It's a great Irish pub with a solid menu and great drinks. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Happened to wander in during the second half of game 2 of the NBA Finals. Place was loaded with Knicks fans, but we got a two-top easily enough.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Servers kept pace with the game crowd, and glasses stayed full. Modest selection of Irish whiskeys will do the job.

Shrimp scampi

Great food and great service! Everything we tried was wonderful. The shrimp scampi was delicious!

Randomly walked into this pub on a rainy day for a quick break while exploring New York and had the MOST delicious truffle fries ever. I simply cannot believe how amazing these were-- super crunchy exterior with the fluffiest interior, along with a heavy dollop of yummy cheese.

Popped in while waiting for a dinner reservation nearby and it hit the spot perfectly. Quick service, friendly bartender, and fair prices for Midtown. Exactly what you want from a pre-dinner drink stop. Would recommend!

I didn't get a picture of my Shirley temple but I feel like this one had the opposite issue that I have most times I order Shirley temples! It had a lot of grenadine but the soda was either flat or it was not Sprite. There was something lacking... Maybe just not enough for a good ratio? Hard to gauge. But I appreciated the heavy hand of grenadine. I got an appetizer sampler which I was happy to see was huge! I thought it was going to be smaller but it definitely was too much for one person so glad my friends got to enjoy it too. I got the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, mozzarella sticks and soft pretzel. The egg rolls were alright. I was missing was more cheese in there and there were tough parts of the steak that I had to spit out either from being over cooked or just not trimmed enough. I was dipping them in the pretzel's beer cheese and that was good but I definitely would've needed more cheese if I had eaten the whole soft pretzel. The soft pretzel was really good though. Had a nice flavor and soft but still had some crisp to it on the outside which I liked and it wasn't annoyingly salty on top. Tasted really good with the beer cheese. The mozzarella sticks were good too! Was it the healthiest meal I've ever had? No, but it was decent bar food and fun for watching The Traitors with a bunch of reality TV fans. Loved that the bartenders were watching and enjoying it too along with us! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The volume was loud enough and loved that they turned the lights down.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall even though the 2nd floor that we were watching in was narrow and crowded, it was a beautiful place with charming wooden accents that really made it feel like an Irish pub.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Filet Mignon Dinner Special

St. Pat's Bar & Grill 22 W. 46th. St. New York, NY 10036 Homemade BBQ Meatloaf Filet Mignon Dinner Special Both entrées were offered at a fantastic deal with each place costing approximately $20 each! I was really pleased with the discount. The crispy fried onions really enhanced the meatloaf. The filet mignon had a perfectly red center. (if I was shooting a video reel, I would have definitely recorded footage of the sirloin sliced open.) I prefer that my sides to be either off to the side or served on a separate plate; the mashed potatoes is now touching the meat compromising the taste. The service here was outstanding. The server and bartender were very attentive; they kept my water glass filled each time I finished my glass. I'll definitely return here in the future, but next time I'll request separate the sides off dishes. #stpatricks #stpatsbarandgrill #stpatrickspub #midtownnyc #filetmignon #meatloaf #nycfoodie #localpub

We stopped in here for st Patrick's Day celebration they had great specials. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It is a big spacious bar in midtown manhattan.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Offering delicious foods and drinks. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Surprisingly it wasn't to busy considering the holiday.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Still a fun atmosphere and sat at the bar and got great service while we were there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This is a great Irish pub to visit while in NYC.

Our server was great. We wanted to eat away from Times Square. Ended up here and had a great time. We sat at the bar and just enjoyed the food and quaint atmosphere. My St. Paddy's Melt was delicious. Juicy. Flavorful. Fries were well seasoned. It was even more delicious later that night. The bread had a chance to soak in the meat juices and Russian sauce. Finished every morsel.

We popped on here during our hustle through NYC just to catch Auburn vs. Georgia. Turns out, this was a dedicated Auburn hub! [[HIGHLIGHT]]We had a great time and met great people.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff were fun too! The service was friendly and attentive. We had the sampler appetizer with chicken tenders, calamari, and Philly cheesesteak egg rolls. The Philly cheesesteak egg rolls stole the show. The tenders were good. The calamari was not what we usually experience. The pieces were very wide and large. They did not have flavor and they were difficut to chew. We just left them on the plate and worked around them.

Mozzarella Sticks & Chicken

This is your classic happy hour spot with happy hour prices. We sat on one of the outdoor tables - very busy like all Irish pubs. I got the Paloma cocktail which was fruity and tasty even on an empty stomach. We also ordered the mozzarella sticks which impressively passed the string test and the chicken tender which was saucy on the outside but very dry on the inside to where I had to use a knife to cut the pieces. It's an overall solid place and I gave it 4 stars when comparing it to all the other pubs. Not gonna knock your socks off but a satisfactory post-work wind down spot.

Average Bar... but watch your credit card statement. They changed my total (presumably altering the tip amount). Pretty slimy.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with champagne, which immediately set the tone for a special evening. Our server, Daniel, was beyond amazing. He was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making our anniversary meaningful. It never felt forced just thoughtful, polished hospitality. The team went above and beyond when we brought our wedding cake (which had been frozen for a year). Not only did they accommodate it without hesitation, they helped decorate and present it beautifully you would have thought it had been baked that same day. It was such a touching moment for us, and they handled it with care and enthusiasm. As for the food: incredible. The steak tartare was perfectly balanced and beautifully prepared. The tuna was fresh and vibrant. And the Beef Wellington... honestly one of the best I've had in New York City. Perfectly cooked, rich, elegant, and absolutely worthy of a celebration dinner. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance: romantic, warm, refined but relaxed. It felt special without being stiff. If you're looking for a place to celebrate something meaningful, this is it. We will absolutely return.

For entrees we had the creamy cavatelli with maitake and squash. We finished off with a gorgeous sticky toffee pudding served with bourbon vanilla ice cream and crunchy toffee pieces. We loved the grandeur of the space and the cozy fireplace. It makes for an ideal business dinner setting

Always a solid choice, though it could have been a bit colder. The bartenders were very nice and attentive, and the place clearly has a strong group of regulars. There was a friendly, familiar energy in the room that made it feel welcoming right away. Once my friend arrived, I tried "The Greatest Espresso Martini" and asked to swap the vodka for bourbon. They were very accommodating, and the drink turned out delicious. Rich, smooth, and good enough that I ordered a second. The music and lighting both hit the right balance, making it an easy, comfortable place to settle in for the night.

Unfortunately, our server only heard that 5 of us wanted afternoon tea, and one of the tiers of food was smaller than the others. We also had to pay extra for additional tea, which we were fine with, but service was severely lacking throughout. Our server didn't check up on us, and seemed to want us to leave quickly after dropping off the check. We would have been happy to pay the $65 each for afternoon tea, but it wasn't worth it and frankly, I was agitated by the whole ordeal by the time I left. We were also disappointed by the food items (as they were lacking) and nothing about this was like other experiences we had with other afternoon teas. I can't in good faith recommend this place, nor do I see myself coming back after the atrocious service we experienced.
