The coffee was as cold as ice if I wanted ice coffee that's what I would have ordered I'm so surprised usually this place is wonderful they get it correct I should have taken it back but by the time we realize it is just too much. Ive been coming to this location for over a year at different time of the day and cant see how people say this location is slow. Even on busy times they still get you going as efficiently as any other Starbucks. With the new expansion it looks great and cozy. Also their restrooms are always clean which is important for travelers looking for a good pit-stop. All in all great place to get that original Starbucks flavor read more

This has to be the least efficient Starbucks I've ever seen. Something about their process is fucked up. They have as many employees as other busy Starbucks but they have a very hard time moving customers through from register to coffee in hand in a reasonable time. Worst Starbucks EVER!! I frequently go to this location on my way to/from Palm Springs. SUPER slow!! They are obviously short staffed and the staff they do have is rude and there's zero initiative. This location is one we visit whenever we are visiting family in Banning, and staying at the Holiday Inn down the street (see my review, if you're interested). Mostly writing my review for one barista I interacted with, as this is pretty much your run-of-the-mill 'Bucks (nothing amazing or special to note). My husband and I came in one afternoon to order our regular drink (iced americano with caramel). We have a certain way we like our drinks to be 'built', and the POS (register) barista - Jake - was really patient and got our order taken properly. The next morning, around 5:30am, I popped over to grab coffee for us before we hit the road to our next vacation spot. Not only did Jake recognize me and my drinks (despite the fact we were only in the store for a few minutes and are not regulars), but he perfectly explained them to the barista on bar so they could be made properly. He was friendly, courteous, funny, and helpful. Always so refreshing to not encounter attitude and eye-rolls and interact with a partner who really takes pride in their work. I go to this Starbucks location very often almost and it's a hit or miss on the service but lately it's been all bad I don't see the usual baristas that has the fun and good attitude everyone seems to hate there jobs there. I placed an order and they gave me the wrong food order and made my drink wrong so I went back and nobody wanted to assist me on fixing the issue. The girl that was making my drink had an attitude for having to remake my drink. There drive thru service takes a very long time even with no line they have no urgency. Your literally watching your drink sit there by the window and the baristas are just talking to each other. Starbucks is a amazing company and hires enthusiastic, outgoing personality skilled level that offer great service -people this is not the place to go if you want go even okay service. read more

Line are always long and the wait is always forever, drinks are always made wrong, mostly out of food items constantly, rude people working and they are not very friendly (like a barista should be) would not recommend going here. Starbucks in Beaumont is WAY BETTER, the one on marketplace in the petco parking lot. It would be faster to drive to Beaumont to buy your drinks than to wait in that slow drive thru. read more

I have to give one star because if I could I'd give him none. Pulled off the freeway driving home because the family wanted Starbucks. Since this is right off the freeway we pulled into the drive thru. From there The Comedy of Errors began. Our drink orders were okay but we ordered three of the four drinks with extra caramel if there was extra careful we didn't see it. One we ordered we ordered croissants not heated now when we got to the window the cashier could feel the temperature of the bags that they had been heated, but you give it to us anyway. When we told her that he didn't we wanted them not heeded she seem to have an attitude took them back in and went and grabbed some croissants that were basically hard. They were not fluffy they were not soft they were like day-old. Very negative. Also we recharge a card and wanted to use our free beverage on it but the girl at the window had no clue put the money on the card charged the full price gave us back the car gave us the receipt and we we're frustrated because it's obvious she doesn't listen didn't want to be there and doesn't follow instructions. I don't know what was worse her laziness or stupidity or the poor quality of the drinks. Not that we live anywhere near here but it was on the way to and from so we were stuck with these bad drinks. Buyer beware of this location and try to steer clear. read more

Every time I have visited this Starbucks, I've had a bad experience. Firstly, the employees are rude. I walked up to the register and stood there for a good while, the baristas were clearly aware of my presence. They were too busy laughing amongst each other that they didn't even care to look my way. Horrible customer service, obviously. To top it off, I asked one of the baristas a question regarding the gold card and he answered my question in the most sarcastic way, as if my question was an absurd one. Overall, horrible service. By far my worst Starbucks experience. I went on 11/8/14 at around 940pm and was mortified by the service. First off, the men's restroom had no paper towels so I can only imagine how their employees wash their hands properly after using the restroom. I was then thinking about buying a pastry but not only was the pastry display nearly empty, it was a MESS! Another customer must have felt the same way because he began taking pictures of the deplorable display case but was quickly shut down by the store manager who stated that he "could not take pictures inside of the store." The disappointment continued after my family and I ordered our drinks. While waiting for a member of my family to finish using the restroom so we could get back on the road, the manager barked at us "Guys, as soon as she gets out of the bathroom we're closed!"
