We placed a togo order for dinner over the phone and the person taking the order was very nice. The food was ready when we got there which was surprising. We got 4 slices - cheese, pepperoni, mushroom and spinach ricotta. My favorites were the OG cheese and pepperoni. They were large, thin and cheesy. Felt like I was back in NYC. My boyfriend loved the mushroom pizza and the spinach ricotta was heavy with toppings. This is a typical pizza joint, nothing fancy. A couple tables, a couple essential menu items and that's it. First day arrival of vacation in St Augustine referred to St Auggies as "the best pizza and pasta" in town made a pizza and pasta order $$ waited an hour which was fine and then received a text message stating they canceled it due to miscommunication... called Saint Auggies only to be told they were sorry, but it was canceled. The driver picked up the order and stated it was delivered. They have refunded us, but it is now 8 PM and that is the best they could do and they are still open until 9 PM, very disappointed quite unprofessional establishment. read more

Totally false advertising. NY Pizza! Absolutely not!! Probably the worst baked ziti I've ever had. Near to zero sauce. Dried, brown cheese. See attached pictures. I had the pizza and ziti delivered via Uber Eats. I specifically asked for extra sauce on both items since often delayed Italian tends to dry up a bit. Threw out the ziti after 3 bites. You order at the counter, then they will bring the food to you. Garlic knots were outstanding. I would rate the pizza a 4.5. Now the bad. My wife asked twice for soap and paper towels in the bathroom. Didn't happen. The guy that took our order had gloves on. He also handled door knobs and food with the same gloves. I think the gloves were to protect his hands, not the food. If this is corrected, we would go again. read more

I've always loved their pinwheels. The veggie one is just stuffed with healthy greens. Their pizza & wings are great too but... today I picked up a veggie & a meat one. I didn't open box until I got home & unfortunately the m at pinwheel was really over cooked. As you can see the cheese oozed out of the bottom & is burnt. I'm surprised they gave it to me like this. After a very bad customer experience at nearby Pizza Time, we decided to try St. Augie's. The parking lot was empty. I began to question if they were really as good as their Yelp reviews. They were. As we walked in, I noticed that they didn't have a lot of pizzas made. Maybe they were slow (on a Saturday afternoon?). The staff was very friendly and nice. The Brooklyn-Born employee gleefully warmed up our pizza and garlic rolls. Reasonably priced, we had two slices of pizza and three garlic knots for $8.55. The crust was crisp and the pizza wasn't greasy. The garlic knots were a little dry, but their delicious, authentic marinara sauce made up for it. St. Augie's is very friendly...and deserving of a full parking lot. read more

The owners were very friendly, the establishment was clean and the pizza was perfect! We had the buffalo chicken pizza and the crust was thin and crunchy, the sauce no overly hot. Delicious!!! If your heading downtown or coming back after a long day of touring, you will definitely want to stop by to get a slice or a pie. Had a craving for pizza while visiting Saint Augustine. Found this on Yelp, as highly rated. The place is small, but clean. We ordered a large pizza for 2799, asked them to not add meatballs to the supreme, of which we ordered, but replace it with garlic. We were up charged for the substitution, which I found frustrating. I mean come on, meatballs or a heck of a lot more expensive than garlic. The crust appear to be homemade. And stretched to order. It was good, but not great. The pizza itself, was again good, but not $30 for an 18 inch pizza. The sauce was average Maybe a little too much oregano. The toppings were scarce. There was a good amount of people in and out of the restaurant while we were there. So people must enjoy it. Honestly we will not return. read more

We walked through the front door and there was not a single person around. No customers. No employees. All of the chairs were flipped up on to the table in preparation for closing. The pizza may have been delicious, unfortunately, we'll never know. * I changed my review from one to three stars after speaking with the owner.
