Good coffee, GREAT pastries!! Unique flavors, made from whole ingredients. Friendly staff, seating with a great view of the bookstore.

    The bookstore cafe!

I like *being* here. I like working here, as long as I don't need an outlet. I just don't like eating here. Got their vegetable panini once. Never again. Stick to the baked goods and the drinks... They have free water where the coffee customization station is. They also sell lots of packaged snacks, some salads, my beloved Diet Coke. The best part is that it feels like a coffee shop where you don't have to shout to be heard (like at Coupa), and you get to literally sit above the tourists and prospies. It's nice to get away.

Smack dab on the second floor of the bookstore.

This place is convenient if you're able to get a spot to study. All the items on the menu are well priced, with sandwiches around $6 each. It's no frills with quick and friendly service. I don't think people come to the bookstore just to eat here, it's more a a place you end up.

Best place to get coffee on campus! Not only does it taste better than the other places, but its half the price. The pastries are always fresh and their selection is vast. If you are craving something sweet, you can't go wrong with their blueberry muffin. If you are in the mood for something savory, order their tasty brown rice burrito and ask for hot sauce to complete the flavor harmonics in your mouth.

    $1 Coffee. Decent.

Good, cheap coffee in a fairly expensive campus. I paid $1.00 for my cup, but if you bring your own mug (or buy one in the store downstairs) you get it for just $0.50. And I can't complain - the coffee was quite decent. They also have a variety of sandwiches for $5-6, and even served iced coffee too for about $1.50. I'd definitely stop by here again for a quick snack when visiting the Stanford campus.

Decor is cute but sleek, vibes are calm, bar seating by window and a few small tables with seats. Ordering is fast at the kiosk front desk which doesn't seem to have a cashier. Lots of tasty drink options with milk choices and customizable sweetness and ice level - much appreciated! Cakes were delicious and filled with freshly whipped cream. We had the hojicha and biscoff ones. Not incredibly busy - a lot of orders were takeout. Cons: A lot of things were out of stock by 1pm but maybe this is due to Mother's Day. Pricey but the items were high quality. Store is a small footprint with limited utilities (no WiFi, bathroom was temporarily out of order). Parking is very difficult- it's on el Camino so the cars are unforgiving if you're trying to parallel park, and the road parallel by a block is not much better. It has an alley and a very cramped space in the back for a lot. Expect to walk.

I've worked my way through both the permanent and seasonal menus, and I genuinely can't think of a bad drink I've had. The Einspänner on any drink is unmatched, but honestly, every drink has been so good that picking a favorite feels impossible. The pastries are just as impressive! Always fresh, scrumptious, and worth every calorie. I remember when you could walk right in without much of a wait, but influencers have definitely done their job putting special places like this on the map. My only real complaints? The weekend lines and the fact that a coffee shop opens at 8 a.m. Let me get my caffeine fix earlier! Still, this is an easy 5/5. The drinks and pastries are on another level, and the hype is completely deserved.

Good artistry pulling it all together. Today though, I strayed from the usual cappu and tried their mocha. Damn. May possibly be a top 3 mocha in my life. I hear they make their own chocolate, so to imitate this at home would mean figuring out their in-house recipe. But damn...in the meantime, I'll be back for that mocha.

We ordered the SCCB (Salted Caramel Cold Brew) and the FOB (Fall Oat Boy). Both drinks were excellent. The cold brew was smooth, refreshing, and perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness without being overpowering. Each drink had its own unique flavor profile, but both were crafted well and enjoyable from the first sip to the last. The shop itself had a welcoming atmosphere, and the service was friendly and efficient. One thing to note is that they do not offer soy milk, which was a little disappointing for us. However, that was a minor issue in an otherwise great experience. At the end of the day, great coffee is what matters most, and Gregorys delivered. The drinks were flavorful, well made, and exactly what we were looking for. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily stop by again the next time we're shopping at Stanford Mall.
