The level of ice has become ridiculous! I ordered two drinks; one venti and one grande cold drinks. The venti has over 3/4 of the 24 oz cup was pure ice! The grande had 3/4 of the 16oz of pure ice. That means I paid $19 for roughly 10oz of actual drink! If I wasn't needing to be somewhere, I would have turned around & took them back. For paying such an exorbitant amount for fluffy drinks, Starbucks is hitting a new level of "frugal". read more

I went there and there was a hair in my sandwich implanted in to the egg. Also, current manager is extremely rude. Last thing, is the bathroom policy, I had been in there an other time and we had come through in the morning buying 25 dollars worth of goods, later that afternoon we stopped in to use the restroom so my daughter could get changed for soccer practice, I didn't think it would be a problem being that we are daily costumers. The manager insisted we bought something before using the restroom. I told her that we were in there everyday and didn't see any harm in using the restroom. Giving 2 stars because i just hate starbucks in general. This one is an average starbucks, nice workers, mediocre coffee, clean bathrooms, hospital food. My breakfast sandwich was cold in the middle :-( I came at 9:30am to do some remote work, the music was CRAZY like so loud and belonged in a club. Not really a morning vibe. Wonderfully warm Starbucks! Every time I was here on my visit, the partners were really sharp, quick, and very nice. For real. They seemed genuinely happy. Yes- a fast and busy drive-thru, but also the inside area is so welcoming and comfortable. 3 different styles to sit and enjoy your coffee: a big long table with lovely lighting -great for studying, big circle tables with very comfy chairs - so perfect for meetings and groups, and a long bench-like with little tables, perfect for just you and your book or talking with a friend. As someone who is a regular Starbucks customer, I expect to be treated with common courtesy. I wanted to use the bathroom before I ordered my drink and the response I get is "if you're going to order something the code is xyz" - that is NOT a friendly way to enter the store. I understand you are working with a policy change but you will not earn customers with this attitude. I implore management to figure out a more friendly way to approach their customers. read more

I made the effort to go to Starbucks for coffee, and park my car rather than go thru the drive thru. I asked if the restroom had a code and was asked if I was going to buy a coffee as qualification to use the bathroom. That's insulting, undignified, disrespectful, and unacceptable. Think about it. What's the worst that can happen by allowing a customer to use the bathroom prior to purchasing a coffee? I wanted a coffee, but nature calls sometimes. I chose to leave no $$ spent no tip left and no delicious beverage for me. And if you do that again I will leave again. There are many many places to get coffee. My favorite Starbucks in Whatcom county. Quick friendly. Lady who makes my drink remembers my drink and calls me by my first name.The person last night told me not to forget to take care of my self. It's an average Starbucks, a clean coffee shop with friendly staff, free wifi, and clean bathrooms. 3.5 stars seem more accurate. Pluses: +Clean bathrooms, 2 of them and no key or code required +Friendly baristas +Usually fast service Minuses: -Small parking lot -While it seems always well staffed, the drive-through gets busy and the service slows down sometime. They recently replaced the comfortable chairs with a big wooden table with wooden chairs. This way, more people can be seated at the same time, but there are no comfortable chairs any more. This is a super fast and convenient Starbucks, located right off Sunset Drive. With easy access to the freeway, it's drive-thru has nearly always got a line. The Starbucks also has a large lobby with lots of comfortable seating and work areas. The staff is friendly, but nothing out of the ordinary. It seems they have a lot of turnover, but it's also not a store I visit daily, so it could just be me. The biggest reason to stop by this Starbucks is the drive-thru, if you order in advance using the app, it can be faster than going inside. Stop by today! read more

I was in the area and had half an hour before I needed to be somewhere so I stopped in to pass the time. In general it's basically your standard Starbucks. My vanilla latte was good, and service was friendly. The WiFi worked well. My only gripe is that I thought the seating could be improved. Personally I would like more comfy lounge or armchair seating. The chairs were rather hard and uncomfortable. read more

One of the busiest Starbucks in town and you'd think they'd get it together. I have been coming here nearly every day for the last 1.5 years and it has been one of the most inconsistent Starbucks I've ever been to. If I am spending $5-6 on a cup of coffee almost every day and I order it at least 6 minutes in advance, it better be there, waiting for me, ready to be picked up, especially if the app says it'll be ready no later than 6 minutes. Yes I understand 7:45-8:30am is your busy hour but you literally have 5 people behind the counter and every day is a new excuse: "Sorry we are having sticker problems" "Sorry the app is malfunctioning today" "Sorry we have a new hire today" and guess what? I don't really care. Those are your issues, make sure they don't come up, and if they do, just apologize and make up for it. Don't tell me a new excuse every time I'm in there because frankly I've literally heard every single one. Sometimes, I witness a lack of urgency in some of the baristas as well when they know we have already been waiting for our drinks when they well know they're already late since the orders were placed 8-10 mins ago on the app. Also, they are almost always out of something - a fruit yogurt parfait, then it'll be the maple pecan syrup, then the caramel brulee topping, then the salted caramel sauce, blah blah. RIDICULOUS. YOU ARE A CHAIN. YOU SHOULD NOT BE OUT OF STOCK OF THE SIMPLEST, MOST COMMON INGREDIENTS THAT ARE ESSENTIAL TO STARBUCKS. This place clearly needs new management. Lately my experiences at this location have been bad. I'm either stuck in the drive thru behind 5 cars waiting 15 minutes for a venti iced coffee or being told they are out products. Today I was informed that they were completely out of iced coffee, last week it was lids and another time it was creamer. The extra star is only because they didn't charge me for my drink after waiting a ridiculous amount of time in the drive thru. From now on I will be going to the Starbucks inside of Safeway or across the street to Big Foot. read more

I put my order in at the counter for a Vegan Macchiato for my son at the counter and a Caramel one for myself. When the barista called out my name when the drinks were ready, I asked her which one was the Vegan drink. She replied to me "neither" She said that unless it is stated on the menu or the Starbucks sight that nothing drinkwise is vegan. I showed her a web sight on my phone saying what the 10 best Vegan Starbucks drinks were and she said again that unless it on a Starbucks page it is false and inaccurate. I had my money refunded and left bothered. I left there and went to the Barkley location and ordered the same thing they said no problem and made a vegan drink for my son. Sunset store sucks also while waiting the local homeless folk sit outside the windows and stare at you to try and guilt you in to buying them coffee.. It's just not right and it is very uncomfortable. I only give 2 stars because i actually really love Starbucks Coffee. read more
