I really only go here for the copying and printing services, of which are arguably the best in town. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and jobs are done in a timely manner, even regular non-rush jobs. They offer you a variety of options to try and meet your needs, and will often recommend some extra options to help make you feel more comfortable and confident with your print job. I have depended on these guys for personal jobs, print jobs for my church, etc. Would recommend them over Kinko's/Fedex any day of the week. If only they were open 24 hours though... read more

Please do not support this location. While I was shopping, I witnessed a woman in management belittling an employee in the store in front of other employees and customers. While I was being helped by another employee, I found out that it was the stores general manager belittling the employee. It was also shared that on a regular basis she treated the employees like they are insignificant. I can't explain how disgusted I felt after hearing this. Someone needs to put a stop to this kind of behavior by reporting her to the labor board or to the Staples corporate office. Treating employees poorly should have consequences. I should mention that the employees are very nice and helpful. They deserve better. I refuse to support a store who cannot treat their hard working employees with decency and respect. read more

Not a fan of the parking lot for sure. There's ample space, yes. However, with the way it's structured, it's calling for someone to get in an accident. It's a loop style so parking is a little odd, but there's plenty of space so don't fight to squeeze in that first spot you see. I absolutely love customer service, and this is what I got here at Staples. We were approached asking if we need assistance. Instead of saying "yes, aisle 5", the gentleman said "Yes it's in aisle 5. However, are you free now? Let me take you there". It was super kind and helpful since we didn't know where in aisle 5 to look after we got there. Checking out took a little long, hence the knock off on the star (that and parking). I'm not sure if it was all the school rush of purchases, or the computer spitting out multiple receipts for everyone's rebate deals, but check out was SLOW. However, when I got to the front, the checker was super friendly and apologized for the wait as well. If I lived in the area I'd be back just for the great customer service. Today I came into Staples at they had sold me a defective/refurbished Nook Simple Touch. This was found out by my calling Barnes and Noble and to have them tell me another email associated with this device, so it had been returned and was inaccessible. Furthermore, it was heavily glitching and probably the reason it was returned. When I went in today, Store Manager Bryan Shaw helped me with the issue right away. He quickly found a brand new replacement (that works great) and handled in the utmost professional way. Glad to see this store is running a tight ship! read more

Right it is a public holiday. But this place felt very unorganized and lots of stuff not located to where there supposed being. Very few folks on staff today. If fact we called about order and the confusing email we had revived. 2 hang ups later. Had to go to Staples because Office Depot didn't have the envelopes I needed for the invitations I customized for my son's 2nd birthday. Not only did they have the size I needed, but they had a very impressive selection. I ended up buying the specialty bright envelopes because they were on sale for $3. I planned to use just the bright yellow ones, but it wasn't the right color, so I'll be exchanging them...no biggie though. I should have brought the invitation with me to check if the color would work before buying. Staff was very friendly. Would rather shop here from now on. read more

This location was out of a few items that I needed. They also didn't offer to order them or give me an idea of when they would receive them next. I also stood at the register for a few minutes (I had a return). There were several employees walking around. I don't mind waiting but being acknowledged is nice. Maybe a "I'll be with you in just a minute", would be ideal. read more

Do not get your iPhone screen repaired here. My iPhone screen replacement was awful. Colors not the same. Screen unresponsive to inputs taking multiple times to access. Then the replacement screen broke while it was in my pocket. When I asked about all these issues they said the could send my phone into their phone repair warehouse...who could be without their phone for a week????? read more

I have just purchased a home office from John, the Manager at this location this evening. I have to write a review of the exceptional, friendly, patient customer service he provided to my wife and I. We bought a desk and a file cabinet, but the issue was a chair that fit me properly. I spent at least 30 mins testing out many, many chairs they had for sale. Finally, I was able to agree to one that fit my back etc. John was not only patient throughout this time, he was assisting me actively and quoting prices etc. along the way. I can not give this store enough stars to equate to the superior service we got from John. If you need office supplies and furniture, please go see this gentleman. read more

