I start my days with Spanish Lattes just about every single day and they never ever disappoint. The ambiance is cute and comfy, but can occasionally get packed; but it's nice to see a local business get such good and constant foot traffic because there's a lot to be said when there's standing room only. We usually prefer hot coffee drinks at night, and the barista was kind enough to make both of our drinks hot even though they're typically served cold. I ordered the Haise Coffee (horchata with espresso doppio), and my boyfriend had the Chocolate Abuelita Latte. Both were rich, comforting, and absolutely delicious. We also lucked out and got the last slice of their Cookie Butter Cheesecake, which was a perfect sweet treat to go with our drinks. Great coffee, great atmosphere, and genuinely friendly service. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu. Highly recommend if you're looking for a coffee shop with personality and a fun twist.

Unfortunately, I left disappointed. One positive is the overall aesthetic. I like the layout and the lighting design, and the globe fixtures give the shop a nice modern look. Unfortunately, when you look closer, the fixtures have visible dust and grime buildup. Some of them are high up, so I understand they aren't easy to clean, but this is where an occasional ladder or professional deep cleaning comes in. The shop has good design bones; it just needs more attention to cleaning and maintenance. The music itself is trendy and current, but it is much too loud for a work-friendly coffee shop, especially because the space is very echoey. I'm including a screenshot of the sound level along with a short video so people can get a sense of it for themselves. I found it basically impossible to concentrate without earplugs or noise-canceling headphones. Seating is also limited and isn't very comfortable. It's mostly hard wooden benches and plastic or metal folding-style chairs. Nothing egregious, but not especially comfortable if you're planning to sit and work for a while. What really started the experience off badly for me was my drink. I ordered an iced matcha for $6.75 and asked if they could do less ice. I was told that if I wanted less ice, the drink would be less full. I said never mind and asked for it to just be filled normally. When I received it, though, my matcha still had noticeably less liquid than my husband's drink. Since they only offer one size for each iced drink, the difference was pretty obvious. We also tipped $1. The matcha itself was just your standard iced matcha -- nothing special -- and definitely didn't feel worth $6.75 to me. My husband's $8 Butterscotch Cream Latte actually tasted good, but after he finished it, we were surprised by how much of the cup was taken up by ice. The photo speaks for itself. Given that I had already been told that requesting less ice would result in a less-full drink, this really diminished the value for me. The bathroom was another big negative. I tend to judge the cleanliness of a business by its restroom, and this one did not give me confidence. The bathroom door and several surrounding surfaces looked like they had not been thoroughly wiped down in quite a while, with visible grime and buildup, and there were also holes in the wall. Even the glass entrance doors had visible smudges and residue. I'm including photos because these things were noticeable and contributed to an overall poorly maintained impression. There were no paper towels available. Instead, an old-looking handwritten sign was taped over the dispenser saying, "Please use the air dryer. Thank you!" I personally avoid hand dryers because of hygiene concerns, so after washing my hands I ended up using toilet paper and a toilet-seat cover so I could open the bathroom door without touching the handle directly. At that point, they might as well remove the paper towel dispenser entirely. Leaving an unused dispenser covered by an aged paper sign just looks lazy and poorly maintained to me, especially in a customer-facing bathroom. Aesthetically, I also wasn't a fan of all the taped-up paper signs. The front entrance has a large paper sign taped directly to the glass saying "PLEASE CLOSE THE DOOR GENTLY. THANK YOU!!!" along with several other smaller notices, and the bathroom has the aged handwritten sign taped over the unused paper towel dispenser. These are small details individually, but together with the visible grime, holes, and neglected surfaces, they made the shop feel more makeshift and poorly maintained than the otherwise nice design deserves. It clearly seems to be a popular spot, and my husband had far fewer complaints and enjoyed his latte. I also think the overall layout and lighting aesthetic have potential. For me, though, the underfilled matcha, ice-heavy drinks, standard-at-best matcha, loud music, limited seating, uncomfortable chairs, and overall cleanliness and maintenance made this a disappointing first visit.

