done!!! read more
