Soooo slooowww. Just a few customers in the store and 4 cars ahead of us in the drive through. We waited 20-25 minutes for an iced coffee with sweetner and it still wasn't ready when we got to the window. They appeared to be staffed fine, I saw at least 4 people working. I'm still in shock after walking out of this location on Sunday. I was excited to order my new favorite drink: an Ice Brew coffee with double the "brew" (i.e., brown liquid they put at the bottom of the drink before adding water and ice). I've been ordering this drink since Starbucks first introduced the Ice Brew coffee, and have had no problem being served from LA to Palm Springs. But this location not only REFUSED to serve this drink to me, the barrista told me that it would cause a heart attack if I drank it, and that legally they weren't allowed to serve that. The manager was no better, and just said there was nothing he could do. SERIOUSLY? Besides the fact that it isn't Starbucks' job to be giving medical advice, the fact that the servers started to laugh and snicker as I walked out just made things worse. Mobile order took well over the maximum amount of time. One of the baristas has mentioned that they were backed up in the mobile orders and everyone was working quickly. It's still an announce since mobile orders are supposed to be a quick way to get in and out, but you can't get mad when everyone is doing the best they can read more

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to I've been waiting 20 minutes for one large drink it's unacceptable.

Normally this Starbucks is very slow and the quality is not worth the wait. I've been meaning to review them for quite some time but haven't had the opportunity since my whole life is spent waiting in their drive-through. It's a shame because they are usually quick inside. It truly depends on who is working on your experience. In my personal opinion this boils down to poor management and inconsistent training. I've both worked at a coffee shop and been an avid coffee drinker for years, and they are missing the mark. It's sad but I may have to find a mom and pop coffee shop near by. THE DRIVE THRU IS ATROCIOUS!!!!!! Please avoid patronizing this starbucks if you can. I have been here several times and their drive through wait is always around 30 minutes. I stopped going there for this very reason. I made the mistake of stopping there today and had to pull out of the line after waiting 15 minutes JUST TO GET TO THE MICROPHONE. When I got there, I was told to wait again, after 10 minutes I gave up. The location for thus starbucks is prime and the nex t closest one is about 5 miles away in a shopping complex. Great atmosphere, employees are attentive but also relaxed. You feel like they all know exactly what they're doing. It's a very comfortable atmosphere and they have multiple stations where you can plug in your computer. Store is very clean. I really hate having to come to this location on my way to work because it has to be the slowest Starbucks in the area. The wait was about 25 minutes, and they got our drink order wrong. The customer service at this location is under par. When I told the employee that the drink was made incorrect, she has an attitude. Best location in the area. I stopped by 2 times, once on the way to Palm Desert and once on the way back to LA. Both times, service was great but more importantly the drinks we ordered were very good. We also got a free Frappuccino. Yay!!!! read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. Terrible customer service waited 15-20 for one drink. Baristas not very accommodating and did terrible under pressure. Busy location but service was fast! We got coffee and oatmeal and everything was warm and delicious.

Cashier wasn't trained at all. He didn't even confirm my order. He messed up the order then the Barista gives me strait attitude when I asked for it to be ez ice. I pay 4.00 for a coffee and I got bad service and a filthy environment. Wish I could erase this experience from my life. Most stressful coffee experience ever. I will never go there again. Shame on you Starbucks I gave you three tries to give me my drink right and every time I check the drink if it was correct I'm already at work, I clearly order a whit chocolate mocha and for 3 visits I wA given white mocha there is a difference in the sate and if I wanted it that way I would of ordered it. Unsure if this is laziness but come on 3 Times I've order this drink plenty of times and the sticker specifically had said "white chocolate mocha" it seems they been forgetting the chelate part. I have been several times and the service is consistently slow - and I typically come here in the afternoon. Today, for instance. Drive up at 3:11. Drove off at 3:26 with my Venti black tea lemonade. The cars in front of me received 3 single serve drinks and one car with 2 drinks. My order wasn't being prepared until after I reached the window. The young man at the window was pleasant but flustered. 4 employees behind the counter that I could see. And my order was supposed to be a Trenta. Last time I come here. It's just not worth wasting the gas idling and eating the fumes off the car in front of me. read more

I visited a couple days ago and this was a very inefficient starbucks. The wait time was very long in the drive through just for two drinks. Service at the window was very much lacking. My first time and last especially because as I finally got my drink and headed back on the freeway, I came to find hair in my drink!!