I'm a barista and I don't like leaving bad reviews because I know this affect our score on the store but this time it's an exception. I went to this location like 2 weeks ago, when I got to the speaker I order my drink and I order a tomato & mozzarella sandwich, but I told the guy who was taking my order if they could take the tomato out of my sandwich, he was confused and he removed the sandwich from the order, he said. Ok mam does the order look correct on the screen? I said no I'm missing the sandwich. He said ok I'll see u at the window. When I got to the window the guy told me ok just the sandwich right? I said no, I asked you for the sandwich but I ask if you guys could take the tomato out. He looked at me for a minute and he talk to the team thru the headset, he said. "She wants the tomato&mozzarella but she's asking if we could take out the tomato?" ALL the lady's scream saying NOOOO WE DONT DO THAT WTF????? NOOO TELL HER NO!!!. I was surprised of their reaction. I didn't took it personal because I'm a barista and we always have bad days and maybe we just say things without thinking. After that I payed for my drink and I left all disappointed because when you get hired all of the training talks about customer connection and customer service. The way that the ladies yelled No it was so rude.. It's just sad that at some other locations including the one that I work for, if a customer is asking to remove the egg or cheese out of their sandwich we have to do it. If it's possible of course, there's some other stuff that we can't just open but we try to explain it nicely. Hopefully their district manager talks to the team because if it was another customer I'm pretty sure that they would've put a complain to corporate. :) read more

Filed Claim with Starbucks Corporate Customer Service This is the incident. There was another customer on her phone ahead of me at the drive thru just sitting there, so I honked my horn to let her know to move up and take her order. I noticed she was friends with the cashier because they both comfortably spoke for awhile. When I got to the window, the cashier told me my drink (Cookie Crumble Mocha Frap) was "on the house". There was no reason given and I thought it was odd. But hey it was a free drink right. This was about 7pm so there were no promotions or any reason to get that drink free. I get home 5 min later and started to vomit! I had severe diarrhea and dizziness. I had awful stomach cramps and heart palpitations! I experienced numbness on both hands/fingertips! The next day I spoke with my doctor and requested a Toxicology Lab test order. But was advised my insurance was only able to test for drugs and I had to take the sample of the drink to an outside Toxicology Lab. I checked and it would cost me $500!!! I called Starbucks to file a claim and what do they do, they give me free drink coupons. The damn drink was already free to begin with. Hopefully this was not something done intentionally. But the most disturbing thing is that several of the Starbucks representatives I spoke with were all not surprised by this. Claim status still pending. It took me 2 wks to fully recover. I'm pretty sure nothing will happen to the employee or business but I am 100 percent sure they lost one customer for good. read more

I really like coming to this Starbucks. The staff is always really nice and happy looking. I usually don't have to wait long for my drinks. this was true even when they had the frappuccino happy hour. I wish the location was bigger so there would be more place to sit, but it's a good on-the-go place if you wanna get your coffee fix. read more

This location not only had this same flavor big they also offered a SECOND, "no sugar added" flavor, "Caramel Turtle Truffle". WHAT!!! Of course, I requested one of each of the above flavors in a come and one spoonful of either flavor and I was happy as a kid in an ice cream shop. The pistachio was also a nice understated flavor that was a good mix with the banana pudding. The strawberry lemonade sorbet was another story in this mix; it tasted great on its own, but mixed with these creamy options, it felt really out of place with the sour notes. My lady went with a similar mix of yogurt flavors, as her favorite plain yogurt was out. She limited the strawberry lemonade sorbet amount, which made a good mix with a taste of tanginess. Her toppings differed greatly with m&ms and Oreo cookie pieces added to white chocolate chips, mangos, and cheesecake chunks. I knocked off one star for being out of the plain yogurt and the fresh blueberries didn't have the freshest look to them.

I LOOOOVE Yogurtland! Plain tart is my favorite forever!…read more Food: As I said... plain tart FTW! I've been having Yogurtland plain tart ever since I was a kid and I just love this sweet treat. Their super plain tart was in for their anniversary but I did not like how icy the texture was. Service: Pretty good and quick service from the friendly staff. Ambiance: For a Yogurtland, it was pretty clean inside from the tables to the toppings station. Overall, this one is a nice Yogurtland and would probably be my regular one to go to.
