Ms.Tina and Ms. Kim really helped my sister and I! They gave us both gel manicures with designs. I'm a regular but I took my little sister here for the first time. My sister got free flower designs from Ms.Kim who was so great and sweet! My sister absolutely loves her nails, as do I! I come here every month and get compliments on my nails wherever i go. I asked for medium-length stiletto nails in a nude base with black tips, and Ken absolutely nailed it--perfect shape, clean lines, and flawless execution. I texted their number and asked about prices for a removal and clean up. They said the removal is $15 and that a manicure is $25. This nail salon has predatory and inconsistent pricing. Their own posted menu says a builder gel fill-in is $50+, but today I was charged $70 for a fill-in more than I even paid for a brand-new full set before. If a business can't even honor their own advertised prices, that's a huge red flag. They should be investigated for predatory practices, and I would not recommend trusting them with your time or money. read more

I came in for my first time at this salon but I had set up an appointment via instagram with Cindy. I knew I wanted to get new acrylics and a pedicure. When I came in they had me check in and then asked me to wash my hands which I understand. I was impressed by the fact I was able to get seen right away and both Mindy for my pedicure and Cindy for my nails were fabulous and I will continue to return and schedule with them! She took the time to explain a few style options and recommended a cat-eye gel based on the pictures I showed her. Funny enough, the designs I picked from Instagram turned out to be ones she had done herself--total coincidence! This is honestly the best set of nails I've ever had. The salon was easy to find, very clean, and surprisingly free of that strong powder smell you usually notice when walking into a nail place. I made a reservation for 2 pm & bc my friend & i wanted to get an earlier appointment, there were accommodations made for us, which we appreciated! The workers were very quick & efficient; we liked the nice smiles & attitude that they had! I went in today w my friend for a gel x manicure & a basic pedicure. The pedicure service was nicely done and I was perfectly relaxed! The whole salon is neat and clean, and there was peaceful pop music playing in the background. Water was also provided :) My nail tech's name was Justin and he did a great job selecting colors and designs for me when I was at a loss. There are my birthday nails; I love them! I was sort of difficult to deal with since I was picky, but they never made me feel like I asking for too much. For designs, I'd say simple designs like these are achievable. read more

I used to be a semi-regular customer but took a six-month break from getting my nails done, so I hadn't been back until recently. I only found out about the management change after seeing the updates on Yelp. While they've kept the same name, Polished Nails, the business is completely independent from the previous management. I visited the other day for a gel-x soak-off after my three-week trip to Asia - I was long overdue for a clean-girl manicure and pedicure. I initially walked in without an appointment (rookie mistake!), so I definitely recommend making an appointment if you plan to visit. Steven was working on another customer when I arrived, but he kindly scheduled me to come back later that day - totally fair, given I hadn't called ahead. Steven and Hannah (new couple) completely remodeled the space, giving it a fresh, modern look. They've also expanded their selection with new polish colors and trendy design options, including textured effects like velvet (cat-eye), intricate 3D art, minimalist styles like micro French and nude diagonals, and bold finishes such as liquid-metal chrome and aura gradients. Steven and Hannah are offering 20% off for all services since they just had their grand re-opening. I requested a basic gel manicure ($35.00), organic basic gel pedicure ($42.00) and my gel-x soak-off ($10.00) - the total was $90.00 and with the 20% off, everything came out to be $72.00 (tipped separately). Though I only got a regular manicure without any designs, I was honestly so impressed by how meticulous and detailed Steven was. I change my nail color pretty often, and I've always wanted that perfect deep burgundy but for some reason, other salons/nail techs could never quite get the tone right. When I showed Steven the shade I had in mind, he did something unexpected: he mixed two different burgundy colors to create the exact tone I wanted. I've never had anyone do that before, and the result was spot on! Even with shaping, I usually have to "inspect" my nails afterward and request small fixes but not this time. Steven got it right on the first try, both in color and shape. It was practically perfect from the start, which says a lot! Regarding this specific Yelp page, it's important to note that it has been acquired by the new owners, Steven and Hannah. I recommend filtering the photos by "newest first" so you can see the updated nail designs and work done by them from August 2025 onward. Any older photos (prior to August) reflect the previous management - Cindy and her family, who no longer operate the salon. By doing this, you'll be able to see the difference in results and style between the previous management and the new one. Lastly, if you're someone who prefers a quiet, relaxing environment and wants to escape the loud, crowded nail salons in the area - while still getting quality nail art and care - I highly recommend coming here. It's peaceful, not overcrowded, and you can actually hear your own thoughts without feeling rushed.

I booked the custom facial, and it was such a relaxing experience. They exfoliated my skin, did red light therapy, and several other treatments (I honestly had my eyes closed most of the time because I was so relaxed!). The facial, neck, and shoulder massage was amazing and made the whole experience even better. Nancy did an incredible job with the extractions and really took the time to remove a lot of my blackheads. My skin feels incredibly smooth, looks so much more even, and has such a healthy glow. I could see and feel the difference immediately. Since I was already there, I also decided to get my eyebrows waxed and my nails done, and I was happy with both services. It ended up being the perfect self-care day. Everyone was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I'll definitely be coming back to keep up with my skincare.
