The staff is nice, but I will not be back if they allow homeless people to camp out at tables for hours. Tonight there were two very dirty men using the best tables for hours. One slept the whole time. He was allowed to have his dog under the table. I want shelter and help for these men, but do I want to pay to sit and eat and drink next to the stench? How could the owners permit this? What kind of disinfectants are used on these tables after hefty bags of junk are placed on them. I would have given this location 5 stars, as I typically get prompt service, which is never a bad thing. However, a cashier (short hair, purple/pink streak) that I have encountered multiple times at the register is reminiscent of Seinfeld's soup nazi. Although she is mostly fast and efficient, one cannot help but feel excessively rushed. I understand that the morning rush can back up the barista production line, but I am taken aback by the lack of customer service. I'd appreciate not getting the stink eye for trying to open up my Starbucks app on my phone so I can pay for my order. I'd also appreciate getting a treat receipt and not forgetting to ask for one because of the rush I was put in, even though she remembered to give the treat receipt to the two customers behind me without their asking. read more

I ordered two drinks on the mobile app. When I got to the store to pick up the drinks, I asked the barista for a cup holder, it took a few minutes to give me the cup holder and before the barista gave me the cup holder, she ask me if I wanted a cup holder. When I picked up one of my drink from the tip, the lid came loose and the drink fell and spilled. I was waiting for several minutes to see if the barista was going to remake the drink. The barista did not remake the drink and I had to go up to the counter to ask her to remake the drink. She finally made the drink. The barista was no apologetic and I was the one that had be apologetic. She did not have a good attitude, not even smiling at all. Guess she was having a bad morning. Ordered 3 simple drinks and 1 sandwich at 9:00am they messed up on all 3 orders and I ended up leaving 43 min later with a cold sandwich!! How ridiculous 43 min for 3 simple drinks!! Like seriously how do you mess up on a iced green tea and add caramel on a iced coffee that I did not order. Out of both bartistas the only nice one was the blonde so thanks to her I didn't lose my patience with the short rude dark haired one that stated my caramel macchiato "obviously had coffee in it" when I tasted no coffee in it at all!!! read more

This store may not have a drive thru, but they make up for it in friendliness & efficiency. I have only been in this store a total of maybe 6 times, but the baristas already know my drink order. Ok, it's not hard to remember as it's only green tea, non-sweet & no ice, but still! They Remembered! Haven't found that at any other stores I frequent. I also love the fact that they have a great set up for those of us who may need to have access to our laptops, and free wi-fi is always a plus. They are definitely plugged in to the growing needs of the techno-geeks & study-crews. I've seen no less than 4 small study groups that meet in here on the evenings I've been here and they have all been extremely well behaved & respectful of those around them. read more

I've gone here before and didn't have a problem, except today. Before I left WinCo, I did the online ordering. All I ordered was the hearty blueberry oatmeal. I still have to pack all my groceries into my truck so Starbucks had plenty of time to complete my order. I walk in and nothing was there, I'm standing there and the barista says nothing to me. About 3 minutes later, I ask about the blueberry oatmeal. She asks another barista about it and that barista completely forgot about it. I realize the place was packed but whether I order it online or in person, I'm basically still another person in line too. So I get my order and head out. As I'm driving down Hageman, I notice the blueberries they gave me were completely moldy. I turn around to get new ones only to get blueberries that are less moldy. All I received was, "sorry about that" the whole time. If you're really sorry, you wouldn't make the same mistake twice. I didn't order the blueberry oatmeal for the fruit/but mix. Nobody should be give moldy food and normally, I would pick out the one or two blueberries that were bad, but I'm pregnant and I can't any risk food borne illnesses. read more

Everyone is so friendly here! If you're looking for a Starbucks that feels more like a small neighbourhood coffee shop, then I've found it for you. Come here often enough and the staff will have your drinks ready before you even get here. I'm usually not a big fan of the Starbucks empire, but this is one redeeming branch. i've been going to this starbucks since about a week after it opened (at least once a day and sometimes three times a day, 6-7 days a week) and it has always had friendly young people working there. they do have a lot of trainees coming and going and that slows them down at times, but if that is the only thing you have to complain about then life must be very good. quite often when the kids see you coming they have your drink ready before you even get to the counter, greet you by name, and try to have somewhat of a conversation with you (sometimes they are very busy and don't have time to). overall great kids, great service and my favorite place to go everyday. some people complain about the cost of coffee but actually the cost is not to bad. 1.95 for a tall coffee with free refills, in a restaurant coffee is from 1.50 to 3.00 so it's about the same. the staff is still awesome but a new regional manager came in, took 4 of the 8 outside tables away, and about 16 chairs, then he decided to screw up the inside - took several tables and chairs away, moved the milk/sugar bar to a corner where only one person can squeeze in at a time. this store has a lot of regulars and quite a few of the high school kids that come in to study daily, but now there is not enough seating for everyone. it has always been a friendly place to meet but those days are now over. after over 15 years of daily trips there our time has come to an end - our group will be moving to brimhall and allen road when the new dunkin donuts opens. i will say i will miss all of the young workers at this store. it appears the new RM is one of these college boys with no real life experience and in his quest to leave his mark on this store he will actually leave a sour mark. Found a new hangout!!! after all the years at Hageman and Coffee our group is now going to the Marketplace. Excellent group of young people there and a very friendly place to visit!! and yes, we still go 7 days a week! read more

The crew at this location is very nice. They are consistent making the drinks. I have never had to send a drink back which is great for a Starbucks. Brewster Paul can customize the drinks with some of the off menu flavors such as pumpkin spice and lucky charms if you ask and are feeling adventurous. I really like the Starbucks made an effort to get bottled water from a source other than California during the historic 4 year drought. read more

I was in town for my daughter's volleyball game and wanted to get my coffee for the long 2 hour drive home but what I received from the barista was an attitude and a shitty tasting drink! The young lady taking my order was polite but the young lady who made my drink was rude! I didn't care enough to get her name but she was warring a kitten head band... anyway, I get the same drink everyday...sometimes twice a day... it's an easy drink... an iced quad espresso w/4 pumps of white mocha... I like it in a venti cup because the ice can melt. Any whooo..when I was given my drink it looked a lot different and so I asked if it had 4 shots? To which the barista says yes with an attitude...so I said it doesn't look like it but whatever. I got in my car and tasted it to find out it tasted burnt! If anyone who knows how burnt shots of espresso tastes...it's bad... we'll, I wasn't going to leave with that drink so I took it back in and let the barista know that it was burnt. All the barista should have done was say I'm sorry let me re make your drink but no... this barista tries to belittle me by getting the cup and asking me how do I want it made because she made it with the 4 shots and 4 pumps of white mocha??? I've Gone Several times. The employees there are nice enough but have no sense of urgency. They chat amongst themselves and ignore the customer and take their time getting to the order. People have places to go they don't have time to listen to the employees talk about their weekend. read more
