TLDR: They got it together both inside and at the drive thru . I've now been here more than the 3 check-ins I have on Yelp. It's not perfect but it is very good. Outside there are plenty of objects you can lock your bicycle to and plenty of parking. Inside there is a modest amount of seating (6 tables). The store is not very big to be fair. Never thought that having a bathroom would be important to add in a review but as the last place I went to didn't have one (Sophie's donuts) I guess it's more important than I thought. The two gender neutral restrooms are clean and so is the whole store. The coffee is good not great but it is very consistent, the same can be said about the food. The Wifi is free and "fast" (M-LAB). Worst Starbucks with the worst customer service I've ever received at a Starbucks. Today I went into this location at 5:00 pm. It's Thursday so they had the buy one get one free deal going on. I ordered a Venti lavender matcha with no ice the girl continues to put grande in the system. Im reading it and I repeat myself let me get that venti plzzz! She said yesss I will let me scan ur phone first. I waited 30 minutes for my order to be exact. They are literally skipping everyone who came in the store to place the order. Giving priority to drive thur and mobile orders. Finally I see they set my drinks on the counter. Two GRANDE drinks I ask the girl hey is my order ready. I give her my name because my name was never called and my drinks had been sitting there for 5 mins. She was like "Yess these are yours" I was like I ordered the venti you guys charged me for the venti. She was like if you want venti we will have to remake your drinks you will have to wait and pay the difference. I was like what do you mean the difference you guys are changing me $7.65 mind you the venti lavender matcha is only $6.75 at his location. She starts getting crazy with me rolling her eyes trying to charge me extra. I was busy I didn't even make it to pick up my daughter from school. I told her you know what I'll take the drinks just leave it. As I'm driving home I decided to go on the app and I'm literally checking I got overcharged cuz like I said a venti is not $7.65. I live all the way in Covina sooo I picked up my daughter. Went back to the store I asked to speak to the manager. The girl that came to talk to me was the same girl with the attitude that goes by the name of Jackie. She was more calmed I took the drinks back and told her I was most definitely getting overcharged she was telling me the prices went up. I told her I know they did but why is the app telling me that at this exact location the venti drink I'm asking for is literally $6.65 she starts looking into the system finally after I had to come back she decided to take some consideration into what i was telling her. To tell me that the reason it came out that expensive was because they charged me for extra milk. Never did I ask for extra milk she was like "because you want your cup fill to the top right" my cup was literally half milk and half foam. I told her you know what I had to come all the way back here just give me my refund. This girl calls herself the supervisor but has 0 idea how to run store how to deal with customers and how to talk to people. Every Starbucks I been to people have never gave me such bad service. Rolling eyes and getting loud. She didn't even know how to give a straight answer about anything. She said she didn't know anything about the prices i simply don't understand how she's a lead. I told her I wanted to talk to her manager. She said the manager is Matthew. I asked her when is he at the store cuz I want to talk to him. She said she had no idea. To moral of the story is that I wasted all kinds of gas, time and didn't even get my drinks. This Starbucks has horrible customer service starting with the "supervisor". I've come here several times this year alone. I've ordered my particular drink at least a handful of times and never had I had an issue. I'm thinking either someone was having an off day or there is a new person taking orders. I asked for a tall and got a grande. I asked for easy/light ice and my grande sized cup was practically full of ice when I finished my drink. I would've got charged for a grande until I said I only asked for a tall. The barista then said she would only charge me for a tall, but that did not fix my drink. Ever since they changed their staff the lines are super slow literally takes 30 min in the drive through. You go inside they u wait another 10 -15 before someone attends you while they are having random conversations and pretending to do something. This is my FAVORITE Starbucks location! I have always had great interactions with the employees/baristas at this location. I know most drinks are pretty standard at all Starbucks...BUT I swear this location always makes the drinks the BEST. I've never been disappointed in any of my drinks that I have ordered at this specific location. I typically will order through the app and pick up in person. They're taking really great precautions at this location, I feel very safe here. Their drive through can get a bit long, but every experience I have had has been pretty quick through it. I like this starbucks a lot! Very spacious with lots of tables if you are looking for a study spot or lounge. There aren't any couches so bring your cushion if you plan on studying long hours. There are two high tables with stools, about 6-7 small 3x3 tables, and a large centered 9x4 (eyeballing measurements) wooden table where people just sit around. I definitely recommend it for a study area. As far as service goes, it is near perfect. Very friendly with an inviting smile and drinks are made fast! Also, I have been there enough times to know that there is a pair of guys that come by midday and sit around and talk very, I mean very loud and curse occasionally. This is probably the worst Starbucks to go to. I once had a barista give me attitude because i ordered a drink and forgot to say iced and when I did he said *ugh well all our drinks come hot unless you say so*. And he was giving me terrible looks. Enough about that, the Starbucks is spacious and has both indoor/outdoor seating. Please no smoking. And the place is kept clean. The only issue i ALWAYS have at this location is getting my drink right. They will either forget sonething (syrup around the cup) and/or put something you didnt want (you'll see them scoop out whipped cream) and youll get your order after the person behind you that ordered TWO of the same drink you did. It is a shame because the people (other then that rude guy whom I havent seen since) are farily nice. But their quality sucks. Go to the one by the mall, they never mess up and they are super quick.