Before I start, I'd like to mention that this is my first one-star review. I am not proud of myself for this at all, however, my experience at Staples this morning was exceptionally upsetting - at least for a trip to Staples. Upon entering the store, nothing seemed too out of the ordinary: I picked up a shopping cart and ventured on my journey through the office supplies store. But I quickly noticed that the store was lacking products that typically are (and always should be) readily available to the consumer: glossy folders, multi-subject notebooks, etc. it took me about twenty minutes to find PAPER (wide-ruled is everywhere, but why must college-ruled paper be such a challenge to find!?). It took an incredibly long time for me to get a hold of an employee at the shop, and when I finally did I had already managed to figure everything out on my own. But that isn't necessarily the reason for my one-star. After having picked up all of my school supplies (well, 'all' the ones that Staples had in stock..) I made my way to a register with my shopping cart (there was no line) and the Staples employee asked me to set everything up on the counter and that he would be with me shortly. So I waited, and waited and waited, for NINE MINUTES alone at the register - by this time a lengthy line had formed, and another register had opened up behind me - and I notice that a NEW register was opening up next to that one - in fact, the employee running that register was the SAME EMPLOYEE THAT ASKED ME TO WAIT AT THE ORIGINAL REGISTER. Feeling completely embarrassed and stupid for having wasted (now) more than ten minutes of my time at an employee-less register, I retreated to the LENGTHY line, and was forced to wait an additional seven minutes to be able to check all of my items out (keep in mind, I no longer had a shopping cart at this point - I was holding all of my items, which I had eloquently set out on the counter, in my arms). I left the store annoyed, frustrated, and incredibly upset. What a waste of my time. Staples, you have failed me. Although it was the first time, it better be the last. read more

Went to this Staples to return an office supply (it was the refill tape that fits into a label maker). I had purchased it 3 weeks prior and the reason for the return was because the refill tape the salesperson at Staples sold me was the WRONG size for the very expensive label maker I bought at the same time! On the back of my reciept it says "Office supplies can be returned at any time" and that "technology and furniture items may only be returned or exchanged within 14 days" soooo.... I did not rush back to return it. Anyway, the girl at the register made a BIG deal about how I cannot return it because the refill tape is "technology", that it is over the 14 day return policy, AND that "the register wont even allow it to happen" because it is "technology". I thought it was an office supply and can return anytime???! She rolled her eyes when I asked to talk to a manager. And then she asked a co-worker to open up another register to help the line that was forming behind me, he said "nope" and walked out the front door. She said "what a jerk" in front of the customers.... Not very professional. Long story short, I got my return when the manager finally came over, and she confirmed my item was NOT technology, so ok to return. Just be aware that if you return, say... printer paper, that some of the employees may say it is technology because it goes into an electronic device! Anyway, I have had good service at this particular store from the knowledgable computer/ printer salespeople, thus I upped my rating to 2 stars. They do have a good selection at this store too. read more

BEWARE OF FALSE RETURN POLICY: You cannot return items for any reason. Apparently there is some fine print that I don't have time to argue, but plenty of time to Yelp (thanks Yelp). We had to print my grad announcements at the last minute and they were nothing but helpful. Before visiting Staples, we went to FedEx Printing but they couldn't understand what we wanted. The minute we walked into staples they knew what we wanted and helped us step by step. Our announcements were printed the same day, and half the price of all the other places we looked. Generally great sales and rarely run out of featured specials inventory. Employees greet you consistently throughout your visit and are expected to know everything they possibly can about products they carry and aren't afraid to make recommendations elsewhere or find alternatives to your needs. Good selection of products and they are usually pretty quick on things. There are usually a few cashiers open and a few employees around the store to help you out. I have learned that they usually aren't as knowledgeable about their in-store selection and have been able to find products (in-store) by using their website from my phone. Their immediate parking lot is usually full, so sometimes you have to park by Home Depot and walk over, which isn't a big deal. read more

This is my favorite office supply place. I come here all the time to get my printing needs completed. My job requires me to put together alot of presentations, so this Staples has been great assistance in helping me put these presentations together. Everyone is friendly. Great deals/specials. I came in with what became a rushed request since I didn't know in advance that I couldn't do the copying myself. They worked hard to finish my almost 300 page copy order as quickly as possible so that I would not have to return to the store. I have only used the print shop here. The are OK. The good: They got my job done quickly, and I paid less than I usually do for one of these jobs. The bad: Proof-reading of their finished product needs to be a lot better. I found about 20 pages per doc that had very strange squares in headings and figure captions. The weirdest thing is that is wasn't consistent, so it's not a version issue on my end. It happened on pages that I asked them to print landscape instead of portrait, so something strange happened in the conversion. I'm glad I gave myself a couple of days before I turn this in, because it doesn't look good in the state that I got. Hope they get the message, because they are working on another job for me as we speak, and I will look over it carefully. read more
