2pieces thin crust sausage and pepperoni! Yum!!!

I'm back again! Whenever I go to FL I come here! Good service, great food but I always get the pizza! This time they now make a 'razor thin' crust. I have no idea how it isn't hard like a cracker. It's soft and wonderful! lol

The food was great eggplant rooting! Service was spot on. The ambiance looks like a great pizza place.

So glad we stopped here! The food is absolutely delicious and tastes authentic. Huge portions, fair prices, and a great atmosphere. If you want real Italian food without the tourist trap feel, go to Romano's.

The food was awful and I have absolutely no vendettas towards the owners or staff. This place claims to be authentic Italian but at best, they are so below sub par, that I need to warn the owners and the patrons too. To the owners, why don't you get an Italian cook book or a chef that knows and understands what it takes to make Italian dishes. I ordered the spaghetti white clam dinner...I had to search the dish for the clams even though they did garnish with THE SMALLEST clams in shells, but there still were no clams to speak of in my plate $20. The absolute worst was that that plate had zero taste, it was so bad that I had to open the grated cheese container and put the entire contents into my plate and it STILL HAD NO FLAVOR! They claim to come from North New Jersey. I had lived in New Jersey for 30 years and New York combined and I am 3rd generation Italian, I know my heritage dishes. My companions had complaints too, one had the broccoli rabe with sausage and the sausage was burned so badly. My husband had the chicken parm, it was ok but he asked for more sauce, they brought what was no more than a 1/4 cup, the waitress never informed us that there would be a charge of $1.40!!! The receipt to justify their desperation lists it as "1 LARGE - Extra Marinara. A bottle of house wine with a twist top which we opened ourselves, $42 and it wasn't even good. My other companion, was up all night with a stomach ache after consuming their eggplant rollatini! The owner boasts about the food, she has got to be kidding! The only patrons of this establishment are most likely people that do not care or know what authentic Italian food really tastes like. I tell you that the inside has 3 sections, pizzeria, dining room, bar/lounge/booths...not a bad set up for horrible food.

Dinner was amazing here tonight and not just because of Valentines Day. We eat here often mainly the pizza but tonight we switched it up and the baked Ziti and Expresso Martinis were amazing and i definitely can't forget the homemade split pea soup.

Grandma pizza even Grandma would love!

Good food! Good service. Reasonably priced. Having to use 85 characters is ridiculous. I will keep me from commenting in the future.

I was told 9pm at the earliest on the phone, the website said 7:30 at the earliest and when I showed up in person to ask they had immediate seating. In fact, not one other table was taken indoors. We had our entire meal alone, inside this restaurant which is a converted home. Many of the homes in St Augustine are like this, so a home converted business isn't weird. But it is when 10+ employees constantly walk by and you are eating at a somewhat private table. I have no idea what all those employees were doing. We joked that the cheesecake restaurant was a front for another business because the employees seemed so busy, yet no one was there. We also had to laugh, almost the entire menu was sold out. Every person at our table had to order their 2nd or 3rd backup item, most of us completely changing our order. One in our group had the waiter come back twice to tell us they sold out of his item AS his meal was being made. While the cheesecakes were very good and there was potentially a nice selection, I think this location was a bit too odd to recommend to other diners unless you specifically just want cheesecake. If you do, just get it to go.

(I love the southern hospitality we experience at so many places in St. Augustine.) My favorite treat may just be the cannoli. They are smaller sized than what I am used to back home...but this is good thing! in my opinion. I ordered two glasses of Prosecco and she informs me that they are out of Prosecco. What!? I then order a can of IPA and a glass of white wine for my gf, which took way too long to get. Plus my beer wasn't even that cold and her wine wasn't good either. I asked about the cheese tray + wine and she looked confused. I asked her what cheeses came on it and she said she didn't know, but she'd find out, but never did. lol. I came here prepared to buy a bottle of Prosecco and a cheese tray to sit outside and enjoy with my gf but that didn't happen. If you are working at a place you should know the couple things that you do serve and know them very well. There also wasn't any clean glasses for the spa water. The deserts did look good but god forbid I asked either of them a question about them because they would have looked at me befuddled. I highly doubt I'll ever come back here again. The combination of imaginative cocktails, exceptional food, and a unique atmosphere makes every visit memorable. The cocktail program is outstanding. We enjoy trying a variety of their exotic and inventive drinks, and they never disappoint. The flavors are bold, creative, and unlike anything you'll find at a typical restaurant bar. The Yellow Submarine cocktail is quite possibly the best drink I have ever consumed. Made with curry-infused Bermuda black rum, lime, ginger, and Asian five-spice brown sugar syrup, it sounded unusual on paper but came together beautifully. I enjoyed it so much that I ordered four of them that evening, something I rarely do. That was three years ago, and despite returning several times since then, I have never seen it on the menu again. The food is equally impressive. Two years ago, I ordered the Skillet Roasted New York Strip served with Yukon Gold potato-anna, roasted asparagus and spring onions, watercress, and black truffle hollandaise. To this day, it remains one of the top five restaurant meals I have ever eaten. Every component on the plate was exceptional. The steak was perfectly prepared, the crispy potato galette was irresistible, and the black truffle hollandaise elevated the entire dish to another level. It was the kind of meal that stays with you long after the plate is cleared. I would gladly drive 300 miles just to eat it again. Most recently, I had the wild mushroom bisque, and it was the best soup I have ever consumed. Rich, creamy, buttery, intensely mushroomy, and perfectly balanced, it was everything a mushroom soup should be. The addition of crispy pickled onions and crème fraîche added texture and contrast that made an already outstanding soup even better. My wife and I enjoyed it so much that we returned the very next day hoping to order it again, only to discover it had already rotated off the menu. My only complaint about The Ice Plant is that some of their greatest creations seem to disappear as quickly as they arrive. While I appreciate the constantly evolving menu and understand that seasonal changes are part of what makes the restaurant special, there are certain items that deserve a permanent home. The Yellow Submarine cocktail, the wild mushroom bisque, and the Skillet Roasted New York Strip with black truffle hollandaise are three of the finest things I have experienced there. The fact that I can vividly remember one of these items from three years ago and another from two years ago says everything. Great restaurants serve good food. Truly special restaurants create dishes and drinks that stay with you for years. The Ice Plant has done that for me more than once, and that is why we continue to return whenever we visit St. Augustine.

It was a pretty cold and uncomfortable welcome. That said, the restaurant is absolutely charming. I really loved the interior ambiance--it's cozy, well-decorated, and has a very pleasant vibe. The food was extremely delicious. We ordered the Half Pound Ice Plant Burger and it was juicy, fresh, and packed with flavor. You could taste the quality in every single bite--the meat was perfect, the ingredients fresh, and everything very well balanced. Definitely one of the best burgers I've had recently. Despite the initial host experience, I would return without hesitation for the food and the atmosphere. Highly recommended, but they could improve the initial greeting.
