My family and I drove 1.5 hours one-way to see and possibly buy a certain vehicle we saw on their website back in December 2021. My experience there pretty fine overall; normal friendly dealer staff, they were very accommodating to my family and I, to be expected. The listed price for the vehicle we wanted was approximately $25,999 on their site. We arrived and let someone know we were here to see a particular used vehicle, a salesperson grabbed the key and took us over to the car to check it out. We then test drove the car to ensure the condition was up to par and all the necessary features were working as they should. The sales guy was cool but didn't know too much about that particular vehicle. Some questions he couldn't answer or was incorrect, for example: us-"does it have Apple CarPlay?" / him-"No" / it did have it) no big deal, I don't expect him to know all the cars in and out. Afterwards we went back into the showroom for a quick discussion on the vehicle history, some negotiations, and clarifications. Once we were good I verbally agreed to the listed purchase price and he got the financial advisor to start the loan paper work. I believed we were getting a good deal compared to other vehicles we were considering. We expected the paper work to go quickly since we were only there to see 1 car from the moment we walked through the door. We waited for the financial advisor draw up all the loan forms etc while trying to manage our kids' curiosity around the showroom (X-mas decorations everywhere). Paperwork took more time than expected but when ready I was called to review and sign the docs in a back office with him, so I left my fiancee with the kids while I completed the forms. We were becoming restless anticipating the long drive back, our kids were getting hungry and tired, so I'll be the 1st to admit I just hurried thru everything so we can get back on the road we were already there for 3+ hours there. After all paperwork completed and copies provided we took the key and got right on the road. After a long drive home and a night of sleep I woke up and decided to actually review the paperwork I had rushed thru and became shocked then furious. The amount I end up purchasing the vehicle for was WAY higher than I expected after taxes, fees, down payment, etc. about $30,000. Looking into everything I accepted I come to find out the car was laced with non-factory features added by the dealer and unavoidable with their used cars. Not one thing besides the paperwork itself indicated they were an added cost. They were always spoken about as if they were complimentary. Note: they discounted all their used vehicles about $5000. This just so happened be the exact same value added back to the cars in included features: $30K Car - $5K Discount = $25K Offer Price (+ $5K Hidden Permanent Features) = $30K Purchase Price Some of the features included were: exterior paint & window protection coating (NOT film), interior material protection supposedly to prevent staining/tearing, a hardwired GPS security tracker system, among other things. These aren't necessarily bad things to have but the fact that they are already included and no one mentions the added cost or that they can't be removed seems shady. The vehicle was being offered for much cheaper than it could have possibly sold for. In my particular circumstance I rushed for the sake of my family. Now I fully accept the responsibility for signing without a thorough review; it was a terrible decision but it was my mistake. Still their advertising tactics are misleading. I did call to speak to the financial advisor and let it be known how I felt about how it all went down to which he consistently responded that it was detailed in the paperwork I rushed. We could've have been considered an ideal dealership customer: ready and willing to buy a particular vehicle that day. Note: I don't think it's a bad dealership and I'm not saying there was malicious intent behind anything they did but the advertising just doesn't sit right with me. TL;DR: Normal dealership experience. No complaints about any of the staff members or experience besides the overall wait. Be sure to ignore their advertised incentives/discounts, the value of the discount is likely added back into the vehicle purchase price with dealer installed mandatory add-ons/features. The features are likely worth much less than they cost you out the door. Used cars are essentially an extremely attractive package deal with hidden added costs. read more

Brief History: I had a leased vehicle that was about to end that I originally purchased from Buena Park Nissan. I just returned a vehicle to them 2 months ago and ended up buying a new vehicle at sticker with the few thousand dollars that they gave me for my leased Murano and another 15k down-payment. I was interested in a low mileage pre-owned vehicle here. Sales team (Brian R) was very responsive & wanting to help. I showed up on time & noticed the car had numerous deep and surface scratches. I understand it's used but it was beaten up & not priced for the flaws. We drive it, go inside to talk and I told them what price I needed and why. The salesman advised the manager would come and speak with me. Out walks Jose Sanchez aka the deal killer for any educated buyer. Jose stated the car was priced accordingly based on condition. A simple google search or checking the value based on vin using carfax.com would debunk that in moments. He showed me some BS paper showing it should be $4K more. The car has been on their lot as of now, 85 days. I mentioned the length on the lot and Mr. Sanchez did not feel that is an incentive for negotiation... not sure what planet he's on. He then told me it can sit on the lot longer and I should have a nice day. He's made it an art form to be defensive, rude and unbelievably unprofessional all in a few minutes time. Needless to say I went elsewhere and purchased that night & messaged Brian