    Warning: I strongly recommend going to another Nissan dealership or at least reading this for awareness. We came in Sunday night to trade our car for a Nissan Pathfinder. The vehicle was at the Redlands location, and the dealership promised to transfer it to Orange for pickup Monday. We signed paperwork and were excited to collect the car, but instead were told conflicting stories: the tailgate was broken, the car was in transit, or that we'd need to wait. This felt like a breach of our verbal agreement. When I tried to cancel and retrieve our Tacoma, I was told the key wouldn't be available until our sales manager returned. After mentioning legal action, Alfredo--the sales manager on duty--treated us as a threat. He was dismissive, defensive, and even mocked us with a "did someone hold a gun to your head?" gesture when I explained how pressured I felt signing. Worse, he threatened to report our Tacoma stolen if we drove it off the lot. Alfredo repeatedly refused to provide a copy of our contract, while the general manager avoided us altogether. When I politely asked finance for it, Alfredo intervened again, insisting police involvement was required. Ultimately, it took two hours and the presence of law enforcement just to receive the paperwork. This ordeal could have been resolved in ten minutes. Instead, Alfredo escalated the situation, behaved unprofessionally, and intimidated us rather than helping. The lack of accountability from management was equally concerning. Sharing so others don't fall victim to the same tactic's

    I brought my car for service and for an inspection. I do have to mention that an appointment is required before coming. I was assisted right away by Robert. He was friendly and I explained to him certain concerns and were noted. I was satisfied with the service and they were pretty quick, I was not waiting for hrs for my vehicle to be ready. Robert assisted explaining what else was needed to be done to my vehicle and what the cost would be. I definitely recommend Stadium Nissan. Also when I checked in for all my fellow yelpers, if you check in, you receive a FREE yes FREE tumbler.

    I bought a certified 2020 Nissan Sentra from Stadium Nissan this past October. I wasn't planning on car shopping and it had been a stressful few weeks since my previous car was totalled. I was in a rental Altima and knew I wanted a Nissan but tried a few other makes 1st. I came here to look at an Altima and to try a Sentra, and for me my bright blue Sentra is perfect. My sales woman Xochilth (pronounced "Sochi") was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I financed through Nissan and while I didn't really have time to line up my own financing, I think the price and terms were fair and Eduardo (I think) explained things and the process was efficient. Meanwhile, while I was doing the paperwork Ray at the dealership took care of my rental so I could just drive off in my new car. Overall, they made a stressful time easier and I am still in love with my car and get 3 free oil changes. The only downsides were that: 1. The 1st car I looked at had rashed wheels. I would think when the car went through its inspection that would be fixed. The car I bought is in great condition. 2. I wrote this review in December b/c it took six weeks to get my license plates and registration which was a pain as I couldn't use the Nissan app or apply for a toll road sticker until I had permanent plates. Whether this was the dealer, the registration service, DMV, or all 3, six weeks is a long time. I think if dealers worked directly with the DMV a few weeks could be shaved off.

    Great place to come service your Vehicle. I brought in my 2018 nissan Sentra for service and received 10/10 outstanding service. I will definitely recommend my friends and colleagues to bring their vehicles here for service and ask for Elias. He's one of the best in the business. 10/10

Gino who took care of my intake was very friendly and made me feel welcome. They also had a comfy waiting area stocked with complimentary coffee and snacks, but I didn't need to wait long because I was out of there within an hour, oil changed and tires rotated. Their prices are fair and they accept both credit card and cash/Zelle (if you want to avoid the 3% credit card surcharge). During the oil change they also noted some things that will need repair, but weren't pushy with their recommendations. For that I am very appreciative, and will most definitely come back for their continued services.

After that repair, my check engine light suddenly came on--even though it wasn't on before. The first shop told me it was a problem with the mass air flow sensor and tried to charge me to fix it, which didn't feel right to me. So I decided to come here for a second opinion, and I'm really glad I did. The mechanic took the time to properly diagnose the issue and walked me through everything step by step. Within about an hour, he figured out that it wasn't the air flow sensor at all--it was just a blown fuse. That alone saved me a lot of money and potentially from being overcharged elsewhere. What really stood out was the honesty and communication. He explained clearly what went wrong, didn't try to upsell anything, and made sure I understood the situation. On top of that, he even aired up my tires for free, which was a nice touch. Fast, honest, and affordable service like this is hard to find. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to others.

My experience was called to book on Monday morning, quoted the price based on easy to describe work and an appointment for Wednesday at 8AM. So I adjust my schedule and am ready. No show, no answer calls or texts until a call at 930 - where he apologizes for issues on Tuesday and will show up at 5PM. Fine. I'll adjust my evening plans too. An organized person would have adjusted plans and communicated Wednesday if they had issues/delays Tuesday. Then, at 2PM calls back and says looking more like 530PM. And then he says... oh? Did I give you a price already? Oh that's actually a lot of work and says it'll actually cost 60% more. That was enough to call it quits. While I can't speak to his mechanic abilities, he fell short on: 1) being able to accurately understand and estimate work before quoting, or worse, stick to his quote when he gets busy 2) ability to plan his schedule and communicate reasonably. It was not. He was wedged in there for 12 hours with no food, no water, and zero litter box access. He was absolutely losing it. I ran through every option. Fire department? Busy with the actual chemical explosion rattling all of OC, fair. Animal control? Ghosted me. My cousin, currently out of the country, tried Tesla Roadside Assistance through the app. Tesla's answer: their technicians are not trained to rescue animals. Noted, but deeply unhelpful in the moment. Two other mechanics passed too. Jesse was my third Yelp attempt and my last real option. He showed up within two hours, no fuss, and got straight to work. He tried everything - the frunk, underneath, removing the right wheel - methodically working different angles for an hour and a half because my cat had chosen the most inconvenient possible position to be chonky in. Jesse stayed patient the entire time and got him out safely. My cat is home. He is fine. He is completely unbothered, as cats are. Jesse showed up when nobody else could. That is not something I will forget. Oh, and his prices are insanely reasonable. If you need a mechanic who will actually show up and problem-solve, Jesse is your guy.
