I've used the Copy Center here twice and both experiences were wonderful. I had an engineer print made and was so pleased with that. I believe it was ready the same day? I don't remember exactly, but I know it was a hassle-free experience. My second experience was to make color copies on card stock. The two employees that helped me were so friendly and very helpful! I was impressed! I'll be going back if I do have any more copies to make! I did have one negative experience here, though..there was a time when I had a flat tire in the parking lot--I had left my cell phone at home that day. My son was a toddler at the time and at that exact moment he broke out in hives(!) I went inside Staples and asked if I could use their phone to call AAA and was told phones were not available for customer use. I get that, but, it's not like I was going to be making a personal call--it was more of an emergency situation. read more

I read some of the reviews and they were not good. But, I'm here to tell you we had a real blessing to know that Annie was behind the counter at the print center. She went over and above the lines of customer service and helped us 100%. She should be acknowledge and congratulated. Staple in Folsom I hope you realize how lucky you are to have an employee like Annie. read more

Worst phone customer service. I was put on hold for 10 min so I called back. Again, put on hold another 10 min because they didn't know how to look up an item. I said what I needed, item #, size, color, etc. The rep said she doesn't know if they have it and she would have to go to a computer to look it up, or out on the floor, so she asked if she could call me back. How do you not know how to check your own inventory AFTER putting me on hold for 20 min? read more

Great service today! Young man made eye contact with me strolled up and asked "is there anything I can help you find?" He walked me straight to the isle and helped me find exactly what I was looking for- in and out in 2 minutes! Great store! read more

Waited for 30 min just to pick up my order. Gal at the counter was assisting customers with a creative job that was not going to end ant time soon. She finally grabs my order and tells me that I need to have it rung up by the other cashiers. I said why can't you ring it up here? She said because she had other customers that were in other parts of the store. Wtf? How does that make sense? Rude. I go in a lot and the people in copy/print always ring me up right there. I came into the printing area for help with about six large maps, and I was lost as to my options. The young woman was so very helpful and gave me suggestions as to the best sizes based on the pixel quality. It cost a chunk to get them all, but it was worth it for the quality! read more

I went in to this staples to purchase a desk. I went to the back and noticed it was not on the floor, so I found an employee and asked for his assistance. He checked the SKU and informed me that they had one in the back. So he proceeded to go into the back room and when he came out he literally told me "it's too far in the back, I'm not able to get it out today. We can offer to order it online and have it shipped to your house." I told him no, I wanted the one they had in stock because we needed a desk and didn't want to wait. That just shows me how lazy and unwilling to cater to the customers needs this worker was. After speaking with my boyfriend, this guy goes to the back and emerges in LESS THAN 5 MINUTES WITH THE DESK. Seriously, lazy. The only redeemable moment I received from this store was the nice girl who rang us up at the end. I believe her name was Sydney. She was great! She should be doing that idiots job...at least she knows how to handle customers. With that said, I will NOT be going back to this staples. read more

The girl in charge of printing out a print behaved in a disgusting manner when I picked up the print. She told me that I asked for a size that I never even mentioned, so I said I would never ask for that size because I only need the original size that I requested. She had printed both sizes so obviously she wasn't sure which size I asked for. That was not a big deal but the way she talked to me saying "why would I make that up?" was bizarre! My answer was "Why would I even mention another size if I only needed the one I told you when I placed the order?" Such unnecessary aggressive behavior towards a customer! All she needed to say is "I wasn't sure which one you needed so I printed both" I would have said "Oh thank you, I just need this one." Then she tells me to "have a great day" in a very disrespectful, snarky tone. I asked to talk to the manager who actually didn't even ask what the issue was . He can't be older than 18! He said he'll talk to her, I doubt he will! Such unnecessary horrible customer service! I will never use Staples again thanks to that person. read more

This is a review of the print center & their business card printing. I was a bit worried about how they'd come out after reading some of the negative reviews here, but when I picked them up they were nicer than I expected, even before reading the bad reviews. They were also done very quickly. I placed the order late at night and got a call at about 9:00 am the next morning saying that they were ready to pick up. read more

I went there to buy 2 products. Trying to find a clerk to help me with the search was awful. I asked where I might find a product and the clerk gave me directions as if he were a street cop. Another looked at me with a blank stare. Finally, I was told to purchase the second item online. Forget it. I'm not shopping here again. read more

We are buying all our electronics, such as computers, I pads, printers, etc. and their accessories in the Staples on Market Place BLVD in Cumming GA for more that 10 years. Staples has a great selection at very reasonable prices and they are always matching the lowest prices of other stores. In addition they have a very convenient return policy. This particular store has absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable employees. Our last shopping experience was also perfect, we had received excellent service and would like to recognize and greatly appreciate the sales associate Mrs. Suzette. We were returning the printer (Canon all in one), which did not have a Fax, to change it for printer with the Fax. She promptly found the printer we needed, offered the additional ink cartridges being on sale, and changed all charges. She was very polite and very friendly. We recommend this store to all our friends. read more
