Came in on my way to Vegas because I needed a quick bite to eat and a pick me up. Service was awesome! The cashier baristas was super kind (Coffee Master Rosalina?) And the barista on bar made my drink perfect! I'm unsure of her name but she was a coffee master as well. Store was clean, but has an awkward layout. They were fully stocked and not out of any items I wanted which is nice since sometimes Starbucks is out of my favorites. Parking was a breeze, but could've been because it was early. Clean restrooms and had a minimal wait time for my order. Couple odd balls who hangout around the store, but I mean it is Barstow lol. Came back from Vegas again 6/21/2017 Store was packed service was quick, speedy, and friendly! Great job again!! read more

This is the dirtiest bathroom I have encountered at a Starbucks! With no paper goods in the stalls!! I advised the lead person of the situation and was told they are to busy to take care of the restroom!! I don't usually review Starbucks locations, I usually just checking here. But this location begged for me to let you know how bad it was. I stopped in just like everybody else does on their way to Las Vegas. I didn't think too much about it. It's a Starbucks. How bad could it get? Well, I should have known this wouldn't be a great experience by the trash all over the parking lot. but that's not the reason for the bad review. As I was walking in, a homeless man was in the breezeway because that was a ledge or a table there. He was scooping out the leftovers of other people's food right there in front of the Starbucks customers. Now I'm all for feeding the homeless and treating them well, however,the employees of Starbucks should have found him a better place to do that than where the customers enter their establishment. But that's actually not the worst part. When I did get in to order my drink, the employees were chatting with each other behind the counter and took a while to acknowledge me before taking my order. I ordered a Venti black tea, and they were out, so I had to amend my choice. I hope that this was a one-time bad experience and that they were just having a bad night. Wow, the baristas here are incredibly inattentive. I understand that there's a line of people but all other Starbucks that I've been at has handled it beautifully and effortlessly. Not this one. The girl seemed very flustered and didn't seem to be listening to what the customer is saying. While my salted caramel hot chocolate was fine, my poor buddy Deanne H. didn't fare as well. She specifically told the girl behind the counter that she wanted soy milk instead of regular cow's milk. She can't process cow milk, you see. Well, we get our orders and went on our way. About an hour later, Deanne starts having severe stomach cramps. She takes one look at her cup and noticed that they put in COW's milk and not the requested (and paid for!) soy milk. Deanne suffered quite a bit for that absent-minded mistake of the barista. Needless to say, I'm not returning to this Starbucks ever again. I'll wait until we pass by another one so I can get the service that I'm used to. read more

Not much to say regarding this Starbucks. What can you expect in the middle of nowhere. Place my order in a nice monotone voice, the guy asks me several times if I want cream, sugar, ice coffee, and on and on. WTF I said a venta iced coffee, black no sugar, no room for cream. We stopped for coffee here on the way to Vegas. Although the service was terrific, the coffee was the worst I have ever tasted. It's like they don't clean their machines or something. The chai lattes was undrinkable it was so bad and the latte wasn't much better. Of course it didn't make sense to go back and change them, which I think it what they bank on. read more

Stopped in to grab an iced coffee to keep me awake for the remainder of my drive to Vegas. No drive-thru option here so you'll have to go inside. It's pretty much like most other Starbucks I've been to. Barista was friendly and service was quick. I also hit the restroom while I was there and am hap to report that it was clean. Now, before I begin, this review is for the Starbucks with the drive-thru on the west side of Lenwood Rd. There is another one across the street. It is store #10709. The vibe here was really chill for being an obviously high-volume freeway-side drive-thru Starbucks. The staff was friendly and made our drinks to specification, which is really saying quite a bit considering how picky I am. Liked it so much, this is my new favorite Vegas-ward coffee stop. I could swear there used to be a Sta-ba in Baker, but I couldn't find it for the life of me this time. read more

This is a great location, always clean & very convenient right off the 15 hwy. They always have a good selection on baked goods, fresh sandwiches & salads, etc. They know how to make your drinks just right. Great location for a Starbucks. I was driving down to Vegas and really needed a boost of energy. We walked in here around 9:00 am on a Thursday and the store was decent. There was a few bits of trash here and there but I am sure it was left behind by the group that just left. The workers here was really nice and they had a big smile to their faces. I can definitely tell that the associate that helped us was very new though, because her enthusiasm was just off the chart! Otherwise, my Venti Green Tea Soy Latte tasted like my normal Venti Green Tea Soy Latte. read more

I come to this Starbuck's all the time when driving from L.A (not the Cafe across the street) and I have never had an issue. I'm Lactose intolerant aka I can't drink "Cow's Milk" (Why specify what animal the Milk came from? Was Goat an option that we needed clarification?). They associates are always nice and attentive and I always check my cup just in case since they do have up to 15 cups on there bar at a time and I don't want to suffer on the drive. Barstow Starbucks untidy appearance has been my worst experience so far. Sometimes I would love to just sit down & enjoy my coffee but not in this place.......I totally avoid going to this place & rather go to Lenwood which is opposite direction to work but it's worth it! read more

We just stopped in for a hot drink on the way back from Vegas (and a much needed pit stop) and we're told that the bathroom had just been cleaned so we weren't allowed to use it. As paying customers we're not allowed to use a public restroom during business hours? Great Starbucks location with a spacious seating area & nice selection of snacks & sandwiches. This was my first time getting a panini sandwich & it was heated up beautifully where the bread was crisp & the cheese melted. They also have free WiFi & the air conditioning on full blast, so it's a nice break on a hot day. It's in the outlet area, between IHOP and Panera. Service is fast. Lots of people drive through the area and stop by here to pick up a drink or Power Lunch Bag $8 thing. I will make this spot my favorite rather than my old spot at Flying J. Will come again when we are on the way to return home. read more