apologizing that I left abruptly due to his managers behavior and essentially asking me to leave. Rob White was a terrible manager and made my experience there an inconvenience. I was there since 1pm. I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted and was assisted by Ricardo Lazarin. Ricardo was very outgoing and tried to assist us best as possible. It wasn't until we didn't agree on a monthly payment, Manager Rob White got involved in the negotiations. Payment started from a 500 dollar a month payment with my sister who has an 850 credit score (which made no sense). To me attempting to leave and then dropping the price to 380 prior to me walking out the door. I still said no and insisted I wanted a 350 car payment on a (15000 vehicle). I left the dealership without making a deal. Minutes later Ricardo calls me back stating a 360 payment. I still insisted in declining. Minutes after that call, Rob White calls me and says he will get me a 353 payment which I agreed. I told Rob that I was already home in Riverside and would like to go in the following day to sign the contract. He insisted in attempting to get the vehicle shipped to my vehicle. I declined as I had already made plans to have dinner with my family. I again insisted in going in the following day. He said this was a "today only" deal. I asked Rob if the deal included everything we had spoken of (2 year warranty, gap and dealership add ons), he said yes. So, I cancelled my plans with my family and drove back 1 hour from Riverside to Orange. When I got there and met with finance, the deal did not include gap. I was livid. It was now 8:30 pm, I had cancelled my dinner plans and drove 1 hour because Rob had told me everything was included in the deal. I got up and left. Rob then met me outside and said he would include the gap. At this point, yes I was getting the deal I wanted but this experience was like pulling teeth and such an inconvenience. What was the point of starting from a 540 dollar payment to dropping down to a 350 dollar payment that I originally wanted, waiting 7 hours, having to go home and come back, cancel plans. I told the salesperson that I was very interested and would agree to pay $15k over MSRP, she came back with the manager's response of $100k over MSRP and we would have to advertise for them!!! WTF!!! live in Vegas . I wanted to lease a Nissan Leaf s trim. The inventory shortage here caused me to look outside of Vegas to find a leaf in a s trim package in anything other than black. I delt with a salesman named Hector . Hector was very professional , helpful , and worked hard to offer me options and make a deal . They ran my credit ( I am well within the high 700's ) . After some days of back and forth he made mention of a possibility.. I said ok sounds fair send me the contract for my review . After waiting for over a day I write only to figure out that it's basically sitting on the desk of the sales team above him awaiting their consideration and approval . I patiently waited some more time (over a day ) only to find that my email was empty . Hector did his job and yet somehow it stalled . He was a nice guy and good salesman . I couldn't be more disappointed in this dealership. My daughter and wife went to get my daughter her first lease on a new car for her new job. Stadium Nissan had adds for some pretty affordable deals on a Rogue Sport that were in my daughter's price range (and yes I read the small print too). When they got there, they were met by a young but eager salesman. He was willing to help but quickly said that everything was a $5000 or higher mark up. My wife brought up the adds and he said those are National ads and they don't honor them at Stadium Nissan. My wife brought up the adds that were attached with the Stadium Nissan logo and he said that the dealership didn't have to honor those ads. Even with a sour taste about the blatant misleading information and false advertisement, they sat down with this young man to find out if a deal could be worked out , albeit at a higher price then they had hoped for. They finally reached numbers that might be able to work and that's when the chauvinistic jackass manager trotted over. He came with a number that was nearly double of what the salesperson was talking. Of course my wife and daughter quickly refused. He then sat there and talked down to them saying everything is more expensive nowadays, such as groceries, and gas etc. That the world was different now and "ladies you just need to get used to it". My wife explained to him that they already had better offers from Nissan of Alhambra but since this was right down the street from our house we wanted to see if a deal could be made here. He said that they didn't need to follow any ads because "we can do whatever we want" at "his" dealership. He told them they wouldn't get a better deal than what he offered. Needless to say they left. Tip: 2-4 hours just for a simple service even with appointment. Check in offer is no longer existing. I had an appointment and came in at 9:30 am on a Saturday. I noticed it was taking quite a while because it was around 11 am and my car was still not serviced. I decided to ask the front desk and they informed me that there was just 2 more people in front of me so I asked if I can be dropped home. In which I was. I came back around 1:30pm and MY CAR WAS STILL NOT SERVICED. I was in shock on the length and time it takes to get an oil change and tire rotation. I picked up my car as soon as I drove off a light on the dash went on, I called them to notify them, they said that the technician had left to bring it in 2 days after my service due to them not being open until then. took my car back in all they said was they don't know what happen and that they can just reset so the warning light doesn't show. I spoke to a manger his response was that maybe when I did an alignment that was done 3 months prior had caused the issue to my car.
